I had so many thoughts while on my way back here in the office. A lot of conflicts happened this week and my head are full of so much. Like the materials I need to inquire and canvass to some suppliers. The hardest part is ordering overseas for I need to estimate the total days of delivery and that it needs not to be delayed anymore. Some might feel the way I feel, the stress and the exhaustion all in one.
I am just rambling for I don't know how to start this article and as Ma'am Eylz said in on of her articles just tap and you'll think of an idea just by tap tap tapping that keyboard on.

As the news and other social media trending and even some memes, all are mostly talking about the upcoming elections. Well some more months and it's election day, the final judgement on whom will be the next to sit on the throne be the Core Commander of the country. As I said on my comment on a friends article that I am still observing and don't involve myself in any discussions regarding the candidates for Pres and Vice. I am still observing them and all.
Hearing these news about politics and still undecided on to whom I'm gonna vote, takes me back on one of Tony G's interview with Wil Dasovich. That interview left me to have goosebumps and even Wil becomes speechless.
Tony G is well known as a Talk show host and a multimedia star, she's an influencer and a motivational speaker that I look up to. In that interview I was amazed and even carry those words of wisdom from her.
People have this idea that we control everything around us.
And that will give you so much pressure, so much anger, so much sadness and depression in life because you will realize you have no control over everything anything.
And what you can control only in reality is your mind and your heart.
Control ... you can't control anything especially the situation you are in right now. Whether you lost someone you love, you became unemployed all of a sudden, you lost all the luxury things and the foundation you built.
I also had an opinion about the one we can control(mind and heart) most of the time we can't control out heart on who it beats too. Your mind can't think of anything when you're in a situation which is unexpected that you tend to do drastic things that would make the situation worst.
The change doesn't really happen externally.The change always happens internally.
This really makes sense to me. Especially in my situation at work right now. I mean I can't change Big Boss personality over us his employees. I can't change the way he view the work and how it needs some fixing.
Stop controlling, stop analyzing, stop thinking. Just STOP and the LOOK. Look who's in front of you. Look what's happening around you. Just be aware.And then the most important thing is for you to LISTEN, because sometimes you will not realize it in your life that you rarely listen. So when you stop, when you look and when you listen,you get new information.
Let's take this point of view about politics. If we stop questioning these candidates and look closely into the deeds they already done, the good and the bad and then listen to what they says, then you get to evaluate whose telling lies, whose spouting nonsense.
You'll know who you'll pick and who is the most deserving because you are not doing arguments thru rallies but you are doing an absolute thinking of investigating and evaluating alone.
The anagram of the word listen is silent.And for you to be able to listen intently is for you to be silent.Because sometimes people are really not listening,they are just waiting for their turn to talk. But when you listen, you're really silent, and you are absorbing the information and the lessons that the other person is sharing to you.
This sometimes happen during debates. A single candidate will never understand if he/she didn't listen to what the opponent are saying so he can't think of something to counter attack it for they are just waiting for their turn to speak on their behalf about the said topic.
I shared this since she was bashed right now for she supported BBM(one of the Presidential Candidate) in his recent Proclamation Rally. What people don't know that she and her husband Paul were already a supporter of BBM during 2016 Vice Presidential Election. Even though BBM also voted for Tony G.'s current station (ABS-CBN) to close down but it didn't phase her support on his candidacy, and that's loyalty. And most celebrity who bashed her we're all from the same station. Like? huh? Are we not having our freedom to choose who we support to? Why the heck do you trash talk a person who stands for what she think is right for her?
Let me say this again, I am not a pro/anti BBM and I haven't thought of the candidate I am going to vote but let's not badmouth people. Let's just respect each other.

As for me, I just want to know Toni's reasons as to why she chose BBM. Pero tinuod some people are only joining the bandwagon. When asked why would you choose that person? Or why blank is your president? The answer would ba basta kay ka blank ko. See, we need to be intentional on who we put our votes. That is the least we can do for the next generation. At least, do a research and don't refer to youtube and tiktok and some unlegit sources.
