Good morning everyone, i just wanna share my everyday morning jogging with my son and our dog pet name "paris". Its really hard to go outside nowadays due to pandemic, so we decided to jog infront of our house as form of simple exercise that our body instead of lying in bed most the time. I will show you the benefits of jogging, its strengthen the muscles, burn plenty of the fats, build strong bones, maintai a healthy weight and most of all having fun and bonds with family by doing simple jog. Its was the best way to start a day for mind and body.
