Don't just wish, make it happen What is the greatest wish you have? What's the one thing at night that keeps you awake? You still haven't achieved that goal, but you know it's going to turn your world upside down and fill your life with joy. Now, tell me, is there anything you are doing about that? What's waiting for you? Both of us dream of something different. Just like we all have our own route in order to get to our dreams, we need to walk. And in your story, this is the main moment! You're not really wishing for anything to happen. You get up and begin to walk. As long as they are in the correct direction, one move at a time. And you'll arrive at your destination before you know it. Remember, just being a dreamer isn't enough. You've got to be a doer. And things will begin to fall into place when you become one. Go For The Small Successes, They Will Eventually Lead To Something Bigger "Dream big." It's what you hear around you everywhere. The ads you watch on TV, the stuff you read on the internet, the books, the movies, the songs... Your aims must be grand, and your "purpose in life" must be distinctive and life-changing. But who says you need this impractical pattern to be followed? I don't, personally, really pay attention to this. I have huge goals and ambitions, and I have simpler ones that make me just as happy. And I have found that I first need to get through the small wins to go after the major ones. What I'm trying to suggest is that some huge dreams and ambitions don't really need to be pursued, because your small accomplishments will eventually lead you to something far bigger. Even though in the first place, you never anticipated the result. Success is contagious. When you begin to enjoy the little accomplishments in life and even the goals that are easier to attain, you will realize that being happy just takes a little bit in life. The little kick in the right direction will give you these achievements. Next time, they'll act as an invitation to try something bigger and bolder, and then even more the time after that... You will finally realize that the only barrier to your trip, all this time, was yourself. So go for the little milestones, the dreams that are tiny and achievable, and the wishes that you can easily transform into reality. Learn from every win and every loss. Then in life, you'll get to incredible heights.

Poor Vs Rich Poor people and rich people have very different habits. Money itself is merely a tool and it’s the habit of the rich people that enable money to work for them to produce the results that they have. It is not uncommon to see poor people dress up in expensive clothes to please people while the very wealthy ones appear simple and casual. Poor people do things that keep them poor while rich people do things that keeps them rich. Money isn’t taking sides with anyone. Money is neutral. If you decide to have it, you have to follow the principles, and if you don’t you will remain in poverty. Having cash doesn’t make a person rich. What makes a person rich is knowing how to manage cash. Things that are strange with poor people but normal with rich people 1. **Savings** An average rich person has a lot of savings. Some are so detailed they have close to 10 different savings account for various purposes. Savings for investment, savings for fees, savings for lifestyle, etc. The list of things to save for is actually endless. The poor person seldom saves any money. They don’t even think that their income is enough. They are often in the habit of taking loans and paying later. They end up having a way lower income that they should have which makes it tough for them to save. Wealthy people on the other hand have a lots of goals they want to achieve. They always squeeze out a percentage of their earning and save because they know that they will still use it in the future. Unless you get a better paying job, your financial future is not likely to improve without savings. Poor people only think of today that explains why they seldom save. 2. **Investments** Poor people think buying clothes and accessories are investments when they are not models. On the other hand, rich people liaise with financial professionals to make investments on stocks, bonds, and treasury bills. They try to determine which one gives the most return in order to make profitable investments. They also buy land when they can afford it and look for investment that will save them the most tax before they invest. Poor people generally do not invest. They buy cars, houses, and things that catch their fancy if they can afford it and they wait to be promoted at work to earn more and increate their expense. This means that they buy more of liabilities than assets. A personal car needs maintenance. It is not being used as a commercial car and therefore, is bringing no money. A private house too is a liability, it requires yearly repairs and takes only money from you. It doesn’t bring you any money. Poor people are comfortable with this as long as they earn an income but rich people want only assets that bring in money. A job is temporal, you can be fired but if you have investments that interest every month, how then you could go broke? Which would you prefer, leave your financial future from your boss or take charge? 3. **Reading personal development books** Poor people find reading strange. They think it’s a waste of time. They feel comfortable because they have jobs, they make no efforts to acquire any other skill that can improve them. The sad thing is that most wealth principles are contained in books, but poor people are not interested, they would rather pay for Netflix subscription rather than pay for script subscription that will give them access to most financial management books audio for a year. Wealthy people value information, poor people don’t. Poor people prefer to loaf around with friends then pick up a good book and read. They are vast learners. Rich people don’t stop learning. They know it determines how far they will go. They read books on strategy, negotiations, sales and marketing. They take online courses relating to their areas of interest and work very hard to learn new skill. 