I don't know what to call the cake that was created last night as a product of the boredom of a mother whose baby has lunch at 11 pm and then at 5 am. 😊 Maybe we could temporarily call it Plasma Cake the Fir Way.
Here, let it be the working name of the treat I share with you.Bark 1: 3 eggs, 3 porridge. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. Nesquica, on top of a knife baking powder. The bark is muddy like a classic patisserie. Bake at 220.
BARK 2: 3 egg whites, 3 porridge. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 top full tablespoons ground plasma. Whisk sugar and egg whites, add plasma, flour and bake. Bake at 180.
IL 1: Whisk 5 tablespoons of sugar with 7 tablespoons of density, 100 ml of milk, and three egg yolks left over from the second crust. We pour all that into half a liter of milk and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.Add half of the margarine that has stood at room temperature to the boiling filling. When you mix the margarine, add 100 g of ground plasma, mix well and pour another warm filling over the crust 1, which you have previously soaked with 5-6 tablespoons of milk.
Fill 2: 7 tablespoons density whisk with 100 ml of milk, 5 tablespoons. sugar, 2 tbsp. Neskvika. Boil it all with half a liter of milk, stirring constantly. When it is ready, mix the other half of the margarine.
Allow to cool completely. Whip 100 g of whipped cream a little firmer than usual. Add the density mixture to the whipped cream, spoon by spoon. Fill over crust 2 which you also soaked with 5-6 tablespoons of milk.
Decoration: you can whip the whipped cream over everything or just play with the filling 2 and get a cake that almost doesn't lack whipped cream. The recipe is a product of my personal thinking and combining foods.
My family and I wish you a nice weekend :)
You are very creative in kitchen. I would love to try your cake but I am not good at making it
