How money will work for you?

Alam niyo ba na pwede ka ring maging isa sa shareholder ng Jollibee Corporation? O di kaya ng San Miguel Corporation? How about Mega World?  Meralco Corporation?  And don’t you know that you can really earn a million of peso when you retired?

Sounds interesting, right?

I know that when you read this article, you will become curious until you involve investing in stock market and soon to be a CO-OWNER of those BIG BLUE CHIP Companies.

Nowadays, there are many ways to invest your money. It could be in an insurance company, In online cryptocurrency websites, In Equity mutual funds, In Real estate and investing in stocks and etc.

I had discover investing in stock market when my friend introduced it to me. He explained everything about it detailed by detailed and of course I did some of my own research.

First came to my mind was that HOW STOCK MARKET WORKS? Why does it exist?

First, Ang isang kumpanya ay hindi lalago kung wala ang shares dahil wala silang pagkukunan ng budget kung sakaling sila ay mag expand o magtayo ng isa pa nilang branch or corporation.

Secondly, if there are no shares then a company have no choice but to get a loan in a bank or in a government company.  kaya napakalaking bagay sa kanila ang pagtrade ng stocks on the PSE (Philippine Stock Exchange). What is the role of PSE regarding stocks? It’s a private non-stock organization that provides the securities of stocks of individual. Therefore, companies can get an easy secured access to their funds through PSE.

When you decided to have your investment in here of course you have to buy some shares of your desired company. So, gusto mo na bang maging isa sa may ari ng ni Jolibee? Hindi ba napakaganda sa pakiramdam na yung fastfood chain na kinakainan mo ay isa ka sa nagbigay ng shares? And you will be so called as Invisible Co-owner.

However in every investments, hindi  mawawala yung mga risks but you can also have benefits at the same time.

Then what are the benefits? Yung pera mo ng magtatrabaho para sayo. Imagine that? When the stocks are high then that’s profitable anytime pwede mo ibenta ang share na meron ka.

What are the Risks? If the stock of your shares are low then it’s not profitable hindi ka kikita kc wala kang tubo.Paano nay un?

Don’t worry dahil sa STOCK MARKET you have two ways to EARN!!!!

1.      through Price Appreciation- ito po yung pag tumaas ang presyo ng inyong shares and you want to sell it then you can get a profit.

2.      through dividend- that’s a sum of money that a company paid to its shareholders out of its profits at the end of the year.  Halimbawa, you have shares in Meralco Corporation and you keep it for 5 years, then makakarecieve ka ng dividends over that 5-year time period at pwede mo itong matanggap Cash!!