4. **Living below their means** Rich people live below their means while poor people live above their means. Poor people want to spend money as long as it is still remaining. Rich people live on less than half of their income and invest or save the rest. They make sacrifices to achieve their financial goals. They understand that if they spend all their money, they may not be able to afford educational materials to improve their skill and allow them to pay for necessary subscriptions. Poor people think money is meant to be spent, rich people no money is meant to be managed. Poor people see money as value, rich people see money as a tool that can help one create value. Poor people work to be paid, rich people make their money work for them. 5. **Creating several sources of income** Rich people understand that having a salary cannot make you rich, therefore they seek creative ways of earning more income. Poor people are okay with their income. The most they do is work towards a promotion. They don’t diversify their income. If they are fired, it is a big problem for them. Rich people don’t take those types of chances, they understand that one source of income will not make them rich. They spend their time diversifying their income streams through assets. Some even start a side hustle and invest whatever that comes of it. Once the hustle becomes profitable, they buy an income-generating asset and start using it. The more assets they have, the more streams of income they have. They do this until they can save the entire salary while living off their interest from asset. They are not interested in big promotion that can solve all the problems. They are content to build and grow with their income. 6. **Early rising** Rich people are always early risers. Poor people typically binge watch on Netflix and wake up late daily. Rich people have a lot to do so they wake up early to get started. They have to make a note and lists and organize their day before it starts. Poor people have only one job to attend to and can afford to sleep in. The rich people who rise early who have prepared for the day, they have time to eat breakfast, relax, and catch the morning boss. Poor people usually wake up 10 minutes to the time for the boss to leave and scramble to meet up every day. They don’t have a defined goal guiding them therefore they are not motivated to work as hard as rich people. More often than not, they have no financial goals. 7. **Eating healthy** Rich people care about their health and endeavor to eat only healthy food. Poor people on the other hand, eat whatever they want. Rich people know their health is crucial to managing their wealth effectively. They don’t want to jeopardize this by eating what can harm them. They also insured their health just in case. Poor people on the other hand not only find their behavior strange but whatever they please and end up being either obese or diabetic and they often don’t have enough money to pay for treatment. It is really not something you want for yourself. Have a full diet guide and create a full-time table for yourself if possible. That way you eat only what is healthy. 8. **Writing down goals** Poor people don’t write their goals. They neither have financial or personal goals. They therefore have nothing to aspire to. This is a very reckless thing to do. When you live that way, you can end up clueless and confused along the line. Knowing precisely what you want can make a whole lot of difference in your life. It doesn’t have to be elaborate, it can be their lines. When you have written them, read them aloud and place them where you can see them daily. Get to work, give it time, they will all come to pass. 9. **Having a daily to-do list** Rich people usually have a to-do list. The goal is to help them streamline their activities for each day. It can include task activities that are useful for the growth and places they decide to visit for insight. This to-do list can help rich person recall everything he still has to do at a glance at every point of the day. It is extremely useful productivity tool most poor people don’t use. If you want to be rich, it is probably a good idea to get one.

Science for Happiness What's the most important thing in life? Contrary to popular opinion, it's not money, fame nor even power, it's happiness. This is all you need to enjoy a high quality of life, plain and simple. There are many people who live in third world countries with nothing more than the shirts on their back and yet often these are the happiest people on earth. This illustrated that you don't need much to be happy. So what's their secret? How can you boost your happiness to sky-high levels? Funnily enough, there are plenty of tips and tricks which have proven to work. **Spend money on others** - when many of us are sad, we often go out and buy something in an effort to cheer ourselves up. This could be simple as candy or extravagant as an iPhone12. But stunningly, new research has shown that if you really want to use money to increase your happiness, you need to spend it on others. A study in 2008 gave people envelopes full of money, half were instructed to buy anything for themselves and the other is to spend it on charity or buy somethibg for other people. Individuals who spent on others reported much higher level of happiness. **Listen to sad songs** - when we're feeling blue, many of us put on our earbuds, zone out and listen to our favorite songs. But before playing your happiest song, you might want to listen to this. A study in 2014 found out that listening to sad music actually received beneficial emotional effects. These effects included regulation of negative emotion and mood. In simpler terms, sad music helps you handle your bad moods. So if you really want to cheer yourself up, put the saddest song on your playlist. **Drink coffee** - i know this was unexpected. There is been a lot of talk about how coffee might be good or bad for you but not many people are discussing