The calm and quiet voice of self-confidence pushes us to achieve our dream life
The sentences I hear from many people during these difficult times in the world are always the same.
Life anxiety, unhappiness, hopelessness..
If you started to question why life is so hard, something is probably missing in your life. Ask yourself, are you living with a life purpose or are you drifting off?
The definition of “life purpose” may differ for everyone, but you can still know if you are chasing that purpose right now or just letting it go. The interesting thing is, you will run into difficulties in both cases. The only difference will be in how you feel at the end of the day.
When questioning why life is so difficult, remember that there is something that makes everything valuable and meaningful. No matter how risk-free and comfortable living haphazardly may seem, chances are you're feeling the pain of not fulfilling your potential and not reaching the life that awaits you there. You will always be wondering: Are there aspects of life other than the one I live? Is there something I missed?
The journey to change your life isn't sure to be an easy one, but it should ultimately be an enjoyable one. You should enjoy learning new things about yourself, about your life goals, about what motivates you.
Every day we have two options. We can listen to that voice that speaks of fear and self-doubt, or we can listen to the other voice that is quieter but speaks of self-confidence and moving forward with a purpose.
The calm and quiet voice of self-confidence pushes us to reach our dream life. “Why is life so hard?” If you have started to ask yourself the question, you are probably having difficulties in realizing your life purpose. Maybe you have difficulty in overcoming some of the disadvantageous situations of the environment you were born into or the environment you are currently in, maybe you set yourself a goal of losing weight and you have difficulty achieving it. Whatever the reason may be, you have a challenge right now that you cannot overcome.
You may be trying to make the best decisions with what life has given you. That doesn't change that: You're in this world for more than just surviving.
If you want to make your life easier, you have to stop putting off your dreams. You can get closer to them by taking small steps every day. For example, for 90 days, you can set aside the first 90 minutes of the day for the dreams you want to achieve. Give this a try, and you will have started a strong habit and you will have worked on your dreams for the most productive 135 hours of the day. Remember to celebrate your little progress. In this way, you will both gain momentum and have a pleasant process for yourself.
No one likes to make mistakes, to fail while advancing towards their goals. But remember, it's perfectly normal to make mistakes when trying something new. In fact, the mistakes you make are an important indicator that you are chasing your purpose and listening to that confident voice and embarking on a journey. Keep learning from your mistakes, let them transform you into a more experienced and wise person on your journey to become the person you want to be.
If you are asking why life is so hard, one of the reasons may be that you are trying too hard. Perhaps this statement may have sounded too obvious. Let's open a little more.
It is the sum of your life experiences. Some of these experiences are more positive than others. If the challenging experiences in your life have far outstripped your positive ones, you should consider whether you have set any exhausting goals for yourself.
We all have anxiety about things. We all have little insecurities, but eventually you have to face your fears if you want to be successful, and everybody has some fear of failure.
