This is high effect chocolate product which i made in my small workshop. Look complicate but is very simple . All what you need is regular and white chocolate and some mold (if you don't have professional mold you can use plastic shell-wrap from kinder egg) where you will make this. First what you need to do is to melt regular chocolate and pour in mold. Take some time to chocolate become hard on surface mold and then spill out rest. Then put mold with regular chocolate in freezer to cold. Now you can start to melt white chocolate and try to not overheat them. You got the best result if you leave white chocolate to rest after melting but not to star be solid. After 5-10 min (you will learn how to decide how much time is enough practicing) take out mold with regular chocolate from freezer and stir white in it. No need to wait any time, right away you spill out content and you got nice surface in your product. If you wish to make whole chocolate egg just ad some melted chocolate on edges and merge two shells.
