Good Morning

One more morning, which was quite welcoming for a walk, and I had to take one. My father joined me for the walk. At the rate at which the weather is turning cold, we would soon require sweaters in the morning.

Today was a rush day for some reason, and I hardly got time to get on with the physicals. I could see myself jumping from one work to another and did not manage to stop. But late noon, a small gap emerged, and I rushed to my dumbbells. 😊

I had to keep it simple and focused. I could manage only shoulders and arms in the time that I had. But I am glad that I did it finally. I have a changed philosophy to fitness. It is no more about doing the most whenever you do, instead to do consistently whatever the situation. I think the latter is serving me well with my busy schedule.

Speaking of consistency, I managed to get in the Ho'oponopono sessions anyway. And I managed to get in multiple more sessions throughout the day. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.
