Basics of Hive | HivePH Orientation and OCD Onboarding Webinar
If you are a Filipino and you are new to Hive or even if you do not have an account yet in Hive we are inviting you to join the free webinar that we are going to lodge on July 09, 2022, via Google meets and Hiveph Discord server
This will be a 3-hour webinar covering basic stuff in hive in the first half and then a deeper approach to the system.
Why should you join the webinar?
Hive is a complicated platform with some rules and restrictions imposed by other users. Because of that newbies and not so new, find it hard to be familiar with the process. User retention wise because of the technicalities, more often than not they tend to become not accustomed or not familiar with everything.
What we want to happen is to have a smooth transition from being a new user and hopefully someone that can guide other people on the platform in the future too!
Is it better to create an account right away and then learn Hive in the process or join first the some onboarding webinars before jumping in?
To be honest, since I am an onboarder with Hiveph and OCD I would say that it will be best not to create an account yet with Hive especially if you are new. More often than not, some new users are having a hard time getting support from other communities and people right away in the platform and because support isn't available new users tend to ghost or leave the site at an early age.
Technically, there are onboarding programs available for newbies with accounts that don't have one. The goal of the onboarder team if you will be joining the program is at least to support you not with the finances but with guidance on how to properly be accustomed to Hive.
If you first join the onboarding webinar and decided to be part of the program it also have some benefits that you can reap along the way as getting support with the other communities that we are quite aware of.
Engagement will still be a key, same with read.cash.
So if you are interested in joining the webinar, feel free to send me a message or even comment on this post.
