Little things which helps a lot

There is no man in the world who don't have a problem. All of us have something that gnaws at us. And in that moments all of us are concentrated on fixing that problem. Further, it leads us to nervousness and stress, and we lose the strength which we need to find a solution.

Instead of getting annoying, we should calm down, and look around us. Because everywhere around us there are so many little things that can help us to feel better in bad moments.

One of those little things is a cup of hot chocolate. When I am sad I always make it, take a blanket, and watch my favorite film. You can make a cup of tea, cocoa, whatever you like. Warmness from the cup will warm up your soul.

A long walk can help too. Fresh air will clarify our thoughts. The best is when you walking after rain when the air is clean.

Music is also a great thing that can relax us. Make a cup of tea and enjoy your favorite music. It will relax and cheer you up.

Books are the best friends of people. They take us into some new world of imagination. When we reading a book, we are forgetting about our problems. We can always learn something new from books. It is proven that people who read books are better at solving problems.

Playing with children can help a lot when we have some problem, or we are under stress. We can learn a lot from our children. They can give us great lessons, just watch them!

Pets can be great friends, too. They give us love unconditionally. Time spent with pets is full of tenderness and love.

I give you a few suggestions for relaxing and keep calm when you have some problem. That helps me, and I hope it will help someone else. You try this or try other things which you enjoy (painting, dancing, swimming, singing), and you will see, when you start to enjoy little things, you will start to look at life with other eyes.

You provided inspiring, supportive suggestions. I absolutely agree with your words. Problems and diseases are of course in everyone. However, if there is a problem, there is a solution. If there is a disease, there is also healing. When we see a problem, it will be more beneficial to see it as a problem to be solved and to find a solution. However, problems should not keep our minds occupied because constantly focusing on the problem can lead us away from the solution. At this point, the options you suggest will help our minds get away from the problem.
