Fitness: 3rd November 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
I am quite cross with myself on the days I am not going out on a run. After all, it is so beautiful and cool outside. If I don't go out now, then when do I do it. Oh well, there is tomorrow, anyways.
Although the run and walk did not happen today, I did focus on weights and Ho'oponopono sessions. That was the saving grace of my fitness focus. The good thing, as always, exercise will no longer be a sweaty affair for the next three months. Why? Because it is winter over here. 😊
So, what was my regime like?
I overlapped my stress training with regular weight training. The result was a satisfying experience. I did about two sets of chest, back, and abs and interspersed them with stress exercises like holding the dumbbells overhead for a minute or more. And then, of course, walking ten minutes with heavy weights without keeping them down. It was worth it. 😊
And then I jumped to my Ho'oponopono sessions. Although I am done, for now, I think I will be using it through the day. Let's see. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.
The record for the most push-ups with a 40 lb weight is held by Ron Cooper of Massachusetts, USA. Ron completed 79 push-ups in one minute. He is also the holder of five other records, which we had discussed in my recent articles.
These records may appear to be the same, but it is not. Do pay attention, and you will see that these are different ones. Ron holds more than 23 records, and we will be looking closely at each in the coming few days. If you wish, you can read more about Ron in this article.
