Happy Mother's Day!
**Good day, guys!**
First of all, I want to greet all Mothers, a Happy Mother's Day!!
Here's how I spent my Sunday. When I got home, it was around 12 am already. I was speaking with our flatmates. My roommate is going on vacation on the 15th and we were trying to open the pin of the luggage. I spent around 40 minutes just trying all the combinations twice, and the crappy thing about it was that it didn’t even open so I gave up and took a bath before sleeping. Before sleeping I was reading something and I didn’t notice the time. It was almost 3 in the morning already. I went to sleep and my sleep was intermittent. I kept waking up and I had a feeling that I didn’t get any sleep at all. Though I had a dream wherein I had to pass a test, I ended up failing it and what made me fail was my medical examination. Maybe I dreamt of that because I have an upcoming medical this coming Tuesday. I had to force myself out of bed and get ready. I then took the bus going to the metro station. During the bus ride, I was taking naps and I was shocked that there were so many people inside the bus when we got to the metro station. I missed the train but at least I only had to wait for 5 minutes and then rode it to the next metro station. I then rode the bus and started greeting my family and friends with a Happy Mother’s Day.
The temperatures here are rising, it’s already 35 degrees Celsius, so whenever I walk, I try to go where the shade is, the sun just burns right now. I got to work and I was greeted by my other colleagues, they told me that my first patient is waiting upstairs. I then got ready and started my first patient. I’ve been seeing her last year and we came from the same hometown so we were just talking about Baguio. She told me that she went to Albania and was telling me about the highlights of her trip. It was nice speaking with her.
My second patient came, and he was late. It was my first time treating him. I had to treat his lower back, he told me that he doesn’t exercise at all. We were just exchanging stories and he was telling me the benefits of getting married.
My third patient was already waiting when I got her. She was telling me about the openings in the insurance companies. She already grew old and she was telling me about the different companies. It was really nice learning from her.
The fourth patient was also a new patient and we were just talking, he’s an architect and has been here for 3 years. We have the same age, so we were speaking about our thoughts and experiences here in the UAE. We were also speaking about Georgia because we’ve visited that country. We were talking about how good the food was and enjoying the snow. I got shocked when he told me that he’s been in a relationship for 9 years with his girlfriend. I was asking about him proposing and he told me that his girlfriend has been giving him hints already.
My fifth patient was one of my patients last week, he told me that the was devastated that the Golden State Warriors lost to the Los Angeles Lakers. Though, the good news is that he stated that he’s feeling better than before. The next patient came and I remember treating her in a complimentary session. She told me that her condition improved already. Her radiating pain going to her arm is gone and she just feels stiffness. We were just talking about our consulate here in Dubai, wherein we were questioning why was it so fast and why they only accept cash not cards. I wonder why the progress of our country is really slow. I really hope that they fix our system soon.
My seventh patient came in while I was drinking a bit of water. So I had to treat him, I saw him 3 weeks ago and I was wondering why hasn't he returned yet. He told me that there are times when he has headaches and that he hasn't been sleeping well lately. I really think that he has been overworking himself. I was thinking, that sometimes we abuse our bodies and forgot to take care of ourselves.
I really thought that I was free after treating 7 patients straight but after a while, one of the receptionists called me that the doctor is going to bring up one patient that I'll be treated for 20 minutes. I treated her before, and it was nice meeting her again. After the treatment, I ate lunch, I was supposed that there was pizza, and cake. I saw the message late that there was food in our pantry. They got it for Mother's Day.
After lunch, my ninth patient was waiting already I was late for a minute before starting him. He told me that there was less pain in his back already, but he had an anxiety attack because of the results of his angiogram. I told him just to calm down and trust the process. We were speaking with each other and he told me that he used to be a baseball player growing up and that gave him the opportunity to study through scholarship. My next patient was the patient of one of my colleagues. It was my first time treating him, he was telling me about his concerns about his upper back. I told him to start exercising, he admitted to me he hasn't done that for a long time. He told me that he used to go to the gym but he became lazy already. But I was able to motivate him to go and he said that he will try tomorrow. Hopefully, he'll be able to do it.
My eleventh and twelfth patient was a mom and son. I haven't seen them for months. They said that they have been really busy and their drive is really far. But the son said that he needed it because he said he lacked mobility. So I treated the son first and concentrated on stretching. After his treatment, I treated the mom, and she still had the same complaint ever since I saw her, I continued asking if she has had changes in her lifestyle and she said no, I was telling her to start exercising to keep the body moving because that's really important. She felt relief after the treatment.
I thought I was done for today, but one of the receptionists called me that one of our new doctors needed my help. It was 5 minutes before my time out. So I had to extend. He told me to do electrotherapy for one of his patients. I really admire his compassion for his patients. We were just talking about how busy it becomes on Sundays. He told me he was only able to sit for 5 minutes today, and has been treating since 9 in the morning and it was almost 8 pm. I really want to learn from him in the future.
After that, my colleague brought us to the metro station. My colleagues' fiancee suggested more manwha to read. That has been my addiction lately, I've been going back to my anime days lately. I got to the metro station and I saw the bus was really full going to our place. I decided to go to the mall taking the train. I wanted to see the deals inside the grocery. I ended up just checking and I wasn't able to buy anything. I then ate dinner at one of the restaurants outside the mall. I ended up eating a Chicken Biryani with Egg. I just enjoyed my meal after all that hard work today.
I then spoke with my girlfriend while waiting for the bus to go home. I was napping inside the bus and was just surprised that we were near our place already. I got down and went home, I spoke with my flatmates and got ready for bed and writing this. While writing, I was just watching the game of Boston vs the 76ers
This was tiring but fulfilling, I hope that your day went well!

First Sunday of the Month of May 2023
**Good day, guys!**
I don’t know why but I woke up twice during my sleep. One was when my roommate came in and the other one was that I just woke up randomly and that was around 4 am. Kinda sucks to have intermittent sleep because as soon as I woke up, I felt like I didn’t have the energy for today. I was so lazy but I had to get up and get ready for work.
As soon as I went out of our flat, I already felt that it was humid. I then walked to the bus stop and I was surprised that I was awake throughout the ride. The bus driver today was faster than usual, and there were not as many people on the bus. I went down to the metro station and was waiting for the train. As you could see the glass there was condensation from the humidity. The train came and there were a lot of people. I had to squeeze myself in to go to the next metro.
Got to the following metro and I was just taking my time, and I was just appreciating the shadows of the pathway. When I was about to go to the bus, I noticed that it was locked because the other people were trying to get in, so I decided to stay inside the metro for the A/C while waiting for it to open. The driver finally opened it. I then met one of my colleagues going out of the bus. As soon as I got inside the clinic I saw my patient.
My first patient was into trading. He was telling me about the Heikin- Ashi candlesticks. I was curious about it so I’m going to research about. He told me that he uses that plus Moving Averages of 100 and 200 whenever he trades. He told me about forex, and how fast the market fluctuates there, but he said the problem of trading there is liquidation. He just told me to start stocks in our home country. The next patient was his wife, and it was cool to hear that she just stays at home because the husband doesn’t like her to work. Right now, I’m happy for her because she is pursuing her passion. I’ve been hearing so many stories that their parents would choose a course for their kids and they end up not liking what they choose and end up finishing it. And that was her case, she was forced to take up nursing. She finished it but she took up culinary after. Now she has a youtube channel that’s monetized. She also told me that she does trading and she introduced it to her husband, now the husband is the one who took it up the notch and has been researching and improving his skills all throughout the years.
They gave me one patient and I had to put her on electrotherapy and we were just speaking, she has been here for 16 years already. I was surprised that she has been here for that long. She still has to put her kids to school that’s why she’s still staying here.
My next patient came in early so I started him, he became kinder compared to before and treatment just went smoothly. The Next patient was late by 15 minutes, I was just treating his shoulders and from time to time he would sleep during the treatment. I was kinda got shocked that he told me that his company got hacked wherein the company is letting them work from home instead of their office it’s been 2 weeks since that happened. We did some exercises to strengthen his shoulders. My next patient was late also, but it was okay because I had no other patients after 30 minutes. It was nice speaking with him regarding Canada and the benefits of staying there. That’s one of my options in the future. We were also speaking about the progress of the Philippines comparing it here in Dubai. I hope that our country could do better, especially with all the ID cards they give.
After the treatment, the doctor brought me a patient that I had to treat for 10 minutes and continue him in a different room. Thankfully my patient was a bit late, so I set that new patient in a different room. I then treated my patient, and he was disappointed with the results of the NBA. He’s a Golden State Warriors fan and they lost to the Lakers a while ago. Though I asked him about his ongoing tournament and he said that they won their game and he was the MVP. I congratulated him and told him to keep it up. I was waiting for my next patient to come and was just writing some notes while waiting, and the patient never came. I then ate my lunch and I also got to speak with my other colleagues. After eating lunch, my 4:30 patient was there. I was asking how he was and he told me that he feels better because he got better sleep. He said he has been taking melatonin. Kinda happy that he feels better now, unlike the last time that I saw him. We were just speaking about our past lives. And he was telling me some problems about raising kids right now, some of them wouldn’t just listen. He’s telling me that he’s trying to teach them values. I think that’s one important thing that has to be taught growing up. After the treatment, I was just using the computer and typing this to kill some time because my next patient didn’t show up.
My 6 pm patient arrived but was late for 5 minutes. It’s my first time meeting him and he seemed like a really kind fellow. He complained to me about his lower back pain, stiff neck, and knee pain. I had to assess and ask about his lifestyle to make some modifications. We were just speaking during the treatment and he told me that he’s been here for quite a long time. He said that he’s also raising his children here which is a good thing because only a few Filipinos do that due to the expenses. I was just waiting for my last patient and he came. I treated him last week and asked about his progress and he said that he feels better than before. He told me that he just stopped basketball for 1 week and has been doing exercises. He was telling me that he was 55 kg before and now he’s 86kg over the years, he's been here since 2008. He’s also a family guy. He was telling me the importance of gratitude.
Had to clean up and switch off everything on my floor before leaving. Our PRO dropped us off at the metro station with 3 of my other colleagues. When I went to our bus stop going home, I'm happy that there was a line. If there was no officer there, it would have been so chaotic trying to enter the bus. I just had to wait for the next bus and I was the 4th in line. so I was able to get a seat. The bus was really full. I got off the bus and then ate at one of the cafes. I ate there yesterday and as soon as I got in the cashier told me that the payment with my card yesterday failed, and I said I'll pay for it later. I then ordered and ate Shawarma because I was craving it.
I then had a short walk before going back home. As I was approaching the door, I could hear my flatmates from before. I then opened the door and said hello to them. My classmate invited them over to eat dinner. They also brought donuts, they offered me to eat. That's actually one of the best things to eat after a tiring day. I was just speaking with them and my classmate before ending my day.
I'm glad that the weekend is over because that's when there are a lot of patients. I'm happy to see the progress of some of the patients. I hope that they become better soon.
Anyway, May you have a great week ahead!

Last Day of the Month of April 2023
**Good day, guys!**
It’s the last day of the month of April 2023, and I’m really shocked that time is flying fast. I’m going to be telling you how I ended the month.
To start my day, I was able to video call my girlfriend before sleeping. Thankfully her usual shift is early in the morning in the Philippines so when I get home, I usually call her before sleeping. After speaking with her I slept. I woke up an hour before my alarm, which sucked but when back to sleep. I finally woke up with my alarm but had difficulty of getting up due to the cold. I finally got up and got ready. I walked to the bus stop, rode the bus and I was sleepy throughout the ride. I noticed that the bus was full when we were dropped off at the metro station.
I then took my time and took the train going to the following metro. Went down, and I remembered that my 90-day travel pass was about to expire in May so I reloaded before taking the next bus going to work. I was just listening to a podcast while waiting and playing some games, but I lost so many battles in clash royale.
I got to work, and my 9 am patient was waiting for me, I actually like speaking with him because he tells me insights about investing in stocks in the Philippines. He also day trades, something that I want to do in the future.
My next patient was one of my regulars who come on Sundays. She’s the one who is about to take her NCLEX exam. It’s going to be next month already and she told me that she’s going to start cramming next week. I was just encouraging her that she could do it and telling her to claim that she's going to pass that exam.
The next patient was an old patient here, but I never treated him. It was my first time treating him, he complained of shoulder pain and he told me that he used to play tennis. He said that he wanted to go back into playing to lose some weight. I gave him exercises to do and told him to do them consistently to strengthen his shoulders before he starts playing again.
The receptionist endorsed me as a new patient, he’s younger than me but I really loved his mindset. When I was speaking with him, he seemed like he had a lot of wisdom. He was telling me how he uses ChatGPT to summarize books if he’s really lazy in reading. I told him to keep up with his mindset, he’s going to go far in life.
The next patient was a bit late, the last time I saw him was last December. It was cool meeting him again, but he told me that nothing has changed in his life, though he’s body has been improving through rehab.
I was just waiting for my next patient because 2 of my patients canceled. My 2 pm patient came and we were just speaking about the NBA playoffs. He’s a GSW fan, and he wants them to win in their next match. It’s really exciting. He also told me that he was able to go to Europe lately with his family for 10 days. He told me that he really loved seeing Florence, Italy. It was his dream to see that city because of playing Assassins Creed.
My next patient was a new patient, he’s been here for 10+ years. I was speaking mostly to the wife because she was inside the room during treatment. I asked her if she still sees herself living in the Philippines in the future but she said she no.
I then had my lunch break, and one of my colleagues gave me an Oreo, And I was also speaking with my other colleagues who were on break. After my break, I entered the clinic and was shocked that the patient who I last treated was still there waiting for the chiropractic treatment. He was already waiting for an hour. I then went to my room and before going inside, my patient greeted me. I then got the room ready and I started treating him. It was my second time treating him, and he told me he hasn't gotten sleep because he just finished a procedure and he is still waiting for the results. His anxiety must have gotten into him, but he told me that he felt a lot better after our 1st treatment.
After the treatment, I was waiting for my patient, he came in early but he saw the doctor first. He was 20 minutes late from my schedule, a good thing was that I had a gap before my next patient. As soon as he got in, he told me that he felt a lot better. I also noticed that his movement is a lot faster compared to before. He was asking me if there are any news about crypto but I said that I haven't read anything lately because I was busy. I'm just glad that he's becoming better.
I was able to accommodate my last patient because he came early. It was my first time meeting him, and he was complaining to me about his back and his right leg becoming weak. I was telling him to rest from playing basketball first and condition himself. I hope he does it because I don't want him to get injured any further. But judging from the way he speaks, I think he's hard-headed. While we were conversing, he told me that I should get certificates if ever I want to stay here for a long time.
After treatment, I had to finish a lot of paperwork. Finished most of it and had to clean up before going down. I waited for my colleague and they brought me and my other colleague to the metro station. I was thinking if I should go to the mall, but I got so lazy so I took a bus to go home. I ate dinner first before going home.
After eating dinner, I decided to go for a walk and I was able to speak with my girlfriend for a while. I stopped walking when I hit 5000 steps. I'm actually tired because of our extended hour plus all the paper works. So when I got home, I just took a bath and stayed in bed. I was just watching the playoffs and the games are really getting me excited.
I hope that your week will go great guys!

