Pinoy Espasol If I only knew before that it's very easy to make Espasol then I'm not gonna wait everytime I go home and hoping there's a vendor in the bus that are selling Espanol together with buko pie and other pasalubong. Try this at home you only need: • 2 cups glutinous rice flour • 1 cup coconut milk • 3/4 cup evaporated milk • 1 cup brown sugar That's all. You just have to toast the glutinous flour and save some for coating then set aside. Then on a pan mix the coconut milk, evap and brown sugar. Add a wee bit of salt and vanilla extract. Then when it boils pour the toasted rice flour and keep stirring it till it's sticky enough. And voila! Just flatten it in the container dusted with the glutinous rice flour so it will not stick and just pour the remaining flour all over the dough. And lastly, cut it the way you like it. I use the pizza cutter wheel. Ganito lang pala to gawin! First time to make this and I'm very pleased. Jigz likes it. Tia said "no" not today, Mommy. 🤣