it effects on mood. A study that is published in 2016 found out that a one cup of coffee per day equated to an 8 percent decrease in the risk of depression up to a limit of 500mgs of caffeine per day. Why is coffee good at fighting depression? Researchers aren't 100% sure but they think it might have to do somethibg on antioxidants and anti-inflammatories present in coffee. **Meditation** - of all the things we're listing here, meditation has the most conclusive science to back it up. Meditation has been practiced for thousand of years before science of psychology even existed. People know its benefits for a very long time and its ability to reduce stress. Numerous studies proves that there is a link between meditation and reduced stress and anxiety. Meditation almost worked wonders in almost all situations **Go for a walk** - sometimes the simplest methods are often the most effective. It seem like this is definitely the case when dealing with sadness as reasearch shown that merely going for a walk could be a game changer Some studies studied the positive effects of simply getting outside and experiencing nature. Others found out that walking in any situation can increase happiness. Simply because it involved exercise. **Get your feeling out your chest** - keeping your emotions bottled up inside of you is never a good idea and it definitely helps to get things off of your chest. Have you ever felt a massive relief when you confess your fears and worries? It really work and science can confirm this. One study looked at how recording an emotional experience can actually help calm our nerves and helps to deal on our worries. Those who are writing their emotional experience were much more calm and relaxed than those who are writing about other subjects. **Thoughts** How wonderful it is that science can actually teach us a lot about how to warm up our hearts and cheer ourselves up. So if you feel sad or worried, maybe you can make use one of this methods. Cheer up and God Bless! ***"The most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy. It's all that matters." - Audrey Hepburn***

Paypal is now live Paypal is now live for buying and selling bitcoin, bitcoin cash, litecoin and ethereum. Years ago, the founding CEO of Paypal said that cryptocurrency is a scam. Bill Harris joined an ever-growing list of bitcoin critics with a post that described the cryptocurrency as a “scam” and a “colossal pump-and-dump scheme”. “I’m tired of saying, ‘Be careful, it’s speculative.’ Then, ‘Be careful, it’s gambling.’ Then, ‘Be careful, it’s a bubble.’ Okay, I’ll say it: Bitcoin is a scam,” he wrote.  October 2020, PayPal has entered the cryptocurrency market, announcing that its customers will be able to buy and sell Bitcoin and other virtual currencies using their PayPal accounts. So what's the changed of heart? Cryptocurrency is the future. Our economy is becoming modernized and technology keep on popping out. So I believe that paypal wanted to take advantage of this. If they don't adopt cryptocurrency, they will be doomed in the long run. Paypal just announced that buying and selling cryptocurrency is live. Paypal: We are pleased to announce that all eligible PayPal accountholders in the U.S. can now buy, hold and sell cryptocurrency directly with PayPal. The effects if this huge announcement was seen later this day up until now. Bitcoin right now has break it's 80% all time high. And with this huge announcement, I believe that the $20k will be reached until this end of the year. And this is not the end because Paypal has just launched this on some eligible accounts in the US. The effects will be more felt when it is launched internationally. What do you think? Let me know of your thought by leaving a comment down below.

I Clicked this Clickbait Article... I clicked this clickbait article and you won't believe what happened next .... Are you a one of the victims of clickbait articles and videos? Like when you clicked tha article all you can say is "is that all?" So why many blogger/vlogger create headlines or articles that is pleasing to our eyes or rather say so much tempting for us to resist to click. Clickbait A certain style of content and headline writing that's geared towards trying to get people click on something as much as possible often at the expense of quality information. **But what makes clickbait clickable**? The answer lies on our own psychological tendencies. As different as people are, there are certain things that the brain generally really likes. Information presented in an ordered list for example is especially appealing which is why you always see the slideshow of 10 most luckiest or richest people. These works because they spread information on a structured way and also present themselves with a degree of authority. A list of with a precise number of element seems more certain and has more finality than a general headline. It's very appealing to our brains which want to cut through the crap and understand things quickly. Very ironic, considering the list of themselves are often completely f'n useless. And even for clickbaiting headlines that don't direct you to a numbered list. The **use of authorative sounding words** such as "science", "the best" or "destroyed" is common in order to appeal to that same desire for certainty in our lives which explains why many articles that try to promote half-baked things like political opinions. Other clickbait headline **flips the script of how journalism** was usually done in the past by merely teasing at what the content is inside. **Instead of dogs bite man, you see a man confronted a dog and you won't believe what happened next**. This encourages the user to click through instead of giving away the articles meat right in the headline. This kind of direct appeal to our natural curiousity, result in the reward center of our brain lighting up when you find out what the answer to clickbaiting question or tease in the headline was. Even if the content inside turns out to be totally stupid. This has often been reffered to as the **curiousity gap** which is a key part of how the **website** **upworthy operates**. Upworthy's tendency to only place hints as to the actual content in their titles has led their articles for being some of the most shared content on all of Facebook. And of course, clickbait has gone beyond legitimate sites, well, as legitimate as they can be being **used in the ads designed to look like real article**. Although quite a few tech savvy users have developed an eye for what's legitimate content and what's advertising or just use an ad blocking or something. The enticing headlines still draw a lot of people and have for a long time. Indeed, the arguable ancestor of modern clickbait are the vapid but eye catching headlines of yesteryear. With the sort of sensationalism playing to some pretty fundamental aspects of human nature, i wouldn't expect clickbait to go away anytime soon. **Lead image used as clickbaiting purposes**