A Restful Day
**Good day, guys!**
Sunday just came so fast. I just came from a 3-day break, because of Eid. Right now, I'm still thinking that I'm going to miss our old timing because it was shortened. I would come in from 11 am to 6 pm. It's going to be normal duty hours, wherein I have to work from 10:30 to 7:30, and to make it worse, during the weekends, I work from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. The great thing about this break was that, I was able to get some rest. I was also able to go to one of the Emirates and went camping with my friends over the weekend.
Though here's how my Sunday started. I was just finishing and typing
g some documents that were needed. I was also able to speak with my girlfriend. I also watched Phoenix and Clippers play live because of that I slept at around 3 am in the morning already.
My sleep was intermittent, for some reason, I just kept on waking up. My dream was also vivid, wherein I was in a water park with friends, For some reason this was the 3rd time I dreamt of sliding in a waterparks slide. I ended up getting out of bed at around 11 am. But I went back just to finish some documents. At around 2 pm, I had to use the restroom and I saw my friend and asked her if she was going to the gym she said yes and we decide to go at around 3 pm. I then got ready, and left the house at around 3:10. We walked to the center and the security guard said that the gym will open at 4, we were quite shocked because we didn't know that the gym closes at a certain period of time. So instead we went to the grocery to buy ingredients for dinner and then went back to the apartment.
We dropped everything and my classmate decided to make a banana shake and shared me. It tasted delicious and it felt like the perfect pre-workout drink. We then left the house past four and went to the gym. There were only like 4 people inside because it just opened. It just felt good to work out when there were only a few people. It was leg day for me today, and what I really love about working out in my legs is that I could push myself to carry heavy. My deadlift today was around 188 lbs and I was surprised that I could carry that heavy already. My squats were 155 lbs, kinda happy that I'm lifting more than my body weight already. I just took advantage of this workout because my gym membership is about to expire already. And I plan to renew it next month because I know that this week will be busy.
After working out, my friend told me that she had difficulty breathing at the start of the workout because of the heat and the intensity of her workout. I got shocked when she told me about it. I was just appreciating the weather while walking back to the flat. and we were just talking with each other, and I asked about her trip to Abu Dhabi where she met her friends. She then started preparing dinner and we were just catching up. Her boyfriend came and after a while, we ate dinner. She cooked pansit because she was craving that since this morning. It tasted delicious and it got me full.
The rest of the night, I was just playing Clash Royale, also got to speak with my girlfriend for a while. At the end of the day, I was just watching the playoffs. I watched the Knicks vs Cavs and GSW vs SAC. The GSW and SAC game was a thriller and my heart rate was just beating fast. I'm still not in the mood to go back to work, and I'm going to be sleep deprived when I go to work.
Anyway, I hope that your week will go great! Enjoy the rest of April

I'll be Missing this Schedule
**Good day, guys!**
So my Sunday started chatting with my friend at midnight. Because we had to pick up some friends from the airport. They ate at the flat, and we were just chatting and asking about their experience during their travel. After that, I took a bath, and I noticed that above my eyelid, my skin was very dry, I'm not sure if this is dermatitis, but there's a pain when it's being stretched and the skin is peeling. I'm really not sure where I got this, it just came out of nowhere.
I then woke up assessing if my eye got worse, but it was okay, but the peeling is still there. I got ready for work, and I was so slow in getting ready. I rushed going to the bus stop and when I was about to cross, I saw the bus that I was supposed to ride. that was around 9:47. The departing time was supposed to be 9:49 and sadly, it departed as I was about to go to it. So if I waited for the next bus, I would be late for work already. So I tried to experiment and walk. Thankfully, it wasn't as hot yet, but I was using an umbrella while walking, and I could feel that my back was sweating.
I went to one bus stop, and it was my first time going there. It took me around 12 minutes to walk there. I was just waiting for a bus and I'm really thankful that it was shaded by the branches of the trees. I was lucky that I didn't have to wait long for a bus. It was my first time trying this bus 21 which goes to the metro, and I was surprised that there were only a few stops, compared to my usual route. I was even earlier than my usual bus, but sweaty. The nice thing about this bus was that it wasn't as crowded. I took my time going to the train that goes to the next metro. I then walked to the bus and then I was just playing games with my phone.
I got to work and went to the pantry to get water. I'm kinda sad that this was the last weekend where I'm going to have Ramadan timing. I just work from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm without a lunch break. During normal weekends, I work from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. My first patient was there waiting for me, I got the room ready and started treating her. Just one more month and she's about to take her nursing exam. We also talked about the places that she traveled to, she was telling me about Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It's really nice to hear about the experiences of other people.
After treating her, I was just waiting for my next patient, and he never came, so the doctor gave me one patient to treat for 10 minutes. Then my supposed next patient at 12:45 also never came so I was just there in my room and just finishing my notes. The doctor came in and gave me another patient to treat for 10 minutes. Then I was just going around til my next patient came at 2:45.
It was my first time treating this patient, and his story was really amusing. He said he doesn't have a degree, but he was able to go far here in the UAE. He's in the golfing industry, the funny thing is that he doesn't play golf. He's been here for 14 years and said that this country has been so good to him. I'm glad to meet people who are from the Philippines and doing great in this country. It's just really inspiring to hear these kinds of stories. Though he was telling me to be careful of some people here, because some people tend to destroy you behind your back, just to get your position.
My next patient was at 3:30 and I treated her before, I only had 30 minutes but because there are free rooms, I treated her for 45 minutes. While treating her, one of my colleagues endorsed one patient that's in electro. So when I put my patient in electro, I had to start my 4:00 Patient. So I was overseeing 3 patients at one time. I really like my 4:00 patient because she knows the value of exercising and taking care of herself. So rehabilitating her was easier than usual. I also love her positive attitude and that she challenges herself. Then I treated my next patient, while I was starting the treatment, one of the nurses went to me to tell me to put a person in electro. The only hassle is that you have to go to the room and check on the patient from time to time and you also have to remove them from it. A good thing was that my patients are usually kind and understanding, and they don't get irritated that I have to leave them in the middle of the treatment. I finished my last patient, then they gave me one more patient to treat for 10 minutes. When it hit 6 pm, I cleaned up a bit and checked out.
When I got outside, to my surprise it was really dark at that time. I thought that it was going to rain but thankfully it didn't. I was just waiting for the bus. When I got to the bus, went to the metro and was deciding if I should go home or not. I actually went to the mall for a while, I ate dinner, It was really difficult to look for a place to sit in the food court, and when I found a table, there were no seats but a kind lady called my attention and removed all her stuff from an extra seat and gave it to me. The food that I got wasn't as good, because the chicken was really dry and the pita bread that they gave was only 4 so that counted as a snack for me. I had to go to the grocery after, and I was enticed by the price of a power bank, I was thinking if I should get one on the spot, but I was able to control myself. So right now, I'm just researching good power banks. I then got some things from the grocery plus a moisturizer which will hopefully make my dry skin better. While I was at the mall, my classmate called me to eat dinner at my old flatmate's place. So I waited for the bus and went there. When I got there, they were all done eating already but I still ate, the food tasted really delicious. It was nice seeing them again and they were so kind to invite me over. To end my day, I got to speak with my girlfriend and procrastinated writing this and watching reviews for power banks. I hope that your week will go great!

Easter Sunday
**Good day, guys!**
Last Saturday night, I was able to attend the Easter Vigil Mass, and there were o many people. It was overwhelming to see a lot of Catholics in this country. It just felt so good again to go back again. I was able to attend because of our lessened working hours, I won't be able to do that during our normal duty. There were so many people in a queue at the metro station. I got home at around 11:30ish already. Got to eat a bit and speak with my girlfriend. I slept at around 2 in the morning.
I woke up at around 9 and got ready for work. Before going to work, I was able to video call my family back home and greet them with a Happy Easter. I went to work using a bus with a longer route. Took the train at the metro station to go to the next station. At the next station, something stupid happened to me, I had already punched my card and I didn't go through, because the display was broken, I thought it didn't read but when it closed, I couldn't go out already. So I waited for someone to punch in and I walked out with him, they questioned if I punched out and I said yes. I then walked to the other bus and was just playing games while listening to a podcast. Someone tried to grab my phone and it was my workmate. Then went to work.
My first patient was my patient last week, and she said that she has improved already, I'm glad that she's becoming better and more active. She told me she has been swimming lately, though I asked her if she could do it frequently just to get her body moving. The next patient was her husband and who has been suffering from back pain, he isn't as active, so I was advising him to change his lifestyle so that his body will respond better to the pain. My patient was telling me about the property that he bought somewhere in Bataan already doubled, which is enticing me to study purchasing land back in the Philippines when I get rich enough.
The next patient was a patient of my colleague. He complained about pain in his right shoulder and that he could feel creptius upon moving it. He told me he used to go to the gym before and was really active when he stopped he started feeling the pain. I noticed that was a pattern with my patients, the people who were active before and suddenly stopped, that's when their pain starts coming out. So as much as possible I try to advise them to go back to their exercise and fight laziness.
My next patient was an old patient of mine, who I didn't see for a few weeks. I really like speaking with him because he talks about the stock market and how to deal with money. I'm still learning and I actually want to do what he does also. He told me that a friend of his who is already 38 years old retired because he started investing early. It's enticing me to start learning.
The next patient was my lock jaw patient, he told me that it has been improving lately. We were just speaking about the NBA and he's a GSW fan. He's excited for the match-up of GSW against the Phoenix Suns if ever they're going to be playing in the playoffs.
My next patient was really interesting because she works in forensics. She had pain in her lower back, she was asking me what exercises she could do. She's really active though, it was just this time flared up. I showed her some exercises and treated the area. One thing that I noticed about her is that she overthinks too much which may limit also her progress. But I really loved her attitude and speaking with her is really interesting. I then treated my next patient, he's one of my old patients, and I'm excited for him and his application to go to Canada. I hope that it will be able to push through, though he was also telling me things about real estate and some of the businesses that they own in the Philippines, which are managed by his parents. While treating him, our marketing called me to check on the patients, and I had to remove that patient that was on electro. And continued on with my patient. After finishing my patient, I endorsed another patient, for some reason, I didn't like the vibes of that patient and she felt really draining. It just seems so weird that she can't even look you straight in the eye. I let her lie down and she started burping, it just seemed so weird. Just did only a few things because it was complimentary. Finally, I had my last patient. I really like this patient because she's really kind and honest. I asked her if she started exercising and she said not yet. I'm still shocked that she comes all the way from Abu Dhabi just to get treated in our clinic. I just love her vibes. After the treatment, one of my colleagues gave me chocolate eggs for Easter which was a really kind gesture.
I then waited for my other colleague, who usually brings me to the metro. She said that they had to bring the dad home to where I live nearby so it was my lucky day. Before going home, we passed by a Night Market, and I was really in awe when I saw it, there were so many people and they were selling a lot of things from clothes, vegetables, meat, cellphone, and accessories. But we were shocked by the price of the food that they were selling, you could buy things for only 1 AED. That's something that I really appreciate here in Dubai, no matter what earning class you are in, you'll still be able to eat. The fiancee treated me fresh pomegranate juice and it was so satisfying to watch it get squeezed. It tasted delicious.
After exploring the place, they brought me to my home and I decided to eat dinner. After eating dinner, I was just walking around the area and spoke to my girlfriend. I then went home and took a bath. After taking a bath, I heard some sad news regarding my flatmates before, I just hope and pray that everything will be better for them. I feel so drained today, it must have been treating all those patients straight without a break. But I'm kinda happy that I was able to meet some awesome people and got to experience new things.
I hope everything is going well with you and that you'll have a great week ahead!

