Most people experience sneezing as an unpleasant and completely unnecessary experience, but is that so?
To begin with, let's find out something about our body and how everything affects us.
Eyes
Our eyes are an organ like any other. They contain muscles that allow us to sharpen our vision in relation to objects that we observe at different distances from us. However, at some point these muscles get tired and cramp, especially when we are exposed to strong light. Then they can't relax and our body resorts to sneezing to help them with that. You can play and check your eyes by looking briefly at the sun during a sunny day, which will cause juice in our eyes and relax by sneezing.
The modern age has dragged us in front of the monitor for a long period every day and our eyes are exposed to increased exertion. Occasional sneezing will relax you.
Neck
As we age more and more often we come to a situation where our neck rebels for some reason. Whether it’s maybe poor sleep, or long irregular sitting, he still needs relaxation. If you sneeze well and hard, they will successfully place the vertebrae of your neck in the correct position.
Heart
Do you know that when you sneeze your heart stops for a short time?
In some people who have an irregular heartbeat at certain times, sneezing helps it return to a proper work schedule. This is especially pronounced if you have experienced some sudden fear. Sneezing will help you calm down and relax your body.
Nose
Whether you have a sneeze or a stuffy nose, sneezing will help you breathe easier as it will encourage cleaning of your airways.
Lungs
Did you know that when you sneeze, the air in your lungs swells so much that the flow is faster than in the jet engine of passenger planes? Just imagine how effective it is for clearing your airways, especially if you suffer from allergies, if you have been in rooms where there is a large amount of dust, or if you have been exposed to a large amount of smog.
Muscles
Sneezing affects the entire musculature, so when you sneeze all your muscles throughout the body relax.
Hiccup
Sneezing can help to stop hiccup.
And now,
How to cause sneezing ?
Since I regularly have neck problems and since I have concluded that sneezing helps me, I regularly provoke it by inhaling ground hot pepper powder.
Of course I don't dip my nose in paprika but keep it in a small plastic bottle with a small opening. First I shake the bottle well to lift the dust inside, then I open it, bring it to my nose and squeeze the bottle while inhaling at the same time.
That way a small amount of powder enters my nose but enough to cause sneezing.
IMPORTANT !!!
NEVER !! Close your nose or mouth when you sneeze, cover yes but close NO !!
Wow wonderful writing
