Fitness: 7th November 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question

Good Morning

I've got to say that this is the first year since Michael Schumacher's retirement in 2006, that I am keenly following Formula 1. Max and Lewis' battle is too good. I am leaning towards Max's win but then again, let's see how that goes.

What's that got to do with my fitness? Well, I had to stay up late yesterday night till 3 a.m. to see the qualifying. So, there was no point sleeping after that but keep working. And that's what I did till 5 a.m. The fact is, I guess I will be doing the same tomorrow morning as well. Why? The race is on tomorrow. Today was just qualifying. 😉

So, what was my fitness regime then?

Obviously, I couldn't go out for a run or walk, but I got on with the weights quite quickly. I had enough time for my triplets. My triplets for today were:

Chest
Arms
Back, Shoulder, and Abs

I got a lil time to do some stress training. And it was completely worth it. Once again, the focus was shoulders and upper body. What better way to round up the fitness regime than with Ho'oponopono sessions? And that is what I did. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.