Time Flies April 2023
**Good day, guys!**
Late midnight, I was just speaking with my friends before going to bed I tried alarming at 7 am and I was thinking if I would go to the gym or not. Ended up not going and just waiting til 9 am to get ready.
Got ready for work and it was easier because my roommate was awake, I didn't have to stay silent. I also got to speak with my girlfriend before leaving the flat. While waiting for the bus to go to work, it was really windy and my hair was just going everywhere. I was just playing games while listening to podcasts just to keep myself entertained. What irked me was the crackling sounds on my earbuds. I was scared that it was broken. I just had to reset and reconnect it. Got to the metro took the train and went to the next metro. I walked to the other side to ride the bus to work. I arrived at work 5 minutes before 11. I got prepared and spoke to some of my colleagues before the doctor gave me a patient. My first patient was from Germany, it was nice speaking to him and it's inspiring because he owns some businesses. Though, I got shocked that the tax there can get as high as 52%. He described the government there as a business partner who does nothing but gets half of the profit. I also learned a lot from him.
My next patient was one of my old patients, I'm glad to hear that there's progress regarding his application to go to Canada, and I hope and pray that he will be able to migrate soon.
The next patients that I handled were a couple, the first one was the wife. I asked her how's her progress with her review for her licensure exam. She told me that she already feels the pressure because her exam is going to be next month. I was just giving her some words of encouragement that she could do it. While she was saying things about this, it reminded me of the time when I had to take my licensure exams abroad. Her husband was my next patient, and he told me that he was a bit stressed out because he has a lot of work to do. He thought that his work would die down, during Ramadan but it didn't. He even has to cater to other countries internationally, so he would work past his working hours.
After that patient, I had another one and it was my first time seeing her. She really looked young for a 40+-year-old woman. She told me her secret and it's to laugh even though you are going through a lot of problems. I only had 30 minutes to treat her, because my schedule was tight during that day. The next patient was still a kid and his complaint was about his locked jaw. After the treatment, the receptionist called me to treat 2 patients for only 7 minutes each before treating my next patient.
My next patient was just chill, I treated him last Thursday, and I was wondering why was he there after only a few days. He told me that he played football landed on his back and which made his left upper back pain. I just had to explain to him that we have different mechanics when it comes to pain. What I loved talking about him was how he saves his money and invests it in different stocks. This got me interested and it's also making me want to test it out also. While waiting for my next patient, the doctor went up and gave me another patient and told me to treat him. My true patient never came so I had to treat this guy. We were just speaking about life and he was telling me about how some people would take advantage of him being new in this country. It's kinda sad to hear that there are those kinds of people who would abuse other people's kindness. I'm glad that he was able to see it through. I finished treating him, had to clean up, and spoke to some of my colleagues.
Because of our Ramadan timings, I don't get to eat lunch or snack on something, I only drink water throughout the day. I was speaking to my colleague and she was planning to go around this coming Thursday for Bisita Iglesia wherein we would go to different Churches all over the Emirates. I wanted to experience it. I rode in their car and they brought me to the metro station. From there, had to wait for a while to get a bus going home. I was really hungry because I haven't eaten the whole day. This was going to be my first meal, and I ate at around 7:30 pm. After that, spoke to my girlfriend for a while and then went home. While walking home, I saw our new housemate and she brought her friend with her inside the room. And then, I ate some yogurt and my classmates arrived from the gym. I'm really happy for them that they're consistent with it. My problem right now is laziness, I've been skipping the gym for how many days already. We were just talking with my friends and that was around 8:30ish. After all the talking I didn't notice the time and it was already midnight. So I prepared for bed. I don't know why this day was exhausting, there are also times when I felt sleepy while treating some of my patients. But I'm still thankful that I'm still alive and that I got to meet really interesting patients.
I hope that your week is going to be great!

Just Keeping Positive
**Good day, guys!**
Lately, I've been sleeping early. I've bought a sleeping mask that just blacks everything out. And I've also tried doing suggestions regarding the military way of sleeping. My dream was weird, I dreamt of the people who I hung out with during high school I haven't seen them for a very long time. Woke up around 6:30 and was debating if I should hit the gym. But as soon as I raised my arms, my lats were hurting badly from my last workout so I just went back to sleep. I woke up again, meditated, prayed, and played with my phone before getting up. When I got up, that's when I felt the true damage on my lats, because I couldn't lift both my arms beyond, 110 degrees without compensating or wincing from the pain. It was actually difficult taking a bath because of this. My duty starts at 11 because of Ramadan, they just gave me 1 hour off, with no breaks so we have to work from 11-6 pm.
I then took the bus and was just playing clash Royale while listening to a podcast. Right now, I just love listening to podcasts and learning the different perspectives of other people. Because of that, it's changing me into becoming a better individual. It taught me to be grateful for everything that I have. This is also helping me on my journey of healing.
After the bus ride, I was just taking my time to go to the metro to take the train to go to the next metro where the bus going to work is located.
Got to work, and got ready. My phone rang and the receptionist told me that my patient canceled. Then the doctor called me to treat a patient, I got the patient and I noticed that his shorts were still wet, he came from the beach he actually surfs and asked me why am I not surfing because some of the surfers are Filipinos, I had to explain that I didn't grow up near the beaches. It was cool speaking with him, he was just talking to me about the people he used to date and currently looking for the right one. I truly loved his attitude because he was just jolly.
My next patient was delayed for a bit, but when I got him, he seems so stressed out from work. He explained to me that his supervisor is watching him like a hawk, and he couldn't even stand up from his desk. I truly pity him,
The next patient was someone who I treated weeks ago, he was convincing me to start scuba diving. I would love to but it's kinda pricey so I was thinking of saving that money to get a LASIK. He was also telling me about his children and grandchildren. He was able to start a family at a really young age. He was 19 when he had his first kid.
The next patient was my long-term patient from Abu Dhabi, she was about to go on vacation to the Philippines and was asking if I need anything because she said she was going to Baguio. It's just nice that she's been going to the gym, and that she feels a lot better than before.
The next patient had a positive attitude, one of the best things I like about a patient. He was just sharing his stories of life with me. He asked me don't get tired of what I do and, I had to admit that I do. He continued asking me whether they gave me breaks, and I said they don't and responded that I just had to get used to it. He was also telling me that he didn't like staying around negative people, because it just makes him feel bad. My next patient canceled so I was able to rest for a while.
While resting, one of my colleagues told me that there's pizza upstairs, for us physios. I then went to the room with our new physio and was just speaking and eating at the same time. Though we had a dilemma because one of our colleagues who was fasting came inside the room while we were eating, and it felt really awkward because you couldn't offer them to eat also. A good thing it was just quick. We continued eating at the pantry and just speaking with each other. After that, I went inside and the doctor gave me a patient with ankle pain. Though, upon assessing her, it wasn't the ankle but more of the Achilles tendon. I just taught her some exercises and stretches that she could do and told her to start becoming active again.
I was looking through my schedule and it was empty already, so they canceled. So I was just speaking with some of my colleagues downstairs. Our doctor didn't have any patients already and was shooing me away, but I usually hitch a ride with one of my colleagues because they bring me straight to the metro station.
I'm truly grateful for that colleague and her fiancee because they've been bringing me there. I was also able to attend mass yesterday because of them. I went down to the metro with my other colleague and was just speaking to her. I then took a bus and it just feels so weird because it was so bright and I usually only go out like this on Thursdays. I took a bus and was just exploring places, I then ate in a restaurant and the waiter asked if I wanted the combo and I said yes. Surprisingly the combo was huge, It had fruits, dates, Samosa, Pakora, Chicken Biryani, Water, and a yogurt drink. I was surprised because it was really cheap. I got it only for 10 AED, that's around 2.72 USD. Everything just tasted delicious.
I then went to the grocery nearby and bought some almonds and a galaxy flute. I don't know why but I got addicted to this chocolate, I just love its taste. After that, I decided to walk around and get my 7000 steps. I thought of going to the gym but with my condition, I couldn't. I got home and was just speaking with my friends.
I noticed when I removed my shirt, my lats were swelling. This was the very first time that this ever happened to me. I sent a video to my cousin and he even said that it looked like a cyst already. I probably got so excited that I worked out after a very long time. I just hope that it recovers tomorrow so I'll be able to become more functional. I'm truly grateful for everything that has happened today. I hope that you guys had a great weekend!
Thanks for reading stay safe always!

Life is Quick
Good day, guys!
It's Sunday again and I didn't expect my day to start like this. Recently, I had to switch partitions so I'm sleeping in a new place, right in front of the aircon and I'm in the bunk bed. Though I'm glad that my flatmates helped me put up a barrier you would still feel the cold. My sleep last night was intermittent, I'm such a light sleeper that I wake up whenever someone enters the room or moves stuff. My sleep was intermittent, I even woke up to a throbbing headache. I woke up 30 minutes before my alarm because my roommate was moving. I made myself sleep again til I woke up with my alarm. I still woke up with that headache and felt really crappy. Had to get ready and went to work. I'm glad that I was able to catch the bus without rushing. Had to survive a longer commute because it was Sunday. Got down the metro station and went to take the bus to go to work. Got to see some other colleagues riding also.
Went to work and my first patient was waiting, we really had a nice talk, he was telling me things about getting citizenship elsewhere for a more secure future if I ever decide to have children.
I just loved speaking with the next patient because she called Baguio her 2nd home, we were reminiscing about the good old days. It seemed therapeutic to me.
The following patients were a couple, I treated the guy first. Unfortunately, they had to move house and I could imagine how difficult it is because the longer your stay in a place you usually accumulate things. He complained of back pain from the moving.
The wife just came from the flu and compared to her first session she said her pain has been improving. What enticed me the most was that she was about to take the NCLEX. It just reminded me of the first time I tried taking the PT counterpart of that exam for the US but I failed that exam. But it brought me opportunities. Her exam is fast approaching and I hope that she'll be able to pass it. That just reminded me of the anxiety that I got when the exam is close by. Though, what surprised me the most is that she still work and at the same time studied.
My next patient is an old patient, He usually switches therapists depending on his needs. He doesn't speak as much. Though there was one call that bothered me the most during treatment. It was from one of the receptionists saying that the others will get lessened hours for Ramadan and I have to work OT for it. To be honest that destroyed my mood. They also endorsed my next patient. They said that they'd pay the OT, but when one of my colleagues computed it before it wasn't even worth it and last year, they even didn't pay the OT. But I guess I can't do anything about that.
The next patient was a really cool guy, he was sharing with me his dreams of making his own garage and living in Bali by the beach. He asked me what are my dreams and I couldn't even answer him. It made me think of what I'm doing with my life. That hit me and it made me think in my head about what I truly want in life. I'm truly thankful that I meet these kinds of patients who make me reflect.
My next patient didn't show up but they sent someone for electro. After that, my next patient came. We were just speaking about crypto. He's scared to buy some more because he bought at the peak and sold at the bottom. He told me that I should invest in real estate in our home country. After treating him I had lunch at 3:15. One of our colleagues just came back from vacation and she gave me some dried mangoes and biscocho.
When I went inside the clinic, my next patient was waiting for me, the last time I saw him was last year. He was telling me all the events that happened to him and his family. I really feel bad that his dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I truly hate that disease. Though, I'm glad that he's looking at it in a positive way. He was also telling me about his adventures and it was really interesting and I hope that I'll be able to do that in the future.
The next patient was someone I haven't seen for a long time, she said that she was really busy. We were talking about our pets and how they can help us therapeutically, especially when we come home from work and they would go to us.
Then my last 2 patients came, one of my colleagues asked if I could treat them at the same time. I said I'll try thinking that the case of the new one was just a typical case, and when I got him, I was regretting that I treated the patients at the same time because his case was regarding his TMJ which is something that I wasn't good at. I just became honest with him and taught him some exercises. My last patient is one of my patients who's frustrating to treat because, whenever I see him, I ask if there's an improvement, and he said there's no improvement at all. It's actually difficult to speak with him because of the language barrier.
I got to speak to some of my colleagues before going down. And when I went down I saw my Doctor, I was so drained that I didn't like to speak to him because he was asking me about the timings. I just realized I said something stupid and didn't say what I really wanted. After that, my colleague brought me to the Metro station. From the metro station, I decided to go to the mall, my mind was so preoccupied I went down the wrong metro station first before going to the mall. I thought I'd like to get something in the mall but I ended up going outside of it and exploring some of the places where I could eat dinner.
I decided to eat at this restaurant that serves different kinds of cuisines. I decided to get chicken Pulao. It was my first time tasting this kind of meal. There were so many ingredients that they used in the rice, there were cashews, veggies, chicken, and a lot of spices. It also came with their yogurt sauce, a drink, and that yellow thing that tasted so citrusy. I truly enjoyed this meal after a long day. '
I went to ride the bus going home and what kinda turned me off and made my headache worse was the smell of the person beside me, it was so hard to breathe through my nose. Thankfully I survived that 30-40 minute bus ride just going home. One thing that I noticed is that my wrists are starting to hurt badly, even as I am typing this. I have a feeling I've been using them too much whenever I treat patients.
I'm truly thankful for today despite all the crap that happened, and I look forward to better days.
Thanks for reading stay safe always!

