International company is essentially the number of all trade transactions that take place between different countries (crossing political boundaries). This is not limited strictly to the field of industry, as NGOs, governments and cooperatives still work across national boundaries with a range of goals (apart from basic profitability). From a corporate viewpoint, a multinational corporation (MNE) is the main competitor in the international market climate, an organization that pursues competitive growth in global development and distribution (i.e. works across a variety of national borders). The number of representations of this type of organization is continuously rising. From fast food franchises like McDonald's to car makers like Honda to handset designers like Samsung, the number of foreign players in most markets is on the rise. The new economy is internationally intertwined, and is rising more and more every day. The weighting of the pros and cons of foreign growth is a crucial strategic concern. The multinational company (MNE) is the key competitor in foreign industry. Today, MNEs are present in nearly every sector.

Tyco International Scandal The case of Tyco 's 2002 corporate scandal focuses on the topic of unethical commercial activity and related issues. Tyco was a multinational company that expanded through a series of acquisitions. Tyco's case reveals that the issue was the illegal corporate practices of a number of its highest ranking officials, in particular CEO Kozlowski. Judicial trials have found that Kozlowski looted millions of dollars from Tyco and that his fraudulent financial dealings were comprehensive. Kozlowski and other Tyco officers have been jailed. Tyco declined as investors lost their trust in the firm.The case of Tyco shows that ethical problems will emerge in various areas of the company. Supposedly reputable leaders and executives with a commendable record may show unethical conduct and participate in unethical activities.Also observers or third parties may be active in these legal problems. The Codes of Ethics and the related evaluation of the company must also include staff at all levels of the organisation, as well as major third parties interested in the activity.

Philippine Cybercrime Law (A position paper) With the proliferation and development of technology the knowledge of a person is expanding and more and more are trying to achieve their desired learning. Its growth has both bad and good consequences for the people. Just a few of the benefits of this are that the people can express their thoughts, simplify the way of communication, a way to help the business, an easy way to gather knowledge, and so on. The platform is helping the people in the way that it connects a person to another person. The downside is that some of the unwanted uses and abuses of this platform; these illegal activities are damaging the personality of others, intruding on private property online with stored information, fraud, and etc. In unexpected situations it is depressing to know that the information you are protecting is being duplicated by others or is being abused. If analyzed even without basic data, the Philippines has a problem with poverty. Based on the data available on the internet, the country belongs to the category of "Third World Countries" where poverty is rampant. This is the reason for its people to incite evil deeds in their lives. Not only in everyday life but also in the use of modern technology. When it comes to development, it is a big help for the country's economy. It expands the information it can afford and easily sees new products and their features. It can be said that its effect is good in any country. With the proliferation of Illegal activities taking place in the country specific to the emergence of technology, former President Benigno Aquino III enacted on September 12, 2012 the Philippine Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175) because based on the data is 87 percentage of Filipinos who use the internet have fallen victim to illegal activities and abuses. The Philippine Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175) should only be implemented because; Internet business is covered by this statute. Cyber Sex and Cyber Bullying is now illegal and punishable. Government know-how will be increased to fight cyber attacks such as hacking and robbery. Computer-related offences such as computer-related forgery, hacking and identity theft on the Internet are also protected by the statute. Under the statute, illegal or forbidden libel actions as specified in Article 355 of the revised Criminal Code , as amended, are "committed by a computer device or some other related means that may be developed in the future."

Who is Purplesky? Hi! I'm just a newbie here in this website, I hope to learn and grow here through writing. :>> I'm 17 yrs old, a Filipina, and I'm a senior high school under the strand of ABM. I used to be a journalist when I was grade 6 and it gave me the opportunity to be a representative of our school paper and I was a participant in RSPC. I continued my interest in writing in my secondary education where I became the editor in chief of our organization. It makes me sad to tell you that there is this point in my life where I didn't want to write anymore. My interest was gone, and now I'm at the beginning again writing, for a purpose. I just think that this is the easiest way to help my family and myself as well. The reason why I named myself here "purplesky" is just because I love seing the sunsets. It gives me comfort that I have survived a tough day and I have done enough. I hope you would like my articles through this journey of mine as I write to express my heart and soul. Fuera de Lugar Out of Place (an analysis) When does a person really feel that they are at ease? If they really feel that way, are they really discomfited? If so then, how do they feel that way? What is it to be out of place? Based on the definition of a dictionary named Macmillan dictionary where it gave three different meaning on the feeling of being out of place is where; when someone feels out of place or out of sight, they feel insecure in a given situation or position or do not belong there, when something looks out of place, it does not fit or look good, and it is in the wrong position. These meanings give the simplest explanation of being at ease but these causes anxiety, stress, and depression. Being out of place, for instance, example when a student from Accountancy and Business Management (ABM) became friends with the other strand-like Technical, Vocational, and Livelihood (TVL). The student from ABM has different knowledge which is they are considered as business practitioners, while TVL practices their manual skills. Which can cause the feeling of being out of place when they would clash ideas from their learnings. Also, being out of place in culture terms is when a foreign crosses boundary towards local. In this case, when the traditional culture is mixed with another culture it can be broken. Break it in such a way that it can be forgotten or changed gradually. In the normal definition of being out of place by a person who is well known to many, it could be said that treating this person is as bad as the health of the person being treated this way. It can give stress, depression, and anxiety to the person being treated this way. Derealization, agoraphobia, and autophobia can be painful if he or she is experiencing a recurring condition. In human society, when someone or something crossdressing boundaries they have power. That is why in Mary Douglas’ theory states that things that cross boundaries are dangerous to us. When they are within their boundaries, they make sense and their pure. Whenever a thing left its place, purity is spoiled. A bit mess was created; thus, it doesn’t make it dangerous, in the case of healthy and sick, it gives a different kind of danger. Being out of place determines the level of social hierarchy in which you belong. If you are good at socializing you will never lose the place and if you meet the standards that society offers when it comes to friendships and socializing you will never be left behind.
