Fitness: 23rd September 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Now that I am back to routine, I try to get up earlier than the previous day. I’ve got to admit that I am still far from my 4:30 a.m, jaunts but I am happy with the progress. So, what happened? Well, it was a minor cold that developed into a deep cough, and just when I was worried, I got to know that it wasn’t COVID. With some medicines, I am fine now.
Also, I am going slow on physical activities. To give you an idea, today’s walk to the market for groceries was the best physical activity I had done in the whole past week. I was getting tired, so I kept it down.
But then again, readers would know that fitness is not just about the body but also mind and soul. So, I kept the mind and soul part going all through the week. I had done some ho’oponopono sessions, and it did help. Some of the readers have asked what the ho’oponopono session is all about. I will be writing a separate article on it and will drop a link over here. That way, you can read and follow it.
After the ho’oponopono sessions, I meditated. I followed the guided meditation today as I couldn’t focus as easily. I am glad that all went well. I hope to recover much more and get on with my jogs and weights. But I will not rush things here.
Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Let’s talk about abdominal planks once again. We have seen the record for most time in the plank position (male and female), most time with 100 lb weight (female), most time with 40 lb weight (female), but did you know that another record exists?
Yes, there is a record for abdominal plank position held for the most time with 60 lb weight. The record belongs to Eva Bulzomi of the United States, who held the plank position with 60 lb weight for 17 minutes and 26 seconds. The record was made in 2013 and still stands.
