Good Morning
I am just loving the fact that the weather is turning cooler and incredible with each day. It is just the advent of winter over here but is already a nice and pleasant one. I am a stickler for cooler clim, and this falls right in my preference zone. To think that it is only going to get better from here is an awesome feeling.
Anyway, what does the weather mean to my fitness regime? An even greater impetus to do more. And that is what I did. I missed a good sweatless run today, but I will get hold of it tomorrow for sure.
So, what did I do then?
The morning started with the temptation of opening my laptop. I was expecting some fantastic news, but I knew that I might skip my fitness regime if I opened the laptop. It was a good thing that I remained adamant about getting out of the house. I went for a walk with my father and were back in roughly fifteen minutes. Once home, I did give in to my urge to open the laptop. I got the news that I was hoping for and was excited about the developments. The excitement was enough to get on with weights.
I followed triplet form today that included the following:
Push-ups
Back, shoulder and abs
Biceps
Once the triplets were done, I followed up with my stress training. I like this training which challenges the body and mind. I did a one-minute overhead dumbbell hold. I will increase the same to about two minutes starting tomorrow. Also, the regular ten-minute dumbbell hold and walk was good. Only the palms were screaming to put down the weights—that kind of completed my weights part.
The second to last was the Ho'oponopono session which went on for longer than usual. It was like issues kept popping up and kept popping them out. It was fun but intense at times; fun, of course, when the problem is emotionally resolved. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.
What Is Ho'oponopono? | The Hawaiian Healing Technique
Have fun reading. Now, I just have to squeeze in meditation. I couldn't meditate yesterday either, so today for sure.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.
😊

Did You Know?
The record for the most push-ups with one leg raised and a 40 lb weight is held by Ron Cooper of Massachusetts, USA. Ron completed 53 push-ups in one minute. He is also the holder of four other records, which we had discussed in my recent articles.
Ron holds more than 23 records, and we will be looking closely at each in the coming few days. If you wish, you can read more about Ron in this article.
Phew! That man is incredible!