Fun Life with Patients
**Good day, guys!**
My sleep was weird last night, it was intermittent though I tried sleeping early. I even woke up before my alarm. I had a dream about bikes, it reminded me of the last day of vacation because my cousins and brother went biking and me, and my sister was following them in a car, just in case anything happens. My dream was I was biking with my other family members and we were just traversing a path in a forest. I finally woke up with my alarm and then got ready for work. I was kinda rushing because of the time. I wanted to take the 7:48 bus. I left the flat and they were cleaning the stairs, so I had to use the elevator. I was crossing the pedestrian lane, and I saw the bus approaching. I was so lucky again that I made it and got a seat. While I was seated down, I was thinking if I forgot something, and I did, I forgot to get my lunch in the refrigerator. I was in a state of anxiety but I just had to let it go and said I'll try to fast until dinner. At the same time, I was also manifesting that someone will give me food haha. After the bus ride, got to the metro station and then took the train to the next station. It was still early so I was taking my time even while walking.
I'm really thankful that they put this bus here, because of it, I could leave the house later than usual.
I then got to work and my first patient was waiting for me. I remember treating this patient, the doctor gave him to me for a complimentary session before. We were talking about some Filipino family cultures. We were mostly talking about the toxic traits, such as some family members thing when you are working away from your home country, they think that you're super duper rich and that you could always provide whenever they ask you and some parents even make their children their investment which I think is a really sad and bad thing to do. I was surprised by his perspective that he knows how to say NO to people, even to his own family members. It just makes me want to adopt his attitude of loving himself. This patient was so kind, and he even offered to give me tickets to a show at his workplace, he actually gave me his number just in case, I want to go.
My second patient is one of my regular patients. She introduced me to her mother, and I noticed that she was wearing a sticker from Cebu Pacific. My patient told me that her mother and son just arrived last night that's why her sleep was crappy. I feel bad for this patient because she is battling cancer, so the most I could do for her is pain management and encourage her to live. It's actually nice to speak with her because, she used to stay in Baguio during the 90s, and she called it her second home
The next 2 patients canceled but the receptionist gave me another patient. This patient of mine usually rotates therapists.
I was waiting for my next patient and she was my patient that comes all the way from Abu Dhabi to Dubai just for treatment. Before the treatment, she handed me a container with cookies inside, she told me that she backed them herself. I was really thankful for that gesture. In my head, my manifestation came true. We were speaking about Baguio because she studied there for college and she said that she was going to visit when she goes home. I'm really glad that she listened to my advice about being active. She told me that her addiction now is going to the gym. I just hope that she becomes consistent with that.
The next patient was a complimentary patient, the doctor just gave him to me and he's a fellow gamer which made it cool. We were just talking about Dota 1.
It was then my lunch break and I still went to the pantry. I was hydrating and drinking green tea while speaking to my other colleagues.
I then went upstairs, and I was waiting for my next patient and she never came. My 5 o clock patient was really interesting. When he entered the treatment room, he apologized that he was sweating, and he told me that he rode the skateboard going to our clinic. He told me that I treated one of his colleagues and said that he lives in the same area as me. We were just speaking and I really loved our conversation because he has a lot of wisdom. He's been listening to a lot of podcasts and he was even giving me some names to follow so I did. He told me that we could meet up one time and just have Chai together and I agreed. We both exchanged numbers.
I suddenly had a new patient, and it was nice speaking with him because he said that he loves Baguio. It's always his go-to place whenever he visits the Philippines. I even asked him if he was going to buy a lot there, but he said that he'll think about it.
I was just waiting because I had no more patients until the doctor came up and asked me to treat one more patient. The weird thing about it was that one of our physios treated him already. So he told me to look into the other parts that are hurting. So I ended up educating him regarding pain and taught him some exercises that he could perform at home. Though there's one thing that I told him to try to fix and it's his sleep. He said that he only gets 4.5 hours of sleep per day.
After the treatment. I rode with my colleague and her fiance. She said today was my lucky day because she was going to pass by the place that I live in because she had to visit one of her family members that live in this community. I rode with them and I just noticed that my community is kinda close to our clinic if you have a car, compared to using a bus which takes so much time and it's so cramped up when you don't get a seat.
They dropped me off, and I decided to eat at a cafe, I ordered my food and I was surprised that it came out early. I was taking my first bite and then someone said greeted me and said that she used to go to our clinic but it was last year, and she was like do you remember me? She even said her name, after a while my mind processed for a few minutes and I remembered this patient. It was nice seeing her but I was devastated by the news, that she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, all I could offer to her right now was just prayers and trying to uplift her spirit. My dinner mode changed after that, I really felt bad for her and I couldn't focus on enjoying my meal. After eating, I went for a walk and I decided to eat the cookies that my patient gave me. They were delicious. It was crispy outside and chewy inside. I also got to speak with my girlfriend.
I got home and just tried to listen to podcasts, played for a while, and then took a bath. After taking a bath, I was just using my laptop. My roommate came and we were just catching up. After that, I wrote this post.
I'm just happy and grateful that I was able to meet a lot of people with different personalities. What shocked me the most was that most of my patients had memories of my hometown Baguio. Making me look forward to going back there again
Thanks for reading stay safe always!

Chill Day
Good day, guys!
It's so unusual because I slept earlier than usual. But I still woke up late and I had to rush and get ready. I was on the other side of the crosswalk, and I saw the bus approaching, I'm lucky that it wasn't a weekday because the Pedestrian lights didn't take forever before I could cross. Thankfully, I was able to ride the bus and there was so much space for me to sit. I got to the metro, earlier than usual, and took the train to the next metro station. I was just chilling while walking to the bus that will take me to work.
While on my way to work, I remembered my boss wouldn't be there. When I went down the bus, I didn't know that another colleague of mine was also there. Got to the clinic and went straight to the pantry to drink water. I was just staying inside my room waiting for my first patient. I had a patient that walked in and he came at 11:30. He had a shoulder problem but one thing that I liked about him is that he had an active lifestyle wherein he would go to the gym to start his day. It was just a minor problem, and he just needed some activity modification while exercising.
While waiting for my next patient, I was just speaking with my other colleagues and catching up. I was also playing with the machines and trying to figure things out. Around 2:30 pm, I was shocked that our boss showed up and he got treated by one of my colleagues. My colleague said that she had a patient at 3 so I would continue his treatment. I couldn't say no even though it was my lunch break. It was really nice speaking with him during the treatment. It's my first time hearing someone say that he's really happy whenever he treats patients. I guess this made me think about his perspective on life.
After treatment, I was waiting for my 4 o clock patient, but she didn't show up so I took advantage and ate lunch at around 4:15. After eating, I had to go back because I was expecting a patient at 4:45, but in the end, he didn't show up also. So while waiting, I was just finishing my notes, helping out, and speaking with my other colleagues. My last patient was at 6:30, and he was late for 10 minutes. I could have left the clinic earlier if he didn't show up. But the wait was worth it because I saw the progress of his rehab. The tear on his hamstring is healing and I'm trying to challenge him by doing some activities because he wants to play football again.
After finishing all my notes, I got to go out and take a bus to go to the metro, I also went with one of my colleagues. But we separated at the train ride. I went to the Mall of the Emirates and ate dinner. I decided to eat at Al Baik. I got their 10 pieces of chicken fillet nuggets. It came with Fries, a bun, garlic and nugget sauce. I put some of the nuggets inside the bun and made it into a sandwich. I actually liked the taste because it was juicy.
I walked around the mall and the grocery just to look if ever I wanted something but ended up not buying anything. While I was walking to the bus stop to go home, I was craving something sweet, and I remembered that one of my patients, last week gave me this galaxy bar so I ate it. As soon as I reached the bus stop, I only had to wait for a few minutes and the bus came. I was sleepy during the bus ride but I was able to fight it. I got home and did the laundry, took a bath, and spoke with my girlfriend.
I'm truly happy that I was able to get some rest today.

A Productive Sunday
**Good day, guys!**
The day before I felt like crap, my lower back was hurting and the pain would radiate going to my foot. Whenever I walked, I could feel an irritable sensation on my heel and foot. But that was my fault because I hadn't slept right during the past 2 days.
To start my Sunday, I was able to sleep well already. I woke up and the really annoying pain wasn't there. I was really surprised. I guess I only needed some sleep. I then got ready and took the bus going to the metro station, and because it was a Sunday, the bus took longer. I got to the metro station, I didn't know that they changed the station's name to OnPassive until someone pointed it out to me inside the train.
I went to the next station and took a bus from there to go to work. I got to work, and my colleague said that my 9:15 patient was already waiting in the lobby. I then got everything ready and started treating him. It was nice seeing him, and despite the pain, he said that he was able to do stuff that he couldn't do before. So I'm glad he is being consistent with himself. My next patient didn't show up so I was just in my room fixing stuff and doing some notes. The doctor then called me and told me to treat somebody for 30 minutes.
After that my next patient came, her story is really interesting. She was telling me about her situation with her child who has autism. She told me that sometimes she overthinks that she gets anxiety attacks before. Her main problem was her lower back, but I think that her stress was adding to her pain also.
My next patient was a long-term patient who comes all the way from Abu Dhabi just to get treated. I noticed that she was limping and she told me that she fell down. I felt bad for her because she just started a routine where she was exercising. She told me that she felt a lot better when exercising and she has so much energy after that. I told her to continue that after her leg heals from the fall.
The next patient was really cool. He works in the bank and he told me to start investing already while I'm still young. He told me to invest in real estate, stocks, and bonds. I asked him about crypto and he said it was too risky for him.
The next patient was really fun to talk to. I'm so surprised that he is semi-retired and living on an island. He also told me about the places that he visited around the world. It just seemed like the dream life. It's just inspiring to hear these kinds of stories. I hope that I'll be able to travel a lot and retire like that in the future.
I then took my lunch, and on my way to our pantry, I saw this flower and I couldn't help but take a photo of it.
After lunch, there were so many conflicts in schedules because they got delayed with one treatment. I treated a patient of my colleague because she was running late already. It's really nice speaking with her because she's really open-minded. I had to start one patient with electro while waiting for the next patient.
For my next 2 patients, I had to treat them at the same time because they were late also. The first woman who I treated seemed really kind already, to be honest, I didn't like her before but she seemed to improve after how many months. The second guy who I treated, was also kind, I'm glad that he's able to start a new business.
After that, I had 2 more patients. I had fun rehabilitating my last patient because we were challenging his hamstring due to an injury, so there was so much active participation.
My colleague brought me to the metro station and I decided to go to the mall from there.
I decided to eat at Max's All About Chicken, I just love their fried chicken. And it's also affordable. This is my other go-to spot whenever I go to this mall.
Before going home, I bought some groceries, and I was really lucky because, as soon as I got out of the mall, the bus arrived only after a few minutes. Went straight to my place, got to speak with my girlfriend and I was busy writing this and closing my eyes at the same time. I'm really thankful for today, it might have been busy but I'm happy that I was able to meet great people today.

Pizza Day
Good day, guys!
Oh Sunday, the day before, I felt like crap. I don't know why my head was hurting really bad, I think it was the lack of sleep. Though at the end of the day, I was able to meet the person who took care of me and her friend and we ate out.
I woke up sleep-deprived, something that I'm trying to fix. I then got ready and went to work. I was surprised because there were a lot of people who were waiting for the bus when I went to the bus stop. I also met the dad of my colleague to give him an item.
When the bus came there was a lot of shoving and pushing, thank God I developed a sturdy body. I noticed that there were a lot of people this Sunday compared to the other Sundays. But thankfully I got to sit during the whole ride. I got to the metro took the train to the next station and had to rush out because the bus was about to leave after 6 minutes. Thankfully got to it before it left and greeted a colleague that was inside also.
I got to work, waiting for my first patient but he canceled. My second patient was also late so I wasn't able to treat her. From 10:45 to 3 O clock, I had back-to-back patients. I treated 6 patients. I'm happy that one of my patients is seeing the positive of being here right now because the last time I met her she was really depressed about staying here. Thankfully she found a place that makes her happy and her friends are really supportive. I was also touched because she said thank you for your bits of advice. The next patient after her was also another patient who transformed, she was also to change her mindset because of all the talks that we were having. I just helped her realize all her blessings despite having a very stressful job. She also started listening to podcasts. I really loved our conversations, it's so funny that we were even telling each other some secrets, it just seemed so comfortable to speak with her.
At 3 o clock, I went to eat my lunch. There was pizza and chicken again. I noticed that since the start of December, every Sunday, there's pizza. I'm actually grateful that there was. It came from our boss acknowledging all our hard work.
After lunch was hectic, my 2 saving grace patients didn't come so they sent me a lot of patients. I had to treat 1 patient at the start, and they sent me 5 more patients for electro, hearing their history of present illness was the one that drained me. After treating them my 6 o o'clock and 6:45 patients came. I treated 8 patients after lunch. I finished the day, by going back inside the pantry and eating the leftovers with my other colleagues before leaving.
I used to bus to go to the metro and then I went to the Mall of the Emirates. I'm actually having a difficult time looking for presents this Christmas. I also have a secret Santa, and she's actually new so I don't know what to get her. I spent so much time walking around the mall, but in the end bought some presents for other people. I got home around 11 pm. I was just speaking with my friends at home. And they are the ones who are counting down for me when I'll be leaving for my vacation. I'm still scared about the expenses when I get home haha.
Hope you guys had a fun and productive weekend!