BCH Fork: Who is Winning? ***19 days to go before the fork*** On the 6th of August current year, Bitcoin ABC full node team's lead developer Amaury Séchet instigated a network split. He proposed the coinbase rule wherein 8% coinbase reward will be directed into an address he controls. This 8%, as explained by Amaury Séchet will go to the developers to fund for protocol enhancement/maintenance. But, majority of the Bitcoin Cash community opposed on Séchet's proposol calling it as a **self interest act.** Users of BCHN is advised to upgrade their wallets and to hold onto their keys. While miners on the other hand is required to upgrade their full node software (BCHN node ver.22.0.0). Who is winning? Since day 1, when the potential fork is announced, majority of the Bitcoin Cash community supports the BCHN and opposed Bitcoin ABC. As of today, BCHN is still winning this fork. Here are some statistics: ***The numbers have talked and numbers don't lie!*** **I am a Bitcoin Cash user and i support BCHN!** Sources: https://cash.coin.dance/ https://votes.cash/

Why bitcoin price matters? Bitcoin - a digital currency created by Satoshi Nakamoto...... I knew that all of you know the history of bitcoin so .. Fast forward! **So why bitcoin price matters?** Simple, it is important so we can make money. Is that it? Yes that's it! Just joking. Lol. It goes deeper beyond that. Let's explore what is the relation of market direction and certain price points. So really what it all boils down to is **support** and **resistance**, these two are the most fundamental basics when it comes to technical analysis or bitcoin charting. Understanding what this two things are very simple. **According to investopedia:** The concepts of trading level support and resistance are undoubtedly two of the most highly discussed attributes of technical analysis. Part of analyzing chart patterns, these terms are used by traders to refer to price levels on charts that tend to act as **barriers**, preventing the price of an asset from getting pushed in a certain direction. **Support, or a support level**, refers to the price level that an asset does not fall below for period of time. An asset's support level is created by buyers entering the market whenever the asset dips to a lower price. In technical analysis, the simple support level can be charted by drawing a line along the lowest lows for the time period being considered. The support line can be flat or slanted up or down with the overall price trend. Other technical indicators and charting techniques can be used to identify more advanced versions of support. **Resistance, or a resistance level**, is the price at which the price of an asset meets pressure on its way up by the emergence of a growing number of sellers who wish to sell at that price. Everytime the price goes up, let's say a trader on twitter talks about "hey, we can't get above the $13k level". Well, the reason would be becaise everytime it hits the $13k level, sellers come into the market and they push the price down. These are not just random number that people decided upon. There is a specific reason for them. Resistance levels can be short-lived if new information comes to light that changes the overall market’s attitude toward the asset, or they can be long-lasting. In terms of technical analysis, the simple resistance level can be charted by drawing a line along the highest highs for the time period being considered. Resistance can be contrasted with support. **In traders view:** **Support** - is where the price will bounce off of. Usually the lowest price that is expected on an asset to go in the short term **Resistance** - is where it will hit up against. A number that bitcoin have a hard time getting above Now let us see what this actually looks like on a bitcoin chart What you'll see on a lot of charts is you'll see lines drawn in a diagonal pattern, from upper left to down right and they will try to hit the tops of the candle or the top of the wicks which are the very pointy parts at the top. The charts shows a beautiful resistance that was met with bitcoin in the past because it is actually a horizontal line of resistance. You can see at the chart that $12k was a number that we can not go above. In the chart shoes that the break out of resistance was done three times and the arrow on the chart is fourth move and finally break out of the resistance. Now that the candle is above the resistance, the next goal is to turn that into support. We want to take this line and instead of the numbers hitting up against it the candles, we want it to be bouncing off of it. This is why traders will say things like "hey, once we get above $12500, now we're on a breakout", because now the price is breaking out, we are above the resistance, we don't have anything necessarily holding the price back. Let's take a look at the weekly chart We are amidst right now of a real move up. The question now is what's next? We hit the $13200, we bounce back down, then $12900 and now we have a new line of resistance. The next target i think will be $16k and probably between $14k and $15 we will have rejection. When it comes to understanding the prices the traders are throwing out, they're not random numbers, there is a reason, there is a method to the madness and it will have to do wether it is a horizontal line or a diagonal line. These are the thing that we must fully understand to figure out what traders are talking about when they're throwing out prices. You should really reverse engineer that and go to a chart, that's how you will learn how to do some simple technical analysis and figure out where did they get that number from and this can point you into the right direction on how to chart, on how to do technical analysis. And lastly make money on crypto. Coughing and Sneezing Etiquette In this time of Covid-19 pandemic, people might be frighten when you sneeze or cough. But why? It is because of the virus mode of transmission. