Good Morning

So I continued with my experiments on what can be done during the monsoons. As usual, it was drizzling in the morning, and I did run some paces. I had to abandon the run quickly because of the sea of people and vehicles. I was a bit late. So, the road was covered with cars and people avoiding puddles. Not a place for a peaceful run.

Of course, I will try to be out sooner tomorrow. I think the cooler weather has got me sleeping way past my alarm time. Hmm.. I know what to fix. 😊. Anyway, less "run/jog" time means more "weights" time. And that's what I focused on.

Let's look at my regime. Shall we?

I did walk for more than a kilometer since I was already out and reached back pretty early. The drizzles weren't much of a hindrance as the traffic. So, I did the next best thing – walk back home.

At home, I continued where I left yesterday. I took to weights, but three different pairs of weights for a single set. I started with the heaviest to the lightest dumbbells and increased the reps as the weights reduced. It is one exciting exercise to do. Today not only did I follow this new style but also focused on specific body parts.

The focused parts were:

1.        Arms (biceps and triceps)

2.        Back and Shoulder

3.        Abs (Upper and Lower)

I used three different pairs of weights for each body part in each category. Once I was through, I got on with planks and stress training. Planks were the regular ones, while I used the three weights style for stress training. I got to say I was pretty happy with my regime.

In the end, I did some sessions of Ho'oponopono. There is only meditation left which I will take up later in the day. As an update, I did complete meditating yesterday night, ensuring I followed the whole body-mind-spirit regime. 😊
