My souvenirs from my karlovy vary (carlsbad,), czech republic trip. Face towel is 14$. I almost say NO to the seller. Because its too expensive. But i also feel.pity to say NO, because he seems so nice and he himself made the embroidering.

today we have a cutie visitor. an adult hedgehog. he or she allows me to take photos of him, then after some time just run off and now i dont know where he is haha. few weeks ago a wild rabbit also visited our garden but to got scared when saw us and runs off so fast.

spring is here now. visiting a nearby forest for these snow flakes flowers. they bloom for maybe first 3wks of early spring then again next year. thats why many people visits forests and enjoy the beauty of these tiny flowers.

Did pork spring roll for my husband's birthday. For ingredients. Minced pork/chicken/beef/fish of your choice. Grated carrots, chopped pasley leaves, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce for taste or any of your preferred seasonings or spices. Put 1 spoonful of mixture inspring roll wrappers. Then deep fried until golden brown.

Ending the year 2022 and starting the year 2022 with a flu. This new respiratory ilness is far worst than covid. I had covid too last year but not like this. Still coughing and have head aches for 3days now..hope all is well and healthy.

Just want to share my favorite christmas decors. On left is angel with bell. Head of the family rings the bell aa start of gift giving. On right photo, is a 30+ yrs old swan decor. I dont know what is the main purpose for it but they are common czech christmas decor tradtions.

Snow and frost covered trees. Welcome to winter wonderland hahha. Been raining here since yesterday. Road is so slippery and many car accident and other relatef accident due to it.unfortumately it will be raining until christmas day.

baked fruit cake for the 2nd time. as added sweets for christmas eve and day. for procedure who wants to try: set a. 1 cup glaized fruits, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup walnuts or pine nuts, almond nuts (or any nuts of your choice), 1/2 cup cherries (red and green) and 1/2 cup brandy or rum. soaked over night if possible. set b. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tsp. nutmeg powder, 1 tsp. all spice powder, (nové koření for czech), 1/4 tsp cloves (hřebíček for czech), 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder, 1 tsp. salt. combined. set c. 1/2 cup oil (any oil, except olive oil and canola oil), 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp molasses or honey, 1 cup pineapple juice or orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla. then add in fruit and nut mixture only in flour mixture, left over rum or brandy, add to the liquid mixture. mix all until flour coated all fruit and nuts mixtures. then add all liquid mixture. fold gently until well blended. (preheat oven). bake for 45mins -1 hr at 150C.

got lazy to cook. and i am sick so i ended up in with an instant hot and spicy ramen noodles. hehehe hope i'll be more okay before christmas time. not nice to be sick when every body is enjoying this nice time. hehhehe
