Have you been grateful for today? What are you thankful for in your life?

Being grateful is something we should include in our daily routine. A heart that is full of thanksgiving will always be grateful for the things they have, no matter gow insignificant it may be. I have lots of things to be thankful for, and i wouldn't want to share them because the list will be so long. Like today after the days activity, i got to visit my family, i was so happy that all of them are in good health, we ate dinner together, make some jokes and everybody laughed to it. I was so thankful for a moment like that. It was such a great moment with my family, i know as well that each of us takes time to spend with family, and that should give you every reason to be thankful.

A person with no money in their pocket will say they don't have any reason to be thankful. Having a reason to be thankful is not all about if you have some money on you or not, but there things we have in our live that others don't have, we forget this because we only put our mind on the money aspect. Being able to lift your hand, see clearly with your eyes, etc is enough reason to be thankful. Where you able to use your phone without stress, have access to the internet, and also read this article? A lot of people out the don't have this kind of privilege you have, they don't own a smartphone like you do. Did you sleep well last night in your home with all eyes closed? A lot of people in other countries don't have the kind of peace and security you have to enjoy what you are enjoying.

Anytime you are thankful for something, you mood is changed, you have this magical feeling in you. It is so healthy to practice thankfulness everyday, you shouldn't afford to miss a day. It is 12:36 am now as at the time of writing this article, as another new day is coming i want you to take a moment and reflect back on the things you are thankful for. It could be the things in the past, or maybe you are getting a new job 2 weeks from now. Have a heart of gratitude for both the small and huge achievements you have made.

Everyone of us here has this one thing in common to be thankful for. For having a sound mind that allows us to enjoy reading every article on this platform. We should be thankful for the brains behind read.cash, for giving us the chance to connect with thousands of people and also earn. The list will be long if i continue, we just have a whole lot to be grateful for.

Having a heart of thankfulness can help put you in good moods whenever you are feeling down or angry with yourself. That is why i say it is so healthy to practice gratitude everyday because in everything that happens be it good or bad, you will always see the positivity in it. No matter how your day went, be grateful that you went through it successfully. Making gratitude a lifestyle will change your life for good, every moment you will be smiling all through because you know that there is always light at the end of every tunnel.

To be thankful is one of the very first learned at home, taught by parents to children. As young as a child who learned to speak , and learned to say thank you, gives us happiness . It is so pleasant to the ears to hear someone say thank you. It boost your confidence being appreciated for what you have done. It sets your good mood and respect for the one who appreciated what you give or done for that person. Anyone who always give thanks are a lot better being remembered and always being favored than who do not give thanks.

Sincerely, if we can always practice gratitude, it will change our perspective and we would be happy and positive all day and in the course of showing gratitude, we would be blessed by God because there would be opportunities coming to us.
