Good day guys!

Last January 2 marked the first day of going back to work for 2021 after all the holidays. Unfortunately, my Vacation was cut short because of it. During the Holidays I was used to sleeping early in the morning. My body still adapted it and I slept at around 2 am. I woke up at around 6:35 in denial that I have work because I lack sleep and was slow getting ready. I was able to time in before 8 am. When I got to our workplace we were only 2 who's on duty. We were just waiting for the Doctor to do the rounds before we go treating. One of our colleagues also came in for overtime. After the rounds, I only had 2 patients to treat. I was able to treat one patient and I had to go back to the other one because her vitals signs were not normal. We then ate lunch and around 1:30 went back to the patient and was eventually deferred, the heart rate was higher than usual and Oxygen levels were low. After that, we just had to wait until 4 pm before leaving. (The photo of this was blurred because we cover our phones with plastic wrap. This PPE will really make you sweat.)

I walked out and something caught my eye. The 7 Eleven in my Alma Mater University of Baguio closed. Kinda sad to see this because this was really convenient when I was studying, I would buy some snacks and energy drinks.

It's just sad to see another business die because of this pandemic. I guess they lost a lot of customers because there are no students anymore.

When I was walking to town, they are fixing the drainage system in the road. My brother leaves near this place and I remember him complaining that they work at 10 in the evening and stop at 2am. He tried complaining to the authorities but nothing happened.

Before meeting my mom, I went a store called NOVO looking for a lunch box. It was tupperware haven in this place. I showed this to my brother because he has a collection of tarantulas and he uses tupperwares for his enclosures.

After making my purchase, I called my mom and she told me to wait for her in a specific place. To go to that place I had to pass Mabini Street. You can see all the trash. I wonder when do they collect these.

This stretch is called Mabini street, There are a lot of shops here and even groceries.

This place is called Session Road. This is our Central Business District. Where you would find malls, shops, restaurants and fast food chains.

This intersection is one of the busiest intersection in our City

I just had to walk a little further down and I would be in the meeting place.

It's really sad to see people who don't follow rules and regulations. I took a photo of that lady walking in a red pedestrian light. I really think that discipline plays a huge role in a developing country.

I was just waiting for my mom in this place. This road is actually called Harrison road. They used to hold the Night Market here. But on the other side of the road.

When they picked me up they had our dog called Pierre with them. He actually attends mass with us and he doesn't bark.

We then attended mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, located at Kisad Road.

This was how it looked inside.

This was how their Belen looked like. It was nicely decorated.

We then bought dinner and ate it at home. I got home ot this guy sleeping in the couch. I'm really lucky that my day wasn't toxic. I really had fun during the day even though I lacked a lot of sleep.

Thanks for reading and Stay safe always!

I enjoyed reading. And I felt like I was walking at your back with the photos you shared. I was not familiar with your place much because I wasn't given the chance to roam in the city when I had the chance. Keep safe brother.

Thank you so much! I'm glad that you enjoyed reading this. I hope that next time you come back you'll be able to roam the city even more. After this pandemic ends. Anyway, take care too!