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness, so the primary transmission route is through person-to- person contact and through direct contact with respiratory droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes. So how to avoid being criticize by other people when you cough or sneeze? You won't be able to avoid judgemental people like that. So you're thinking to stop your cough or sneeze in public? I think that would not be a great idea. Study shows that it's possible to damage blood vessels in your eyes, nose, or eardrums when holding in a sneeze. The increased pressure caused by the sneeze being held in can cause blood vessels in the nasal passages to squeeze and burst. While coughing is the way of your body to get rid of excess mucus and infection. So it isn't a good idea either to stop your cough. You're now thinking what you should do? There is a greater way. Ignore what will people tell you as long as you did the coughing and sneezing etiquette. Let me tell you how coughing and sneezing etiquette is done. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze Throw used tissues in the trash If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands Remember to immediately wash your hands after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Washing your hands is one of the most effective ways to prevent yourself and your loved ones from getting sick, especially at key times when you are likely to get and spread germs. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds If soap and water are not readily available, alcohol based sanitizers that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean hands Even if you have the now the knowledge on proper coughing and sneezing etiquette, still follow strictly the safety protocols like social distancing and wearing of mask. Sex in this time of pandemic How's your sexual relationship right now? Me? Nah, eversince this Covid-19 pandemic started, i pertained on abstinence, especially that i work in a hospital setting wherein Covid-19 patients are admitted. So what is this virus that made us physically distancing to one another? It's the deadly Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2 (SARS-COV 2). Let's break this down into vocabulary ***Severe*** - Very Serious ***Acute*** - Sudden ***Respiratory*** - affects nose, mouth, throat and lungs ***Syndrome*** - a group of symptoms ***Corona*** - latin word that means crown ***Virus*** - microscopic particle that infect body cells to replicate itself over and over again ***2*** - distinguishes it from other corona viruses Covid-19 taught us to physically distance ourselves to one another. It is said that the virus can be spread by droplets, this means that it can spread from the secretion from nose, mouth and throat. Now the protocol to further prevent spreading the infection is maintain six feet apart, wear mask and don't go to overcrowded places. So what will happen about the sexual life of people? If you are in abstinence like me, it's a win for you but for others who can't give up sex, they can just admit defeat or turn into some innovations like masturbation, phone sexing, text sexing, cam sexing, etc .. Yes, covid-19 is not a sexually transmitted disease but with the mode of transmission, we can't just ignore. The safest way to have sex is to have sex aith yourself (masturbation), next is having sex with your partner who is within your household and practicing the guidelines to control infection. As long as you can, avoid having sexual activity with anyone outside your household. The control of the spread of infection is within you. Let your lustful die sleep within you for the meantime.

Cold weather I woke up with the loud sound of the wind whistling outside and to the sound of rain that keeps pouring over our roof. I took up my phone, it is 1:30 in the morning and there is plenty of alert messages. There is a storm and our province storm alert signal number is 3. I got up on my bed and looked outside and what i saw are trees swaying wildly like if its gonna fall to the ground anytime soon. I went to roam the other parts of our house checking the ceiling if there is a leakage. Luckily there is none to be found. I also checked our emergency lights to be prepared if ever the lights will come off. I've sent a message to my mom and dad asking them if they are okay. Well, i am not expecting them to response anytime soon because it is way too early in the morning. I went back to my bed after drinking a glass of water. I can't sleep! Damn! What to do? Play video games or watxh a movie. Nah, i have watched all the movies that i have installed on my hard drive and i'm too lazy to set up my gaming space. Why not write instead? The problem is, i don't have any in mind what content will i write. Time passed, i'm still stuck thinking about the topic i will write. Aha! Why not free write? I've seen some articles here which are a result of free writing. So here i am writing right now. This was just the first time i wrote in free writing, so let me apologize first of this article will turn out a trash. My eyes are heavy, so i'll be taking my sleep again. Wishing that if i woke up later, the storm would be gone. For those who are in the area of the storm, pleae be careful and God Bless!