Grateful for Patients
**Good day, guys!**
Oh, it's Sunday again.
Though, I'm surprised that I slept earlier than usual. Last Friday night, we took some shots with my friends had fun, and slept late. That made me feel like crap on Saturday when I went to work, thankfully I survived. The only drawback was that I was really tired that night and I wasn't able to go to the gym but slept early. I was supposed to turn on my laptop, use it and call my girlfriend but I dropped dead. To be honest, my sleep was still on and off, because I would wake up from time to time. I usually wake up whenever my other roommate turns on the light on the other side.
I woke up at around 7 and got ready. I left the house and was looking up into the skies because the clouds looked nice to look at. Took the bus and was praying and meditated on the way, took the metro, and took the new bus route going to work. I got to work and was greeted by the receptionist that my first patient was already waiting for me. I then went to the pantry first to get ready. Then went to my room and called my patient, she said that I could rest first, but I said that I'd treat her because my mind was set that as soon as I stepped inside the clinic, I'll be in work mode. I truly love the personality of my first patient, because she's so positive. She's the one who taught me how to appreciate the things that I have right now. My next patient was a long-term patient. He was a bit late but, as soon as he entered he showed me the progress he got after a week, and was happy for him. He told me that he referred a patient to me, and I thanked him for that. My next patient is a dog lover, she even brought her dog from Hungary to UAE and was telling me that it's really expensive and such a hassle but worth it.
My next patient was a kabayan, and he told me that ever since he came to the clinic, he felt improvement, comparing it to the other clinics that he went through. I was waiting for the next patient because she was doing an IV drip. After the drip I treated her, it's really cool to meet people my age and who just started, we even live near each other in the Philippines. My next patient was a patient who traveled from Abu Dhabi, initially, she wasn't booked, but we managed to squeeze her into my schedule. It was nice seeing her, and she's really lucky to have a really loving and supportive partner.
My next patient was the husband of my patient before, I treated him once before. We were speaking more about investing during that time. It's really nice to hear stories from him where he used to struggle with finance but he was able to overcome it. I was telling him about crypto and he was interested and he got my number. My next patient was a complimentary patient.
I then had my lunch break and was surprised that there was pizza, my patient who was interested in crypto was the one who gave it to us, so I thanked them through a message.
After lunch, my next patient told me that she felt so much relief after all the treatments that the pain in her lower back is gone already, so I had to treat the upper back. It's just music to my ears when my patients progress. I was waiting for my next patient, but he canceled I was called down and the doctor gave me another patient, he was a huge guy with a hip problem, we were just talking about golf because that's his hobby right now. My next patient was my patient before, during the treatment I had fun speaking with the husband because he was a gamer, we just reminisced about the old school games such as Ragnarok Online. I actually grew up playing that game and I miss playing it. My last patient was a patient from 2 months ago, he was so busy because he just got recently married. He said that his pain got better right now and I was happy for him.
After work, I decided to go to the Mall of the Emirates, and at the bus stop, I was speaking with a person from another clinic. She approached me before and was telling me about the clinic that she was working in and their doctor. It was cut short because the bus arrived. When I reached the mall, I went to eat dinner and after dinner, I was just at the grocery looking for items to buy for my family when I go home. I just bought some chocolate. I then took a bus to go home, but I had to wait for around 15 minutes, so I was just enjoying the view because they finally fixed

Grateful for a Year
Good day, guys!
Now that the holidays are over, my sleep pattern was wrecked. I tried sleeping at 1 am but I kept tossing and turning. My mind was soo freaking active that night. What made it worse was my other roommate was snoring so loud. And they woke up really early around 6 in the morning, I woke up when they turned on their lights.
I tried taking a nap and just woke up with my alarm. I had to wait before I used the bathroom. Got ready and went to work. I was surprised that the first bus stop wasn't as packed but in the end, there were a lot of people inside. During my bus ride, my sister bothered me to buy her shoes online because of the discount. So I had to make an account and get it. While I was doing that one of my colleagues approached me while walking down the stairs and asked why was I so serious. I just laughed and asked about his holiday, we then took the same bus going to the clinic, and I was also able to get the order for my sister.
My first patient was a patient with scoliosis. I haven't treated that in a while, so I had to refresh my memories on how to treat the patient. The 2nd patient has numbness coming from his lower back going to his foot, I'm trying my best to change his mindset because he's really scared of doing any exercises already because of trauma. The 3rd patient was a patient of mine, who I haven't seen for a long time, which was a good thing because his pain has decreased a lot. I learned that we shouldn't let the judgment of other people stop us from what we are doing. He's one person I met who's happy with what he's doing. He said that as long as he smiles and gets enough sleep he's happy. My 4th patient was a new patient that was endorsed to me by our doctor, Her cultural heritage was cool and it was really nice speaking with her because of all her past experiences in other countries.
My 5th patient was supposed to be my 2:30 patient but she was already there by 12 pm. And the receptionist said that my 12:15 patient will be late, so I took her in for a while, and when I checked our system, my 12:15 patient was only late for 2 minutes. I had to make a way to treat both of them at the same time. Thankfully there's a vacant room to make my life easier. My 12:15 patient told me that they were about to travel back to the Philippines, so I asked him where he usually buys his souvenirs. I then treated 2 more patients before going for lunch.
I bought pizza for lunch and shared it with everybody in the clinic because today marked my first year anniversary working for this company.
After lunch, my next patient had a really good mindset, he was telling me to invest my money while I'm still young. I was trying to convince him also to look for opportunities in the crypto space such as hive. After treating him, they called me to put 2 patients in electrotherapy before treating my next patient. I treated my next patient and he said that he felt better after the treatment. My next patient was an old lady and everything hurt with her. I was trying to listen to all her stories during the treatment because it was entertaining to learn from her wisdom. I was waiting for my next patient, but she didn't come they gave me a patient to treat, and he was a doctor. It was nice treating him but it was cut short because his kids were waiting. For the last patient, I had to let him off, the machine so my doctor could leave already. After that exhausting day, I continued eating pizza before one of my colleagues dropped me off at the metro station. I was pondering on where to go, I went to the store in front of our metro and was just looking for things to bring back to the Philippines. I then decided to go to the mall of the Emirates via the metro. I got there and was just looking around and went to the grocery and saw my patient and spoke with him, he told me that he feels better.
I also messaged one of my friends, if she was going to pass by from here, and she said yes, though she will be able to go there a bit late because she'll be coming from work. I was just looking around and looking for things to get. While waiting for her, when she arrived she ate dinner and we both went to eat dessert at the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered a salted Caramel cheesecake, and it was delicious but it was kinda sweet. Though I may be tired from the lack of sleep, I enjoyed the day. Got to meet new people, speak about gratitude for them and spend time with friends.

Life is Great!
Good day, guys!
Here's how my day went, I slept late at around 2:30ish and I actually woke up 1 hour before my alarm in the morning and slept again til my alarm alarmed. I woke up grateful that I'm still alive. I then got ready for work and was just taking my time. I noticed that the bus timing was later than usual. I rushed to one of the seats and was thankful I could sit. Though during my whole bus ride, I was sleepy. I then took the train to the metro station going to the next station. then I tried taking the new bus again because it would arrive earlier. Until now, I'm still ticked off with our mobile data provider for removing one of the promos using data every day. The problem is that I rely on it too much especially when commuting because I can see the timings of public transportation.
I got to work earlier than usual and then was just speaking with some of my colleagues. My first patient came, and I was sleepy treating him. Though he felt satisfied after the treatment, he was even snoring during the treatment, the poor guy must have had a lack of sleep. Then my next was a bit late, though his shoulders are improving since the late time he got treatment. I'm glad that he follows me and exercises faithfully. After treating that patient, I went and spoke with some of my colleagues until my next patient showed up. This was his last treatment, and there was a bit of improvement compared to his 1st session. Then another patient came and it was my first time treating him, the only advice that I told him, was to lessen his smoking/nicotine, because it may affect his blood circulation to decrease the healing of his injury. I then took lunch at around 2:50 pm and finished eating at around 3:25. I wanted to try the Ivy drip that they are offering at our workplace and I got the multivitamin and Iron Drip. To be honest, I don't like needles but thankfully, our nurse has a soft touch when inserting the needle. I was kinda sleepy while using the drip and extended beyond 4. Thankfully my 4 o clock patient was also late.
My 4 o clock patient came after 15 minutes and I treated him. My next patient was also late. One of my colleagues called me to treat one patient while waiting, so I just did a bit of electrotherapy. After that, my main patient came and I treated him. Our timings overlapped because my next patient was waiting outside so I made a way that I could treat both of them at the same time. I treated the next patient and she's the oldest patient that I'm treating right now, and she's complaining that her whole body hurts. It was nice speaking with her because she lived in Canada before. After the treatment, I was wondering where my next patient was I spoke with one of my colleagues and she told me that he won't be coming. So instead, they let me assist the doctor with 2 more patients before leaving.
I had to wait for one of my colleagues because I usually, ride with them going to the metro station. It's really kind of them to do this most days because it cuts my travel time. Got a bus and I was so sleepy that I dropped my card and that woke me up. Got down and ate dinner for a while, after eating dinner I went to the grocery and bought some food. Went home dropped off everything and got ready for the gym. I went to the gym and on my way there, there was a worker who bowed his head to me and smiled at me. That feeling felt really good, the backstory of this was that after the gym last week I just decided to give them a little something for a snack. I then spent a long time in the gym because it wasn't as packed and the next day was going to be my day off. I then came home at around 12ish and spent time on my phone, took a bath and I'm just finishing writing.
I hope that you guys started your Monday well!

Last Sunday of the Month of November 2022
Good day, guys!
I don't know why but I can't seem to sleep early, though I know it's also my fault for finishing my day by writing. The same thing happened to me yesterday. I woke up and my friend was using the bathroom, so I was waiting for her to finish. Then I got ready for work. I'm still in denial that our mobile network provider removed the promo for data. I've been so reliant on data lately because I use it whenever I commute. Now, I have to look for a bang-for-a-buck deal, everything seems so expensive while I was researching.
I then went to take a bus and luckily I got a seat. Went to the metro station took a train to the next metro and decided to take a new bus route to go to work. This bus route was just added lately. Though the walk is longer because you have to go to the seaside. And while I was walking there, you could see how big the highway is.
I got to work on time and my patient was already there waiting. I treated him, though it seems that he still adjusting to parenthood and he was telling me how difficult it was being a parent. My next patient canceled but my 3rd patient came early so I decided to treat her. This was going to be my last treatment with her and she said that she feels good. After the treatment, she gave me a box and told me for breakfast. She gave me Hopia and I shared it with my co-workers. My next patient was a complimentary patient, he was a vlogger and was accompanied by his partner. They just started vlogging, I was curious about how they started and where they are now. I heard that their videos are being monetized already which was a really good thing.
My next patient is a really kind patient who made me realize how blessed I am right now, especially when she told me about the situation of some of the people who are working in Dubai who stay in labor camps. I really loved her positive energy and it just made the session feel really good. It's really nice to spread positivity. For my last patient, the treatment today was her last, I'm going to miss speaking with her because she was telling me about properties in Coron Palawan. I really got interested in her stories. She also told me that she brought pizza for the staff, and when I heard that, I was hoping that I would still be able to get some during my lunch break. After treating her, my next patient came, and for some reason, her aura felt a lot lighter compared to the first time I treated her. She was thankful that I was able to change her outlook on life, I also loved our deep conversations about life. I also treated my last patient before lunch, and it was his last session already. He said that he improved.
I then took my lunch and was able to eat a piece of pizza and some fries. I was expecting, a couple for my next patients, but unfortunately, they canceled. So I waited for my 5:30 patient and he came earlier. Our talk was about money, he said that he wanted to grow his passive income, which also inspired me. I got traumatized treating my last patient because, after drinking water, my cold suddenly came back. I was nonstop coughing and I had to excuse myself a bunch of times during the treatment.
After work, my colleague brought me to the community that I live in because she had to visit her sister who lives somewhere here. I then went to the grocery got myself some chicken breast and milk and went home and cooked dinner. I tried experimenting with the chicken breast and made it too salty. I was just burning my time looking at my phone instead of writing until I didn't notice the time.
I hope that you guys had a great weekend! Have a great week ahead!

