If you work after work:

However, don’t skip your dinner because when everyone skips dinner they rely more on breakfast. If you plan to workout at the end of the office, have breakfast at four in the afternoon. It could be a string of cheese with an apple, peanut butter with two dried dates. You can eat some nuts after a workout.

If you plan to work out after dinner, divide your meals into two. Once before the body sweats and it will be rich in sugar and again after the workout.

Harmful aspects of not eating dinner:

The first problem with not eating dinner is not getting enough sleep. Midnight hunger can wake you up. In addition, as a result of not eating dinner, malnutrition is created.
