Yeah thats a wise tip, being hungry it doesnt mean you need to eat a lot of food and make your stomach full, filling your hungerness o craving is enough to avoid spending much money.

Thanks for the tips sir Scott. You really explained it well in this short post. That simply means, needs over wants must be in control. You want to have a bite of a food but you don't really need it, instead chew some gums to fulfill that craving and then save your money for your needs. Very nice and useful tips.