Beautiful and Sublime Sunday- Manifesting and Gratefuless
**Good day, guys!**
This is how my Sunday went, I met some friends who came from Al Ain yesterday and we finished late. We got home past 1 in the morning and I had to wash up before going to bed. I actually slept around 2:30 am just finishing writing my blog and posting it at hive. I woke up at around 7 in the morning and got ready for work. I was really sleepy and I felt like a turtle when getting ready. Got out and waited for the bus at 7:45. My commute going to work was smooth and I arrived 5 minutes before our call time.
I was just there in my room fighting my sleep because my first patient canceled. Instead of trying to sleep, I went to catch up with my other colleague who I haven't spoken to for a long time because we were too busy. It was really nice listening to her stories about when she traveled before. And she noticed that my patient came so the storytelling was cut short and I went to treat that patient. I really look up to this patient because she really has a nice bond with her children and she is currently working to make her other children graduate despite being a single mother. One thing that she said that I'll never forget is that "Never forget your obligations".
My next patient complained of pain in his shoulder and realized it was his fault also because it was already hurting and yet he still slept on it. My next patient is a kind person, she's really inspiring because she has been buying land on one of the islands in the Philippines. It's really nice to talk to her and learn about her mindset. I was shocked with my next patient, I haven't seen her for around 2 weeks and when I spoke with her, she felt like a different person. The first time I met her, everything I heard about her was complaints about life. I helped her realize to become grateful and try to become more positive. She adapted it and she was really thankful to me. She said that she wouldn't have thought that someone who is a lot younger than her would teach her something about life. My next patient canceled, so I went down and I was speaking with my other colleagues. One of my colleagues was sick and was just waiting for our PRO to bring her home.
I then waited for my lunch break. I ate during lunch and one of our doctors brought some chocolate, and I was feasting on them.
After my lunch break, I treated a couple. It's really nice talking about their perspectives. I usually talk to them about going to another country and looking for a country that will give them citizenship. During the treatment when I wasn't hands-on, I saw the sunset through my window and I immediately went up to the rooftop to take a photo of it. I really loved how the sun was setting a while ago. I wanted to stay some more but I had more patients.
The last patients were couples also. I treated the wife first before the husband. Earlier in the day, I was manifesting about getting a tip. It felt good that it really happened. After treating the husband, he felt really good and he gave me a tip, I was hesitant to get it but I just got it and was really thankful for that kind gesture.
I rode with my colleague and they dropped me off at the metro station. Then I saw that the bus stop was really full so I decided to take the train and go to the Mall of the Emirates. I then ate dinner and went to the grocery for a while. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like buying anything in the grocery. I then took a bus and slept for a while on the bus ride. Got home and was resting.
I'm really thankful for today, I'm glad that I survived another day and the ending was great.
I hope that you guys will have a great week ahead!

Living my Life
**Good day guys!**
Today, I slept late. I didn't notice the time and it was already past 2 in the morning. Gratefully, I woke up in the morning said my morning prayers, and got ready for work. I rode the bus and I was able to sit. The bus was full also and the driver was a bit slow compared to my last commute. Because of the longer travel time, I couldn't go to my usual metro station to take the bus, and I had to take the longer route. I got to the metro station of MOE and rushed going to the bus station. As I reached the bus station the bus was already waiting. Thankfully, I arrived on time. It left after 2 minutes.
I got to my workplace and just went straight to my room. I thought that the flooring looked really bad because they haven't fixed it yet. I was talking with the receptionists and then my first patient came. It was my first time treating this patient, he came in with shoulder pain and he seemed so irritable, the first thing that I did was to calm him down and explain what was happening. After the session, he felt good, and hopefully, that will continue. There was something that was bothering me during the next sessions, there was something that was triggering our circuit breaker that would turn off the electricity in my room. It happened to me for around 6 times and I had to turn it on. It made it difficult to treat because I couldn't use the equipment and to make it worse, my computer wasn't working so I couldn't do my notes. That caused a huge commotion in the other rooms who are working upstairs because we couldn't function well. I treated my next patient so I had to compensate by doing other things.
After finishing that patient, another patient came, and she noticed that there was something new in the room. She also told me that I look bigger, which actually felt good haha. It was her last session today and she's about to go to the Philippines for vacation. It's really amusing to speak with her about her life. After finishing this patient, I was checking the circuit breaker and stuff. I had to use the computer of one of my colleagues and we were just talking. I was waiting for my patients but there were a lot of cancelations. I then ate lunch, and there was cake because it was the birthday of one of our colleagues.
After lunch, my next patient didn't show up again. Then I had to treat a couple. It was really fun hearing about their stories. The guy was so cool because he was a bartender. When he removed his shirt, the first thing that I saw was the tattoo on his back, and it was the Jager Deer. We were just speaking about his hometown and he told me that snowboarding is really fun. I'm kinda excited because me and my friends are going to Georgia next year and part and there will also be winter sports. I then treated the wife, and we also had fun speaking. She told me that her pain has decreased compared to before. She was also really hesitant to go to the clinic but now she loves it.
My last patient was my patient from before, and I think that he reinjured himself through sports. I was telling him to take it easy first and don't overdo it. I felt really bad for him, so I was just teaching him some exercises that he could do while he is not being treated. After finishing him, I was speaking with some of my colleagues.
When I was about to leave, my patient asked where was I going, and I told him that I'm going to MOE, and he offered me a ride to go there because they live near that neighborhood. So I rode a taxi with them. It was nice talking with them and they are a really kind couple. After reaching the mall, I thanked them and we separated ways.
I then wanted to eat something and I ended up eating at Jollibee. But instead of eating rice, I got it with Fries. I'm surprised that the fries tasted good because the fries of Jollibee in the Philippines weren't as good. The Chicken was juicy and I missed eating the skin. After eating dinner, I ended up going to the grocery and buying some stuff for the next days to come. From there, took a bus to go home and when I got home, I noticed that there were a lot of dirty spots on my shirt, I was so stupid that I placed the plastic bag where I had my groceries on the floor and it was hitting my white shirt. I then got ready for bed and started writing. It was fulfilling today because I was able to help some people become better. I hope that you guys enjoyed your weekend!

First day of the Week- Unexpected Timing
**Good day, guys!**
This is the start of my week, you might find it odd but my weekend is on a Friday.
I slept earlier than usual and still woke up with a headache. I forced myself to get ready and went to work. The commute was actually smooth. When I got to the clinic, I was greeted by one of our receptionists and she told me to look at my room, I wasn't rushing and I went to the pantry first. Then when I went upstairs to my room, I was shocked, it looked like a whirlwind passed by. I was wondering what treatment room I would use. To make it worse one of our therapists came back so we couldn't use her room. So in the meantime, I had to treat downstairs. Our doctor wasn't here so I was expecting some cancellations. I welcomed our colleague back when I saw her and the first thing that she said to me was that I got fat.
My first patient came in and he was a patient of mine for a very long time. It's nice to speak to him about life, though he focuses too much on his pain also. My second patient was another patient who I had been treating for a long time, it's nice to look at his progress because he injured his right shoulder before and he couldn't even max out his mobility. Right now, he could actually reach max range already. My next patient was my patient last week who I thought was only a complimentary patient, it was also nice conversing with her. The next one was a new patient, though she got treated by one of my colleagues, at first it was difficult speaking with her but later on we were talking about investments for the future. My next patient was a patient of mine from before, I used to treat her partner also, and it was really nice catching up with her. I had 2 more patients after that who told me not to get married and to have fun first.
I then ate lunch and ate some sweets that one of my colleagues brought from India.
After lunch, my next patient canceled, and then my next one came. It was nice speaking with him and I'm surprised we knew a mutual person in Baguio. My 2 last patients canceled on me so I was just speaking with my colleagues and what happened to the rooms. It was also nice speaking with them and catching up. We actually left early and I rode with one of my colleagues and she dropped me off at the metro station, from there, I rode the bus going home and ate a snack before going to the gym. My gym session felt really nice. I then went home, ate dinner and took a shower, and washed my gym clothes. This day may have been tiring but at least I was able to enjoy speaking with others

First Sunday of November 2022
**Good day, guys!**
To be honest, I haven't recovered yet from my cold yesterday. Before I went to sleep, my throat was really dry and it was just making me cough. My coughing made it really difficult for me to sleep. I only got a few hours of sleep, so I was a bit sleepy when I woke up. I had to get ready for work. While getting ready, I saw the metro station was opened at an earlier time to accommodate people in an event. So I decided to catch an earlier bus so I was rushing to get changed. My friends were about to leave for work also, and I just went with them because my friend's company reimburses how much was spent on the taxi. We got there early and we were all going to the same route, though I got down the train on the 1st stop. I got there really early so I had to wait for the bus for 20 minutes. I was just sitting there and there was one girl who asked me if I could watch her stuff while she bought something from the store, so I did. The bus came and I went to work really sleepy. I noticed that my eyes were even closing on the bus ride, I'd get screwed if won't go down my bus stop.
Got to work, and I was just resting until my first patient arrived. We really had an interesting conversation regarding her kid and his love life, and we were just laughing most of the time. My second patient came, And that's when I felt a bit sleepy because my patient wasn't talking. My next patient didn't show up and I went out I was shocked to see my old patient from Abu Dhabi, I haven't seen her for a long time. I spoke with her and saw her husband and I noticed that he was using a cane, apparently, he fell off a scaffolding, and that's why they couldn't go to therapy. I was wondering who they were waiting for and it was me. There's something that I'm not liking lately and it's the communication with our reception area, no one endorses the patients properly to me. While I was treating her, someone called me and said that I was supposed to be treating another patient at the same time. So I did that, I really thought that she was a complimentary patient and just started her while finishing my other patient. I treated the next patient for a while. Then I checked my schedule, only to find out that she was really my patient. There were so many cancelations, and before lunch, the doctor gave one more patient to me be treated for 20 mins.
I then went for my lunch break. After the break, I treated my 4 o clock patient, which was complimentary. Then, My next patient came, and when I was getting her, somebody told me that I should be starting another patient who was seated outside. I'd get so pissed if I was in my old state, what sucks is that the quality of the treatment is going lower if I have to multi-task 2 patients at once. After treating both patients, my next patient didn't show up. But I had to treat 2 more patients at the same time again. I guess it's really tiring to treat two people at once.
My colleague and her fiance were kind enough to drop me off at the metro station. I was also lucky that I was able to get a seat on the bus though it was really full, as you can see in the reflection.
Before going home, I decided to drop by the grocery and bought some milk. I wanted to try Oats and Almond milk. I then ate dinner and went home. After going home, did a bit of laundry and was just scrolling through the internet. To be honest, I was really feeling crappy while writing this. I hope that I won't get sick
Hope that your month is going great!

It's Finally Thursday
**Good day, guys!**
My day started a bit rough, I only got 4 hours of sleep, I was really scared on how I would even function during the day. I'm not used to sleeping early because I usually start work at 9 am or 10:30am, we just have one day where we start at 8 am. It's a bit of a hassle to wake up early but I just love the fact that we end up going out early, wherein you could still see the sun. I usually get out at 7:30 that's why I said that. I also love Thursdays because the next day is my day off. Used the bus going the metro, and unfortunately I didn't get a seat. Got to the metro took the train to the next station, and when I got there, I saw my instructor from college. It was really nice catching up with him, I haven't seen him for the longest time. We both rode the bus because we work at the same street. We were just talking about life. He had to go down before me. I went to the clinic, and Thankfully I didn't have an 8 am patient, so I was able to rest.
My first patient was early so I treated him. We really had a nice conversation, he was telling me how he started here in Dubai, receiving a low salary and he was able to build it into a 5 digit salary. The next patients were a couple. I really have fun speaking with them because they have so many experiences in life and I love that they lived in so many continents. The next patient was a younger guy and therapy was interactive because of the case that he is suffering from. I was surprised that I didn't feel sleepy with the 4 patients, but when the 5th and 6th came, I was already that I was tired. Good thing, after finish the 6th it was my lunch break. Ate lunch and spoke with one of my colleagues. Went inside and the doctor gave me 2 more patients. When I was treating the last patient, I didn't know that the clock inside one of our rooms was busted so I did a bit of overtime. I went out and was there at the bus stop. There was as guy who started talking with me, and he works in some other clinic nearby. I used to see him a lot before, so we just spoke with each other for a while but it was cut short, because the bus came. I decided to go to the mall first to buy some groceries. I was so sleepy during the ride, Got down and bought some grocerries, had to travel by train and using another bus. What I don't like about this timings is the traffic.
When I was in the bus, one of my friends called me and asked if I could accompany her to an office at the back of our community and I said yes. I got home and placed all my stuff down and was just waiting for her call. She called me after 40 minutes. We walked there and she just had to process something. After that we passed by another grocery and bought some stuff for dinner. She was kind enough to cook dinner for all of us. We ate squid, lechon, pancit, and bistek. It was all delicious.
Earlier, when we were at the office I ordered a candle lighter because the one in the room just stopped charging, I used the service called noon and it came after 20 minutes. I had to tell the delivery guy to leave it at the door while waiting. I opened it and it really looked nice, I hope that it would last long. I usually go to the gym everyday, but I just deferred it today because I feel tired and my throat is bugging me. I also started having a headache awhile ago.
I hope that you guys had a great day!

