According to the NY Post after Ukrainian forces managed to destroy two pontoon bridges and 58 Russian military vehicles: "Ukraine’s advances near Kharkiv could put some of Russia’s main supply lines to eastern Ukraine, located on the far bank of the river, within range of Ukrainian artillery, " Source: Reuters It doesn't matter how much territory the Russians manage to take if their supply lines are cut they are sitting ducks. If the Russian army were a disciplined force I'd have some sympathy for the individual soldiers who are following the orders of their political paymasters but judging by what we are seeing they may as well be Enzatzgruppen. If something happens to a burglar when he breaks into somebody's home there can be no sympathy. He should have just stayed in bed where he belongs.
