Kutsinta is a sweet pinoy delicacy made with glutinous rice flour, lye water and brown sugar. usually served topped with fresh grated coconut sometimes it was topped in a pinoy style dulce de letche, sweetened condenced milk reduced down into a sticking caramel tasting spread. The combination was sweet, i really like it. These sweet treats are usually enjoyed as a satisfying dessert or quick afternoon snack.