Last Sunday of October 2022
**Good day, guys!**
So my day, started by using my computer til I fell asleep. My sleep was intermittent, and I don't know why. =When I woke up I was really groggy but, I had to force myself out of the bed and get ready. I just started being positive that I'm still alive, so I just said Thank you! Got to the bus stop and I noticed that there were a lot of people who were waiting. I think that the 7:30 bus didn't show up so it all piled up to the 7:45 bus. Thankfully, I was able to get a seat, so I couldn't complain.
I was just reflecting during the bus ride and went to the Mall of the Emirates metro station. Waited for a bus for a while and went to work. I exactly arrived at 9 am and the receptionist told me that my first patient was waiting. I treated my first patient and she had her child with her. I kinda feel bad for the children who are growing up here because most of them are fixated on their cell phones and they are usually stuck inside the house. I hope that they will be able to change the environment so they to interact with natural things. Though her daughter was really cute and fun to play with. My second patient was a nurse, she told me that she used to be really active before and stopped, but ever since she stopped being active, she started feeling pain in parts of her body. I just advised her to start becoming active again because there are a lot of benefits to it.
We were just speaking about investments with my 3rd patient and sharing some ideas. My fourth patient was just endorsed to me by one of my colleagues because she's on vacation, to be honest, treating him drains me, I don't know why. My 5th and 6th patient were a couple and they were a bit late and they were my patients way back. It was cool seeing them again and catching up with them. While waiting, I had to put one patient on traction. My 7th patient was someone who I saw last week and thankfully she's trying to practice gratefulness also with what she does. And my 8th patient was in a really good and positive mood, I really love the way she manifests things. I finally had my lunch break.
After lunch, my 4 o clock patient came, and he's a gamer. He told me that he's in the diamond leaderboards of Apex Legends. It's cool to meet someone who accomplished something like that, he told me that he played around 4k rounds and lost only around 1k rounds.
My supposedly 10th patient did not show up but there was a walk-in patient who I had to treat. While treating that patient, they told me to put 2 patients in electro so I had to jump to three rooms. My 6:30 patient came at an earlier time so I treated her, and she had an inspiring story of raising her to finish school. I love also her personality she was so kind. I thought that she was going to be my last patient until the doctor gave me one more patient. It was really cool to talk to him and while treating him, we were talking about his life, he's still young so I was advising some stuff that hopefully he'll be able to practice in the future. After finishing, one of my colleagues gave me cheese bread to fuel me up and they also brought me to the metro station. When I got down, I ate a chicken paratha.
I was waiting for a bus to go home and it took me around 20 minutes before getting in. At least I was able to sit again. I decided to go to the grocery to buy some food for the next days to come. When I got home, some of my flatmates were cooking and I ate some of their food. They asked me if I wanted to drink but I refused. It's really cool that they respect my decision. The food that they made tasted delicious. I just ended up speaking with my roommate while typing this.
I hope that you guys had a wonderful October. May you have a great month ahead!

Building the Habit of Gratitude in My Life
Good day, guys!
This has been a rough week because my grandpa back home was rushed to the hospital and a few days ago he was in the ICU and he had to undergo a procedure, thankfully it was successful. Right now he's in a private room but his delirious, and my cousin is staying with him. To be honest, I've been anxious lately waiting for all the updates regarding his health but I'm thankful that little by little he is being stable. It truly sucks to be away from family, especially when someone gets sick. All I can do from here is just pray that they'll get better.
My day started by sleeping a bit later than usual, I was tired from the day before. I woke up at around 7 in the morning I'm trying to develop a new habit of saying Thank you whenever I wake up. Right now, I just want to start my day with gratitude. I then checked my phone for updates on my grandpa and that's when they said that they moved him to a Private Room. I then got ready for work and as soon as I went down the building, I was greeted by good morning by the security guard of our building and then I greeted him back.
I walked through the path where there were a lot of birds and was walking fast because I didn't want to get hit by bird poop again
I was just waiting for the bus to come and it was a pleasant ride because there was no shoving and pushing getting in and there were a lot of chairs available. I've been trying to practice some manifestation. I don't know why that there have been 3 times already this happened to me wherein whenever I think of an RTA officer checking our cards, it would happen. I thought of it a while ago and it happened again, the thing that I don't like about it is that I have to go to the Mall of the Emirates station and arrive at work at the exact time.
I rode the train going to the MOE station and then took the bus. I arrived at the exact time and my patient was already there waiting. My first patient is really interesting because he has a lot of side hustles. He is actually playing a crypto game and he said that he was able to sell a character for 7000 AED which is around 1906 USD. I was shocked that people actually buy it for that much. Makes me want to start playing. My next patient canceled so I was just staying in the room resting, I felt so sleepy during this day.
The third patient came in and I really loved her vibes because she was so positive. She was telling me some things that she had to go through because she has been staying here for 10+ years. I really love speaking with some of my patients because I get to learn a lot from them.
The next patient came in, and he told me that the prices here are more expensive than in the US when he last visited I didn't expect that. I was free for the next few hours because of some cancelations so the doctor gave me a patient and he was from Germany. I was also asking him his perspectives on Europe and they also have some problems, though it's a beautiful continent. Before eating lunch they gave me one more patient. I Ate lunch and one of my colleagues brought some donuts, and I got to eat.
After lunch, it became a bit toxic because my patient didn't come. They called me to help the doctor and I had to treat one patient while treating that patient the doctor gave me another patient upstairs. To be honest I couldn't give them quality treatment. While juggling them, I saw my next patient so I also started him. So I juggled 3 patients and finished the 2 so I could concentrate on my true patient. We were just talking about the market because he has some investments.
After treating that patient, I had another patient and he was pretty cool he knew a lot of laws here in the UAE and the Philippines. He also watches anime and he told me that he used to hack before in the Philippines until the law was passed. He's a frustrated computer science guy, too bad his family told me to take another course. After the treatment, the doctor gave me 2 more patients and they were a mother and a son. I left 10 minutes earlier to take a bus going to MOE. I felt really sleepy during the bus ride, a good thing was that I was chatting with my cousin who's taking of our grandpa.
After an exhausting day, I wanted good food. And I wanted to try something different than usual. I tried ChicKing and kinda regretted it. I ordered a Grilled meal with Mash Potato, and it came with 2 breast parts and a leg, It looked disappointing, and when I tasted it, it was so dry. Then here comes the worse part, the mashed potatoes literally tasted like potatoes that were mashed after getting boiled. It didn't even taste creamy or anything, they just put gravy on top. It also wasn't thoroughly mashed because it felt rough in the mouth. I didn't like to finish it but where my family taught me not to waste food. I just enjoyed the iced tea that came with it. Still thankful that I got to eat and experience something like this
To compensate for this, I went to carrefour and I was curious about this particular dessert, its chocolate Baklava. I bought it and decided to go to the bus stop and eat it there. As I was walking, they are renovating the sidewalks, and when I got to the bus stop sign, I usually take a seat on the blocks near it, but the sign moved further and there was no seat. I opened the snack and as soon as I took a bite, I didn't regret buying this. It's a bit messy though. I was going to eat some more but the bus came and we are not allowed to eat inside the bus. I got home and I was just using my phone and scrolling then, I decided to take a bath and talk with my girlfriend and write this blog
Today, I'm thankful that I'm still alive and got to encounter new people and ask them about their perspectives in life. I'm also thankful that my grandpa is improving and my cousin who's my best friend is there taking care of him and updating us. Also grateful that I got to eat and have some new experiences.
I'm going to try to add some things that I'm grateful for each day in the future.
I hope that you guys had a great weekend. Have a great week ahead!
Thanks for reading stay safe always!

Grateful for Half of the Month of October 2022
Good day, guys!
I'm amazed that half of October is done already. and just a few more weeks will mark my first year staying in the UAE.
Last Friday, we were able to go to the beach. Unfortunately, I slipped and hit my elbow, and back. It's the very first time that my phone got scratched also and part of the screen protector broke. On that same day, I cut my fingers while throwing some metal scrap away.
Fast forward to today and I'll tell you how it went.
At 12 o clock, we were just arranging the room to make it more comfortable. I sleep at around 2ish and woke up at 7 am. Prepared for work and took the 7:45 bus. I finally found a bus that was easier to ride on. Sunday because it arrives with only a few people so if you're fast enough you'll be able to have a seat. The bus was so full towards the end. I was looking at the time and I wouldn't be able to make it to the bus to the next metro station so I went to the Mall of the Emirates Metro station to take a bus from there, after a few minutes the bus came and left at 8:35 am. Reached the clinic 2 minutes before 9 am.
One thing that I hate about my wounds on the hand is that I'm forced to use gloves, I also don't like the stinging sensation whenever I close and open my hand and mobilize my fingers. To start my working day they endorsed me a patient and I screwed up and I had a small talk with the Doctor afterward. Then my first patient came and I had fun chatting with him, he always talks about new topics. I treated 5 more patients after that. One patient was really interesting to speak with because he had different insights towards other countries, he also told me that I should be studying the laws in the UAE and it would help me in the future, he also said that his dream is to go to Canada because of the healthcare, And I'm pushing him to pursue it.
I treated 7 patients before lunch and I was pretty tired. Thankfully, one of our colleagues treated our food because it was his birthday. He got us lechon belly, spaghetti, chicken, pizza, and shrimp. There was also a cake, for one of our colleagues because she's leaving the clinic. My colleagues were kind enough to separate me because my break was at 3 pm.
After stuffing myself, I went to my room waiting for my patient. She was late and it was her last treatment today. She was telling me stuff about our government back home. She was also teaching me about some airlines. What struck me the most was when she said that my girlfriend must be so lucky to have me because I'll be able to treat her anytime. After the session, I was just waiting for my last patient. He came early which was a really good thing. It was fun catching up with him because we haven't seen each other for 2 weeks. The doctor gave me one more patient before ending my day. I went to our pantry to get something and saw a box of donuts. I ate one before leaving. I rode with one of my colleagues and they brought me to the metro station. From there, I went to the Mall of Emirates. I went to the grocery to buy some stuff. I then took a bus to go home from there.
I got home and this was what I got from the refrigerator. This was given to me by the partner of my colleague. At first, there was a misunderstanding because when I received the message from my colleague I thought that she was asking if I own that bag. She just messaged me today and asked if I ate it and I said I misunderstood the message. I ate that for my dinner. I also spoke with my girlfriend and enjoyed the moment.
I hope that you will all have a great week ahead!

Life is short
Good day, guys!
Oh, time flies so fast, and I'm getting excited because I'm going home soon. Just a few more months! And I'm really grateful that I'm still alive.
This was how I spent my whole day, I was able to sleep earlier than usual. I woke up and got ready for work, I decided to take the 7:45 bus again and see what would happen.
There's one thing that I don't like going to the bus stop, I have to pass by 2 traffic lights. There are even times when I almost got left by the bus. But I made sure to go earlier than usual. I saw these people riding scooters and it's tempting me to get one for myself. I was waiting for the bus and it was late for a few minutes. When it arrived there was no one inside. So I was able to sit and did some reflections during the bus trip because it was longer than my usual trips.
I'm happy that I was able to reach the metro station at an earlier time because there was no checking of cards in between. I rushed to ride the train, so I could go to the next station because the bus that I was going to ride had 5 more minutes before it arrived. When I got down to the next station, The screen said that the bus was about to arrive in 1 minute. I was able to ride the bus and I went to work earlier than usual.
When I get to work, I usually go to our pantry to drink water and fill up my bottle. I then go to my room and check all the patients I'm going to be treating today. My first patient canceled on me, so I was just waiting, then my next patient came, it was really nice speaking with him and he knows a lot of side hustles, I was looking at his old youtube account and he said that he was able to earn $700 USD from that but he stopped after he got covid. My next patient canceled again, so the doctor gave me a patient. Then one of my patients who I used to treat from way back then came back, I was asking how she was and caught up. My next patient canceled again, so I was free. I asked the doctor if he needed help. I treated another patient then my next patient came before I took my lunch.
After the lunch break, I was expecting a patient at 4:15 but she rescheduled, so the doctor gave me another patient. Eventually, all my patients canceled in the next half so the doctor was just giving me patients.
I tallied and saw that 7 of my patients canceled on me and I still treated 8 because of some of the complimentary patients. Our PRO was kind enough to bring us to the metro station. We were supposed to gas up before going to the metro but he missed a turn. So while we were on our way to the metro, there was a low fuel warning flashing. Thank God, we were able to make it to the metro station. Though, I feel bad for our PRO if he got stuck somewhere without gas.
I just had to walk to the landside of the metro and take a bus to go home. I was waiting for a bus and I saw this bus getting flooded by people. Eventually, my bus came and there were a lot of people going inside also. I was able to take the last sit at the back of the bus. Got to our place and ate dinner. From there, I just went home and while I was writing this, I was sleeping in between haha.
I hope that you all had a great weekend. Have a great week ahead!

