Whatever remains in the fund will be given to participants based upon judgement of effort.

There are three steps to participate:

• Pre-register your award address (a double-check on addresses)

• Generate your Entry (and get a link to wherever it is visible)

• Post the URL link to your Entry
  including #FreeAssange or FreeAssange
  to the contest on the Memo Protocol.

• If you have any suggestions you may comment below.

I will consider them in the context of the situation, or perhaps, for the next event.

0. ----- Format: brief video of invocation

The submission is a video of someone (you, your friend, anyone?)
speaking the invocation text.
The text is a plea to the audience (which you will not see)
to free Julian Assange because he harms no one.

The video must be less than 31seconds long.

The person reading the invocation must be seen full-length standing (or seated) from beginning to end. (no 'talking head videos')

2. -----Entries: Must be submitted over the Memo Protocol

Post on Memo.Cash at https://memo.cash/topic/Contest

Post on Member.Cash at https://member.cash/index.html#topic?topicname=contest

or on any other Memo Protocol interfaces which use the main post/reply/topic/send Memo Protocol functions.

Each submission should be posted from a 'Memo Protocol' address
and include the text:

FreeAssangeInvocation

or, as a hashtag, #FreeAssangeInvocation

The 'Memo Protocol' address is important because it is where the award will be sent.( This is an important reason to Pre-register to confirm where to send award. )

If the video is less than 4megabytes,

then you can upload the video at

If it is more than 4 megabytes you will need to upload elsewhere

and the post a link in the 'contest' topic

4. -----Submission Window: times will be in UTC

The Window will span 48 hours, being 2 UTC dates, in order to provide people in any timezone a convenient time to submit

The date-timestamps for contest entries as recorded on the BCH Blockchain must be within the UTC date range of

5. -----Award: single best submission

I shall award 12500000sats (= 1/8 of a BCH)
posted as a 'tip' upon the Memo which submits the winning video.

The remainder of the funds in the award account will be distributed
among all participants according to judgement of effort.

If more than three participants submit entries I may add more funds to the event.
