Good Morning
I guess my pauses in writing were more pronounced in the last week. That was mostly because of my health. The good news is that I am getting much better and back to work.
I did miss writing articles over the past week. I was getting better, and then I would immediately get in with physical activities, and then my body would ask for more rest, and then I would oblige, and then I would start with the least amount of break, and the cycle would continue. So, this time I took it on myself to ensure that my body and mind got enough rest.
The rest seemed to have worked. I have finished my medicine course and now leave it to my body to heal completely. As you can imagine, I am keen to get on with my physicals. But then, taking lessons from my recent past, I will not exert too much. So, what did I do then?
I focused on mind and spirit today. Few ho’oponopono sessions were good, and then meditation was even better. I was happy with the progress, and meditations will continue unabated over the next few days. 😊
Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