First Sunday of the Month of October 2022
Good day, guys! Happy October!
Today, I slept a bit late. I forgot that my duty would start at 9 am. I woke up and got ready. The other day, I was able to take photos of the pigeons in the playground, someone probably fed them. It was really nice seeing them fly
I had to catch the 7:45 am bus. The bus was late by around 3 minutes. As soon as it arrived we flocked to the bus entrance. It was my first time seeing the bus empty before filling it. I was able to get a chair and looking if I'll be able to make it to the 2nd bus on time. In the middle of the trip, an RTA person checked all our cards. It was really full so it took so much time. Then when we reached the metro, took the stairs going up to the train. I checked the time and I wouldn't make it to my usual bus stop. So I had to go to MOE. I reached there on time, and thankfully I was able to take the bus going to work, it left at around 8:37.
Got to work, but I was late by several minutes. Thankfully, I had no patients at 9 am but I had to start doing my notes. My first patient was supposed to come at 10 am but he was late, he was my old patient and I haven't seen him in months. I thought that he went to a training camp but unfortunately, he told me that he suffered from covid, it was the fever that hit him hard. After treating him, the receptionist called me that the Doctor was going to send me a complimentary patient, I treated him, but during the treatment, my stomach was really hurting bad, I don't know why. During the treatment, they called me again to say that there was another complimentary patient outside waiting. I didn't feel like myself a while ago because of the pain. I treated the second patient and drank a bit of water. My stomach was hurting for a few more hours and it suddenly stopped. I treated the partner of my supposed patient, and I was really sleepy during the treatment, my eyes were closing during that time.
After treating that patient, one of my colleagues asked me if I could help her set up one of the computers, so I went to the room and helped her. Then suddenly my next patient came. I treated 3 patients before eating my lunch.
After eating lunch, I thought I had a patient at 4 o clock, but it was at 4:30, so I was just speaking to one of my colleagues. While we were speaking, one of the receptionists told me that my patient canceled, which felt really good because I was feeling so tired and sleepy. After that, my next patient came in. He's a new patient and it was really fun speaking with him because he was teaching me some ways here in Dubai. He told me to save up and don't try to loan and go into debt. We also had the same Alma mater but he's older than me. We were just reminiscing some days in Baguio.
After his treatment, I was expecting another patient, so I was just speaking with the receptionist and had my ID scanned. My last patient didn't show up so I was just finishing my notes, after that, went to bother the others. One of my colleagues, gave us some chocolate and I wouldn't say no after a really long day, I ate it and it tasted really delicious.
We were waiting for our PRO to bring us and then we left the clinic at around 7:40 already. Before bringing us to the metro station, he was really kind enough to treat me to karak Tea and an egg porratta. I had a difficult time drinking the tea because it was really hot, I actually burnt my tongue drinking it, I had to decrease it because it might spill on me because there's no cover. I was also scared of the humps because he doesn't slow down as much.
Got safely to the metro station. I ate the sandwich and I was thinking whether I should take a bus going home already. When I saw the influx of people, I said screw this, I don't want to fight just to get in, so I decided to take the train to Mall of Emirates.
I went to the grocery called Carrefour and I was just looking at some deals. I ended up buying a small bag because I plan to start going to the gym. I also bought some food also. I went to the back of the mall while waiting for the bus. I like taking the bus here because you get to sit, though it's really long. I actually slept in between the ride and woke up when somebody sat beside me. Got home and my flatmates were offering me to eat dinner, but I already ate. They are really kind. I also go to talk with my girlfriend for quite a while and it was fun. I was also able to get 6870 steps which is an achievement for me.
Have a wonderful month ahead!

Last Sunday of the Month of September
Good day, guys!
Before everything else, I hope and pray that there were only a few people who got affected by the typhoon in the Philippines
Here's how my day went. I slept earlier than usual because I lacked sleep the day before. I woke up still feeling really sleepy and I don't know why.
I got ready for work and I decided to take the 9:16 bus to go to the metro station. While walking there's something that I noticed which is one big problem with the parking in this community, bird poop. I was even hit twice already. While I was taking the bus, I was half asleep during the trip. I just couldn't fight my sleepiness.
Got to the metro station and I'm thankful that there was no checking so I took the train to go to the next metro station. I was a bit early so I was just listening to podcasts while waiting for the bus.
I was also sleepy on the 2nd bus but I had to fight it because I might end up reaching really far if I miss my bus stop. As soon as I got out, my glasses fogged up, it was really humid today.
Got to work, and I was just waiting for my patient. My first patient didn't show up. Then I treated the second patient, it was cool to speak with him and he was just telling me about his past relationships, kinda sucked that he got cheated on with his girlfriend for 4 years but, at least it's just a laughing matter for him now. I couldn't imagine the trauma that he felt from that. The next patient was the colleague of one of my patients, my patient referred him to me and that was a really kind gesture. Then treated one more patient. After that patient, just spoke with one of my colleagues while waiting for my lunch break. After eating lunch, I went inside our clinic and our receptionist suddenly told me that my 4 o clock patient canceled, so I got time to rest. Then my next patient came, and I felt so sleepy during that time, I don't really know why. I had another cancelation after that then I had to treat 3 more patients. My last patient was so kind that they even brought us some pandesal for the whole clinic, and I ate before leaving.
I noticed that the weekend isn't as busy as before which is good because I got to rest. Our PRO, brought my colleague home and I hitchhiked to the metro station.
From there, I was deciding if I wanted to go home or go to the mall, and I ended up taking the train going to the mall. I just wanted to see if there's something that I could buy for the following days because I usually meal prep for my lunch for the next 3 days.
I didn't see anything and I decided to eat dinner there, and I got a burger. To be honest, I didn't enjoy it too much, I thought that the patty would taste like fresh meat but it tasted like a frozen patty. I then walked to the bus stop behind the mall. Actually, last Friday me and my friend also waited at this bus stop and the bus never came so we had to take the metro. I was hoping that it wont happen to me. The bus came, but it was delayed, we were just unlucky during that time. Before getting down, the RTA was there again, so they had to check our cards. I was handing my card in front of the officer and he didn't check my card, I don't know why. But he was able to apprehend one person who didn't have one so that person got fined.
Before going home, I went to the grocery nearby to buy some chicken breasts and camel milk. Walked home then, and prepped all my stuff for tomorrow. I've been thinking that this would be my last week coming in from 10:30. My schedule next weekend would be from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, sounds like, I'm going to die the next weekends to come.
I hope that you all had a great weekend. Have a great upcoming week ahead!

Living Life Day by Day
**Good day, guys!**
I'm shocked that it's half of the month already, time just flies so fast!!!!
The day before, I treated 13 patients. The funny thing was that I had so much energy after that, usually, I feel drained if that's the amount. I guess it was mostly my old patients who came and I didn't have difficult patients. Sometimes, when your patient has good vibes, it will also affect your mood.
I slept st around 2:30 in the morning and woke up at around 8 ish to get ready. I tried to take the same bus ride at 9:16 even though I had a bad experience the week before.
I left our place at around 9:10 and I had to wait for a few minutes then the bus came. I noticed it was the same driver last week but there were fewer people and he was driving a bit faster. Everything just went smoothly until the end of the ride because the RTA had to check all the nol cards of the people leaving the bus. We were a lot so it took time, it got me scared thinking if I would miss my bus again like last week. I couldn't access my application because my data was fluctuating. I rushed inside the metro and ran towards the train. When I got to the train as soon as we hit the next metro, I ran down and saw that the bus would arrive after 20 minutes so I was just chilling and sitting down after all the rushing. Got to the bus. And was just listening to a podcast. I'm learning that we should concentrate on THIS moment because Happiness is right now, our past is always going to be a memory and the future is an illusion so we should live our life now because we will never know if we are going to be here the next few days.
It's really amusing to look at the cars from the car rental, they have a ton of Lamborghinis and Ferraris, it's like a really inspiring sight to pass by every time I go to work.
I reached my workplace and I was just waiting for my first patient. My first patient came on time and we started, it's really cool to meet someone who has the same timeline as you, we actually came in the same month last year and I was just asking him some of his opinions regarding this place.
I was free after treating him and then our doctor endorsed a patient to me, and had to treat him for a while. After treating him, my next patients were a couple, they usually get treated by our other physiotherapists but she was out of town during that time, I already treated them before. It was really fun catching up with them. My next patient didn't show up again. It just felt so weird to have less workload compared to yesterday but I was feeling a bit of fatigue a while ago. I then took my lunch, and after my lunch my next patient didn't show up again. For some reason whenever I don't do anything I feel more tired. My next patient came and I was shocked because she told me she hasn't slept for 24 hours already, because of the pain and stress. While treating her, I was also helping her with her stress management and to make her have a better mood.
My next patients came again, and they were a couple again, I treated the wife first then the husband. In between the treatment of the wife. I remember those couple because they are traders and they were telling me to join Bybit. I really wish I had the guts to trade but I have a feeling that I'll be an emotional trader which is really bad. I was expecting one last patient, but in the end, the patient did not show up again.
I was just there in my room and one of the physios asked me if I wanted a ride to the metro, I didn't hesitate to say yes because it actually saves a lot of time and I'm really thankful to that couple who brings me there most of the time. I went to the metro station and I was just waiting for a bus to go home. It took me around 20 minutes to go inside and there was a lot of shoving just to enter. The bus was really full and I was securely sitting. As soon as we hit one bus stop, there was checking again with the RTA. It took kinda long because the bus was jam-packed. I think we were there at the bust stop for like 10 to 15 minutes. It was finally over and I was able to get down, I ate dinner and decided to go to the grocery for a while just to restock and buy food to prepare tomorrow. Ending the day was pretty good, thankful that I survived!
May you all have a wonderful week ahead!
Thanks for reading stay safe always!

A Frustrating Commute
**Good day, guys!**
I don't know why I got addicted to playing this game again, it just seems so fun. I remember that I used to play the offline version of that, but right now playing against someone challenges you and your strategies.
My patience has been tested today. I already timed my morning before sleeping. Woke up said and said thank you that I'm still alive. Got ready to go to work to catch be 9:16 bus. I went down 5 minutes before the bus comes and as soon as I got there I was just waiting. I checked my time and it was already 9:20. I checked the app and it said that the bus left 3 minutes ago which didn't make sense. I noticed that one guy who I usually see every day going to work took a cab already. I just waited for the bus to see what happen. The next schedule was at 9:31. The bus finally came at 9:29, usually when things are going late I feel anxious but for some reason, I wasn't. I noticed that the bus driver was really taking his time and my thoughts were saying(can't you go any faster I have a bus to catch) but half of me was like F it.
I noticed that there was a bus that went ahead of us and it was the 9:31 bus with fewer people. I said to myself I should have just waited for that. The crappy part was that our bus kept on stopping at so many bus stops and 2 of the same buses overtook us and went ahead of the metro. We reached the metro station and it was really traffic. I was rushing to go to the train thinking that I would be able to catch the bus at 10:10. As soon as I reached the station I ran going down and the bus left already. I had to take a cab to go to my workplace. I was frustrated at the start but I guess these are things that we can't control. My first patients didn't show up which was really unusual, I hope that nothing happened to them. The doctor gave me a patient, and I had to treat him. Finally, my next patient came and for some reason, I was having some negative thoughts about life, sometimes a depressed feeling. I also treated my next patient.
Then our doctor gave me another patient, and I really loved his vibes. Our conversation was full of complimenting each other's traits. He even taught me a lesson that we should be grateful for what we have. He said that we are already Rich, he explained to me that some people pay a lot for the body part that we have, so be contended and everything will follow. This really helped me and brightened my day.
I then ate my lunch, after lunch. I had to treat 4 patients straight and they are all Kabayans. The first 2 were my patients from before and they were kind enough to buy pandesal for our whole clinic. It tasted really delicious, it had fillings inside and I loved the pandesal that had longanisa inside.
It was really fun catching up with all those patients. The last one was even ranting to me about his roommates from before, it just sounded like a nightmare because for his past 2 years of living there, he was the one cleaning and some of them could be so inconsiderate, like playing loud music when everyone is asleep. Thank God that I don't stay in a place like that and I'm thankful that my flatmates are really kind to me.
After that, we were able to speak with our doctor, I heard something really appealing that they would reduce our working hours, and hopefully, they really do that. I don't want to expect it because it's going to be really painful if it doesn't happen.
My co-therapist is really kind, she usually lets her husband drop us off at the nearest metro station and it saves me a lot of time going home. I had to wait for the bus, and I saw that the store in front of me accepts crypto. I'll probably try it in the future. I had to wait for around 10 minutes for the bus to come.
To my dismay, I wasn't able to get a seat and had to stand up. The bus was really full and my elbows were already touching other people, what sucks about the touching part is that you could feel the sweat of other people. I was sweating too. The crappy part was that we couldn't leave because the bus was really full and people are trying to shove themselves in even though there was no space. Finally, the doors closed. I ate dinner first in one of the cafes in our area before going home. Got home and ate a lot of desserts. Got to speak with my friends and I'm grateful that the day ended well despite a rough start.
May you all enjoy your week ahead!
