Been unwell since yesterday. Got a banging headache so not too much noise from me today I am afraid. I should eat but i dont feel motivated or even hungry. Just had two slices of toast this morning. MamaRah is away with BabyRah which means at least they won't get sick. They might delay coming back though. Hope i am feeling better soon

Why do medical instructions always come in size 5 font. Even with good eyes its hard to read. May as well give me a blank piece of paper. After being ill all week I found today that I literally cannot taste anything. So I have gone and got a Covid test kit to be sure. Can't find the instructions online in English either

So one of my teams is playing in the League One playoff semi final tonight. Only off the field mismanagement (Thank you Mr Chansiri) saw them relegated anyway so now it is time forthe football to do the talking. To my knowledge they have reached the playoff stage three times over the years. You really have no idea how important taste is until it is taken away. I am hungry and I want to eat when a sense of texture is all you have when eating it makes it completely pointless. Every single thing is just the same. Texture and temperature is the only difference and it is a horrible thing to experience. Monitoring my breathing and sats now - still ok, Doing respiratory exercises to keep my lungs clear. Not doing too bad but definitely worse than 24 hours ago. Sats slightly improved from two hours ago. Should be able to stay on top of it though. Main thing is to keep those lungs working

Oxygen sats hovering between 93 and 95. Almost enough to be a concern. Watching the F1 and working my lungs at the same time. Got a dull pain in my right lung. Need this Covid to go now. This particular one features Liam Neeson and Marti Pellow (Wet Wet Wet). Never seen it before. This is no different in principle to when I was at school. Jewelry and loose fitting clothes were banned in the science classroom or any pupil who didn't comply (for whatever reason) was banned from doing any more than observing experiments for safety reasons. Again so little Noise today, as there is very little new news coming out this end. Since changing to a Samsung from a Huawei it always takes two attempts to log in to Celsius. Is this by coincidence a Celsius thing or is it a Samsung thing Basically I put my 2FA pin in and on thev first attempt it just sits there and does nothing until it times out. I then close Celsius and repeat and it goes straight to my account almost seamlessly. Anybody else encountering similar issues? Its not a major thing but just a bit irritating.
