After nearly two weeks, I had a long sleep yesterday night. Not that I was sleepy or sleep-deprived, I just thought of taking a long nap to see if it was any different. Well, I don't know if it is any different, but I took the suggestions of many of you asking me to take some quality nap. 😊
Life is good, the weather is better, but going for a run in that weather is best. It rained yesterday night, and it was pretty heavy for November. Nonetheless, the road wasn't that wet, at least not too wet for a run.
I did a three-kilometer run today. It wasn't as bad as the last one. Today was a happy one. And as with any comfortable run, I did in good time – just twelve minutes for the run. Of course, that doesn't mean that my speed has improved to 15 kmph. I have to actually run an hour to see how my rate holds up.
Like any other day, I thought of getting few Ho'oponopono sessions done but couldn't come across any limiting belief. That was hilarious. Anyways, I will use the session throughout the day if I need it. 😊 For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponoponoo, here is my write-up on the topic.
