Therefore, meat, cheese, eggs, milk and nuts should not be eaten in the same meal.
To avoid the fermentation process that can occur by mixing certain foods, do not eat honey, jam and sweet fruits together with cereals, potatoes or bread. So, starch and sugar are not a good combination for normal metabolism.
Eat as many fresh salads as possible with protein-rich meals. The reason for this is that fresh vegetables make it much easier to digest protein.
