Good Day Guys
Upon waking up, I started getting ready because I had a patient at 9:15 am. As soon as I opened my door. Yoda was lying down on the floor. He immediately came inside my room. I don't keep him inside my room at night because he tends to wake me up by biting my feet for meowing so loud at night.
I went to the kitchen to refill my water bottle and he followed me there. While I was refilling my bottle he went to the food bowl and was looking at me, So I had to feed him.
I left my house to treat my patient. It was gloomy when I parked the car, I thought that it would rain.
Here's how slim the road is going to their house. That's why I chose to walk instead of bringing the car down here.
The sister of our patient wasn't there and I usually text her, to open the gate. She told me to just press the buzzer. I was pressing the buzzer of their house but it wasn't working. So I texted her and I was just patiently waiting.
While waiting for the reply, I was just appreciating what these linemen were doing. I think it's really a tough job to do this, climbing ladders and cutting lines. Finally, the husband opened the gate for me. I disinfected before going in and treated my patient. The other sister gave me a lotion and told me to give it to my girlfriend. Their family is really kind.
When I got home, One of the riders texted me that they are going to deliver my item and told me to ready my OTP. When I was about to open the gate the rider came so I got my package.
This is Fracture, one of the strays that lives inside our compound. We've been feeding him for almost 3-4 years already. He's actually the dad of Yoda and the kinder version because whenever he'll see you, he'll walk up to you and rub himself on you. There are also times when you sit on the floor he would just lie on your lap. He was like the ideal cat but we couldn't domesticate him because he's used to the outside.
One of my cousins' friends wanted to buy some cockroaches from me and I said yes so I had to separate some last night. I had to look through my bin.
I gathered these the night before. 25 pieces of sub-adults.
My brother called me and told me that one of the cockroaches molted into an adult overnight. I was surprised. Look at the upper left corner, it molted into a male adult dubia.
I placed it on our table and I went out for a while until I heard something drop. I forgot about Yoda. He dropped the roaches on the floor. I'm just glad that it didn't open. I immediately picked it up and placed it on our shelf.
My brother was also trying to feed our cousins tarantula but it wouldn't eat.
Later on, I saw Yoda staying on top of the bin where my cockroaches are. He must be enjoying the heat from the heat mat.
I call him the warden because when my colony was new and had a crappy container, a few would escape but Yoda hunts them down.
I heard Pierre barking and somebody came to visit.
It was Rooey. Pierre was really hostile to her. She was scratching our door trying to come in and when we brought her in. Pierre started barking out loudly. He was really unfriendly towards her. So we brought her back out.
After that, Pierre went inside my room and was just staring at Yoda. He wanted him to play with him. But Yoda was sleeping comfortably.
He was even making some squeaking noises trying to get his attention but Yoda didn't budge. It's so funny that he's closer with a cat than the other dogs.
This is the pond of our grandma. We used to have Koi fishes but they all died when we ran out of electricity, probably it's because there was a lack of oxygen. Now, the only ones left are the goldfish and some koi/goldfish hybrids. We never added fish there, they just keep on reproducing on their own.
This was my setup before going to meet the friend of my cousin. The package was my gift for my girlfriend.
I was just parked while waiting for his friend to show up. And I noticed that there was another cockroach that molted. If you see that white Roach, that's a newly molted one. I'm not sure what gender it was though. I sold the subadults for 9 pesos each. So I receive 225 Php or that's around 4.65 USD. Finally Profit, but I'm still at a loss with my setup haha.
I met up with my girlfriend after and told her to open the box. This was what I gave her.
A weighted blanket. She's always wanted one. Her reaction was really priceless. I just loved the smile on her face.
She even tried it. I was also curious about how it felt so I also tried using it. It was really heavy but I liked the sensation. We were both sleep deprived so we ended up sleeping. I slept at around 1:30 and woke up at 7 pm. I didn't even wake up to her alarm at 6 pm. I said I couldn't own a blanket like this or I'll never get out of bed already haha. We then ate dinner and rested for a while then I left.
I came home to these 2 just staying outside of our house. They are actually the parents of Yoda.
My brother left my room opened, and when I entered Yoda was staying at the other bin.
While I was writing this, Yoda was just there staying on top of one of our furniture.
But I heard a squeaking noise outside of my room and it was Pierre trying to enter, I don't like Pierre staying inside my room because he pees inside, so I couldn't trust him. So I ended up bringing Yoda out so Pierre will stop. I hope that you guys had a wonderful day!
