Good Morning
As I had hinted in my article yesterday, I would have to stay up late at night to watch the F1 Mexican GP. You see, when the GP is held in a country that is on the other side of the planet vis-à-vis us, there is no choice but to stay up late and watch. I can always watch the next day, you say. But what's the fun in the news. Isn't watching LIVE the real fun?
Alright, all that lovely stuff above was me trying to convince me to stay up late and not get up early for my run. So, did I run? Nah, but if there is any consolation, then Max Verstappen did win the Mexican GP. Hmm, at least one expectation came out right. 😊
But then, I did not forsake my fitness regime. I did it, and here's what it was.
Eight in the morning is not the ideal time nor the one I like for exercise, but that's when I got up. 😊 Since it was late and I had to get on with my work too, I jumped straight into work. That was a good idea, and I throttled through my schedule, which opened up some time at 11 a.m. And much like all good things in life, I grabbed it with both hands.
It was all about weights today. I focused on my arms, chest, and shoulders. Much like the throttling through work, I had to do the same with my regime. Somehow, doing exercise quickly and with the least of breaks gives a different level of satisfaction. I was pleased with the effort. I did about a minute of stress training to add on. As you would have guessed, it wasn't much. By the way, stress training is a concept that comes from the Marines (of the U.S.) and equivalent commando training from militaries across the globe. I have seen a few videos of the same, and I appreciate the need for such training. Interestingly, no gym or YouTube professionals talk about stress training. Hmm, maybe, I've got to start the trend.
Lastly, I finished with a few Ho'oponopono sessions. I will be doing more through the day as and when time permits. Let's see how that goes. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.

Have fun reading and practicing.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.
😊

Did You Know?
The record for the most push-ups with a 100 lb weight is held by Ron Cooper of Massachusetts, USA. Ron completed 45 push-ups in one minute. He is also the holder of seven other records, which I had covered in my past articles. Besides, he holds the record for push-ups with 60 and 40 lb weights.
These records may appear to be the same, but it is not. Do pay attention, and you will see that these are different ones. Ron holds more than 23 records, and we will be looking closely at each in the coming few days. If you wish, you can read more about Ron in this article.
