As a daughter of a "Tuba (coconut wine) Gatherer" that still relying with her parents, I am now feeling the guilt of still not having a stable job to help them out. What bothers me more is the continuous increase of prices of the basic commodities in the market, but the buyer of my papa's "Tuba" didn't buy it at a higher price. And as for you know, my papa is not the owner of the coconut trees that he climbs up, it was my grandfathers' which means, we are obliged to give a contribution for doing so.
I guess all of us are greatly affected by the Inflation. This issue has started in the previous years, but become more evident the last year. Imagine the price hikes of almost everything that we need. The price becomes times two, others even becomes times three. "Aigoo!" And here's this problem, the income or the earnings of the costumers are at stake.
Like I said in my previous blog, I want to give more focus on three things this year, "Spend Less, Save more, and Invest." In the previous years, especially the last year, I am like a spendthrift- spend here and there. So, with this, what comes to my mind now is minimize spending by cutting down those unnecessary things on the list. I should buy ONLY the important and necessary for me to not waste any cent of my earnings as a side hustler, for now.
You know, earning money is very difficult this days. And imagine, you hardly earn the money you have but you will only have few things out from it and like a tick of the clock, the money was gone, all of a sudden. Like for instance, you earned Php 1000 or $20 dollars for a week but when you went to town and buy the things you want and need using that money, you will not notice that you only have few cents left in your pocket. "Jusmiyo marimar!" That is why, we should really armed with information before going for a grocery or whatever it is that we do with the few money we have on our pockets. We must jot down the things that should be prioritize first over to those that are less of importance. We should also know the current prices of the goods in the market ahead so that we can have enough budget to buy and pay for it.

Ending Thoughts:
Self-Disciplinary actions should be of great consideration. Practical Thinking is a must too. Now a days, it is very important to really put in mind those things that should be prioritize first over our wants.
