How to be a good leader Now, we talk about a good leader and be a good members in a group. If you are curious or if you want to be a good members or be a good leader read this one. Promise , I did not waste your time 😉. Just read this and you will learn many things. ***First how to be a good leader? If you are a leader, read this one.*** First, the leader need to listen in the opinions of your member because of that you will know the thought of your members or you will know the feelings of your member. Second, if your professor or your teacher have a project in your group or have a presentation in your group, say to your member and don't be selfish. Third, make sure all of your members is cooperative in your project and make sure all of your members are listen in your saying. Fourth, be kind in your members and be friendly too. Because of that the members will follow you but I you don't be kind your members did not follow you because the members don't like you. Fifth, don't waste your time in the nonsense things. Just focus in your project or your presentation so that your project will be finished early and in that time when you are finished that is the time to play. If you want to be a good leader 😉 just follow it and you will be a good leader. I write this base in my experience and I hope you like my article 😊. ***How to be a good members? If you are a member read this one and I hope you will like this.*** If you are a member, try to share your thoughts or opinion in your leader and don't be shy to your leader because the leader can't eat you hahha. be cooperative in your group so that your group will be finished. Be attentive in your teammates. Always join in the groupings. don't be noisy just be silent and make sure you are focus in your group. Don't talk a nonsense in your friends. Try your best in your project. Share your knowledge in your group. Don't be shy like when you have a project and need to acting or you are presenting in the front of your class room because no one can eat you hahha🤣. Don't be shy just try your best and be confident. Class experience this year I know some people in this platform are also students that they do their homeworks and hardworking to do their homework on time. I know that experience because I'm also a student that want to graduate and have a diploma in the future. To help my family in their needs. In this year, many students are didn't like the platform of the schooling. Many students are didn't attend in their classes and didn't do their homework. Instead doing their homework on time, they play a games. So that, if the teacher give the schedule of the retrieval of the modules and homeworks, they are so busy to do all their assignment. Many students didn't attend in their classes because of their connection. So many students didn't learn well. Even there's classes in television and module, but for me the online class is better than modules and watching in television because you can ask a question in your teacher and if you don't know the instructions, you can raise your hand. But the best is the face to face classes. Today, I've got my grades in 1st quarter and I'm glad because my grade are pass. I'm happy in my grades because there's no 79 and below in my grades. Even this school year is virtual and some times can't attend in online class because of my connection, I'm glad that i made it. This second quarter, i hope i will pass again until the end😁 🙏❣️

Christmas Yey🥳🥳 it's 14 days to go before Christmas. The Christmas is very near and many people celebrate the Christmas especially in my country in the Philippines. In my country, the celebration of Christmas is their traditional. Many people are preparing some food for the celebration. Many children are excited to the coming Christmas days. Some people gave a gift to there love ones. But in this time of pandemic that we have a social distsancing, need to wear facemask and no mass gathering, we can't celebrate the Christmas like before. For now, we can celebrate the Christmas by preparing a simple gathering that there's no mass gathering. In the Philippines, there's many traditional that every Christmas many people always do that things. Like in my example below **Making a giant Christmas tree** - it's very traditional especially in the Philippines. Some big malls have a giant Christmas trees and they light it up when the Christmas is coming like today, some malls are have a giant Christmas trees. **Hanging parol-** some people are making a recycle parol and they hung it into there door for there decorations. Many people do that things because it's traditional to the filipino that they buying or making a parol for their decor in their house. **Preparing foods -** Many people are cooking food to eat when the Christmas is coming. actually many people do this and know this too. Preparing a delicious foods is the ones of our traditional. Not only in the Philippines but in the other countries too because they celebrate the Christmas too. **Giving gifts -** it's the one of the traditional too. Many people like that especially the children, many children are excited in the coming Christmas because of the gift that they received from their love ones. **Opening Christmas lights** - some malls are opening a Christmas lights at the same time they open a giant Christmas trees. Every year or every Christmas they open their Christmas lights for celebrating Christmas. **Carolling -** many children do that carolling for getting to ask for a money or even candies. They singing in the front of their house and asking for the gifts. But for now caroling is not good for now because of the Covid-19 in our country.

Frontliner **Front liners** This time of pandemic our heroes is our frontliners. Front liners work for our country. Even they too far in there family, front liners work hard. they fight in the COVID-19 for their love ones and also for our country. Without of them we can't fight to the covid19 and many people died in the virus. Some of them is so hungry 😫 and there's no food in the country. Without of them our country is nothing or gone forever. **Our heroes** Our heroes are the doctors, nurses, army, police man and many more people that willing to fight for their love ones. Our one of our heroes is the doctors and nurses. they try to help many peoples to be strong, don't be get sick and the COVID19 go away in their body. They find a cure to that virus so that nothing is infected of the virus. Many people appreciate the hark working of our front liner. Many People are so kind and they give some food to our lovely frontliners but some people did not appreciate the hard woking of our frontliners. they think that the front liners have a virus so they scared to the frontliners. Actually, my father is the one of the frontliners but he did not work in the hospital, my father is not a doctor, nurse, army or even police. My father work in the supermarket and he is the diser in that supermarket. I know that some people did not know the diser. The diser is arranging the products of their company and the clean it and also the remove the products if the products have defective. Even my father is so tired, my father work hard for my family to have some food to eat. I'm so happy too because my family is healthy and strong. Sanitize your hand using alcohol- we need to sanitize are hand because some times we touch a things and theirs possible that you touch have a virus so we to sanitize or wash your hand properly. 2 meter distancing - to prevent the spread of covid we need to distancing at least 2 meter distance. Always follow the rules - we need to follow the rules of our country because of that we prevent the spread of virus. Clean the food before you cook - you need to clean the ingredients if the foods because some food have virus. If you follow all the rules the work of the frontliners will be easy.
