it's a yummy breakfast๐ด
here is the recipe for my healthy pancake๐ hope you like this๐
2cups wheat flour or all-purpose flour
2teaspoons baking powder
2tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cus milk
2 eggs
3tablespoons melted butter or you can use vegetable oil.
procedure;
place the dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour,salt,sugar,baking powder) and whisk to combine.
add the wet ingredients which is the milk,eggs,and oil... whisk until it becomes smooth and finely.
let the mixture rest for about 10minutes.
meanwhile,heat the non sticky frying pan over medium heat. add 1teaspoon oil and swirl to coat the pan.
add 2tablespoons of flour mixture to the pan,you can cook 3 or 4 at a time. it depends on how big the frying pan you're using. cook the first side until the bubbles appear,the edges begin to dry and the bottoms become golden brown about 3mins. flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3minutes or more. then trasfer to the plate and repeat the procedure for the remaining mixture....
and serve the your desired syrup.(powdered sugar/butter or maple syrup)
