Good Day Guys

Let me share with you guys one of the malls here in the City of Baguio. This mall that I'm going to feature is the biggest mall in our City located on top of Session Road. One distinct factor that makes this mall unique from all the other SM's in the country is that SM Baguio doesn't have an air- conditioning system. The mall has six floors. Recently they just opened the sky Terrace which is the new attraction of this mall.

Entrances

Currently, this mall has 3 entrances, the main entrance, grocery entrance, and from the parking lot. Before entering you have to fill up a contact tracing form, placing your name address, and number. You can also use the QR code and fill it up. When you're done you're going to place your form in the box/ show the guard that you filled up the form on your phone and they would get your temperature and inspect your bags. If ever you came from the parking lot, I suggest that you immediately pay for the parking fee as soon as you get there because if you pay during the rush hours the line can get pretty long.

Shops

Like every other mall, there are different varieties of shops inside this mall. There's a supermarket, food court, cyber zone, hardware, clothing shops, cinema, different restaurants, and many more. Because of the pandemic, they added arrows as a guide to control the flow of traffic. Even the escalators have guides, where the people should be 2 steps apart. While walking around the mall, the guards were making sure that we're wearing masks and wearing our face shields properly.

The Atrium

I met my girlfriend at the Atrium. In the atrium, this is where they usually hold their events. But the time when we went there, they were showcasing sportswear and sports equipment.

Sky Terrace

This is the newest attraction on this mall and it opened recently. The sky terrace is located on the highest floor. There are different types of plants here and fake grass. There is even a cafe here

It was my first time going here with daylight. I went exploring and taking photos. This is the right side of the terrace.

I went to the edge of the right side and these are the things that I saw.

The huge logo of SM Baguio. You can also see Baguio Cathedral in the background.

In this photo, you could see Burnham Lake, Melvin Jones, the bus terminal below, and Harrison Road. This is the road where they set up the night market.

This is how the left side of the terrace looks like.

They had this weird bubble thing which they call the sky pod. You could dine in her but for a hefty price. The last time they had that dining-in thing you have to spend at least 2000Php worth of food just to stay inside that pod. How awkward would that be staying inside while people are watching you eat?

You could see Burnham's Athletic bowl from this view

The buildings on the right side is Baguio City National High School. I always pass by that place when I'm going home.

In the middle of the sky terrace, you could clearly see the University of Cordilleras and our COMELEC

Here are some zoomed photos of Burham Lake, Melvin Jones, and Baguio City Hall.

Going around the sky terrace and looking at the view was really fun. I wish that I was able to go there on a sunny day.

Exhibit

There were exhibits also going on when we were walking around the mall.

I hope that you enjoyed looking at the photos!

Thanks for reading and Stay safe always!
