Good Morning
This year, it is the second time we have a first of the month on a Monday. Or was it more than that? I don't know, but I have definitely witnessed two months starting at the beginning of the week. And Monday wasn't that bad.
The day was good for a morning walk, and I did precisely that. I did about three kilometers of brisk walking and was back home in about thirty minutes. Since the onset of winter, the days have been cooler and, therefore, non-sweaty.
At home, I was on to weights and followed the triplet form. The triplet form is about combining three different body parts exercise and forming one superset. There are no breaks within a triplet, and the activities are done in quick succession.
Here are my triplets for the day:
1. Chest
2. Shoulder
3. Back and Abs
After that, I was on to a few Ho'oponopono sessions. I loved them too. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.
