Alchemy today
One of the great dreams of mankind throughout the ages has been to turn iron into gold. Another was immortality. Thus, mankind has cultivated over the centuries the desire to live forever, demonstratively and without daily work. A cheap piece of metal in a boiling cauldron would be enough to be known to be the oldest and most valuable commodity on the market. Luxurious castles, rich food, all the pleasures of antiquity.
There is a lot of medieval literature about scholars who survived the explosions and the passage of time. Texts with their own cryptography and in code, so that only esoteric devotees could read them. According to some, the reason for the secrecy was to protect the formula that guarantees transformation and wealth, because if the precious metal were available to everyone, it would lose its noble value. For others, it is nonsense.
Man lives through the ages according to his level of consciousness and gives his exact essence experience according to his learning. Different cultures deliberately blend together to learn and teach each other. Like an invisible chain, humanity creates a bond of freedom and unity. Life shows us that evolution is the daughter of transformation. The world renews itself and moves forward with changes around its own axis. A society or a tribe improves its understanding of everything only when all its members really change the way they see and act on something. Changes that occur outside the boundaries of consciousness are fragile and fleeting. In short, we have always understood or should always understand the meaning of transformation or alchemical essence.
What remains to be deciphered is the philosopher's stone and the elixir of life.
Alchemists have always had a reputation for being weird and clever. Or, why not, crazy. I think there are still some, at least the real alchemists. Why is the secret that turns iron into gold called philosopher's stone? Why use the term philosophy in a purely economic or scientific matter?
Since the beginning of time, gold has been a symbol of great wealth and power. It carries two important concepts: it is priceless, regardless of political or world crises, and it is indestructible, it does not rust or wear out. In theory, it would be a safe haven to moor and protect our fleet from turmoil and uncertainty. But in essence, philosophy is the ability to think critically and independently about reality, to observe and analyze everything from all angles and possibilities. But aren't we talking about gold? Yes, we are. We have not yet been able to understand what the gold was that those strange magicians of the time were talking about. Was it a literal or a figurative reference? The answer is that we can interpret the sacred texts and parables literally.
The sacred will always be hidden and available to the world until everyone discovers it.
Our most precious treasure is our spirit, which is completely intangible. We are all, without exception, on an endless and amazing journey from the station of darkness to the harbor of light. With many stops. The time of the journey belongs to us and is relative because it depends on our ability to transform ourselves, to understand our shadows and transform them into light. Shadows into light, iron into gold is the philosopher's stone.
Blessing!
Beautiful! It was heartwarming to read this call:
"The time of the journey belongs to us and is relative because it depends on our ability to transform ourselves, to understand our shadows and transform them into light. Shadows into light, iron into gold is the philosopher's stone"
