nobody ever has it easy | adulting
adulting is hard, 100% of you would agree. unless you take life so lightly, you would realize how hard it is to hit the twenty something mark.
life just does not come easy for no one. everything needs to be taken seriously. it may be possible to goof around with friends still, hangout with the people we love, but when huge responsibilities hit us, where do we run? if it's even an option how do we run away?
growing older, you realize how the world becomes enormous as it becomes a massive arena of daily struggles, endless possibilities to win or fail, and a variety of opportunities. it is an overwhelming part of life.
and you know what, it's okay if you're still figuring it out. there is no basic formula or algorithm we follow in growing older or owning up to being a responsible adult. it isn't a step by step guide type of thing we follow to get it right. in fact, we will never get it right at first, second or third try.
sometimes, this world is gonna break you over and over and over again, until you finally get one thing right. but what matters is that, at the end of the day you are a good human, you are free to make mistakes and free to not know it all.
one day, as the world trains you to be the person you are, you will find yourself still trying to know how to get through life, but you will also realize that no matter how bad life throws you over, you will be okay.
dear young adult, you'll be fine.
