We all struggle to lose weight. While some of us may be a little lucky in this regard, some of us may have a lot of difficulty.Of course, losing weight is not something that can be done without effort.

If we talk about a subject that has been wondering for a long time, is it possible to lose weight while sleeping? Of course, this is not such a simple concept.

Otherwise, anyone who wants to lose weight could spend 24 hours sleeping :)

When I saw the title of "Losing weight by sleeping", I thought of many people who I thought were happy, of course, I do not mean a situation that weakens when you overeat and then sleep all day.

Those who want to lose weight need to pay attention to the hours of sleep and how much they sleep in order to be successful. We know that sports and diet are used to lose weight, or we can confirm that many people lose weight when changes are made in their diet.

Our body does not only weaken in diet, sports and similar optional situations. Bodily hormones can cause weight loss.

Weight loss can also occur in cases such as depression and extreme fatigue. Recent studies have found that there is a close relationship between sleep and weight.

In the study, the obesity rate among people who sleep for 2 and 4 hours is 73%, this rate is 50% for people who sleep for 5 hours, 35% for people who sleep for 6 hours, obesity rate for people who sleep for 10 hours and 11%, which is surprising. If you are a person who sleeps a lot, the statement that you are definitely a weak person would be correct. It is concluded that it is possible to reduce the risk of obesity by sleeping a lot.

In adults, 8 hours of sleep has been determined as a sufficient time zone for regular functioning of body functions and staying healthy. There are two hormones that determine the body's feeling of hunger and satiety, these hormones leptin satiety and ghrelin reveal the feeling of hunger.

When you are sleep deprived, an increase in the secretion of the hunger hormone, ghrelin, is observed by reducing the secretion of the satiety hormone. Be careful, you need to eat more or make snacks at night when you sleep.

In people who are sleep deprived, a decrease in serotonin, known as the sleep hormone, is detected, and insomnia can create a state of irritability in the person.

With irritability, a feeling of unhappiness arises, and the person tends to a carbohydrate-based diet to be happy. In particular, the need for sweets, pastries and pasta-like foods eaten at night arises more than normal times.

Under normal conditions, people who sleep deeply reduce stress, while the decrease in stress hormone relaxes the person, increasing the feeling of satiety and a decrease in the desire to eat carbohydrates. It has been found that people who sleep deeply and comfortably have a fast and regular metabolism and are less hungry.

In people who sleep late, the body feels the need for energy and the body wants to keep itself awake. The body, which wants to stay awake, creates a feeling of hunger by increasing your appetite this time. Under normal conditions, the body's metabolism slows down considerably. Due to all the slowing down functions, the foods taken at night are completely stored as fat.
