Hi guys. So I posted an article yesterday asking for tips and tricks in losing weight and some of you stepped up to the plate to help me. Thank you @mooontivated @wakeupkitty for leaving some useful tips in the comments. Thank you @kli4d for tagging mr. mooontivated.
This article is an update of how I started tje Journey.
I only had boiled sweet potatoes and dippig (saba) for breakfast.
Unlike before, I didn't eat dinner for today, amd had no snacks in between meals.
As for exercise I tried a 15 minutes Dance Exercise by Madfit she posted in her youtube channel.
Unfortunately, I am too shy to share my body stats as of the moment. All I can say is that it feels good to sweat.

P.S- I just woke up to sore muscles.
I am proud of you. There's no need to share your weight or what you look like. What counts is you started. Do not forget to drink a lot. If you lose weight toxic in fat will be set free and you need to get rid of it!
