Good Morning

Today was an exciting day. I did get up early in the morning, but my daughter was already awake. She loves to have early breakfast and her walks before she settles down for her school work. So, getting up early is something I can expect of her, but before me was a surprise.

Anyway, I stayed true to my exercise regime too. I got on with my walk with my father in the morning, and it was quite a good one. The cooler climate is here to stay. It's the third day in a row that I am witnessing cold and darker mornings. That is a clear indication of the onset of winter. ;)

Once I was back from my walk, I got on with few Ho'oponopono sessions. Obviously, some things were riling me that I wanted to clear. The session was indeed helpful, and I was glad that I did.

I hope that gives you an idea. After the session, I found some time for meditation too. The only thing left out was weights which I will bring in to play tomorrow. :)
