The third abbreviation in the form of a magnifying glass is for searching and the fourth abbreviation is for additional options and settings.
As you can see, touching the fourth shortcut accesses the profile settings, store, app settings, games, themes, CocoaTalk groups, calendar, and more. Under the fourth abbreviation, you can also find the button for registering an account on the CocoaTalk server, which is very useful for saving your profile settings.
