Thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes for Mum. She's in the hospital now which is best for her to make sure that she gets the medical attention that she needs. It scared us last night seeing her very weak, couldn't breathe, and getting worked up. She can't eat and doesn't drink as well which I know is bad for her but for our lovely elderly, they can be stubborn. For 2 nights with no sleep. When the ambulance came, their first assessment was a chest infection, hypertension, and dehydration. Remember she's 89 and so her immune system is very weak. A simple cold or cough is hard for them to deal with. I hope in a day or two, she can be back on her feet with her happy smile. Mind you, she even has time to joke with the paramedics. And the way she apologized for bothering them. She's a lovely woman. Maybe weak but young at heart. Get well soon, Mummy!
