Good Morning
Today happened to be Diwali, the festival of light, and it was full of color and light all around. The morning was pleasant as usual, and neighborhood kids were already up before I could start my day.
I was in two minds about going for a run or walk. Finally, I decided to do most of my fitness stuff at home. So, what did I do?
I spent very little time with weights today and transitioned to meditation and Ho'oponopono quite quickly. Both the sessions lasted for an hour, and then I had to jump to my chores before leaving for some work. It was quite a busy day, to be honest. 😊
