Another breakfast experimenting day. π To finish up the remaining egg from yesterday, i made another simple breakfast this morning. Again, this is a whatever-I-have-in-the-fridge/freezer kinda breakfast. π I used only 3 ingredients like slices of bread, an egg and grated cheese. The initial YouTube uses ham as the base, egg at the centre, and Mayonaise as the "barricade" at the side. But since I don't have ham and mayo, so I just make do with grated cheese as the "barricade" to prevent the egg from flowing out of the bread. π Next, I proceed to air-fry it at 180 degrees for 5 mins. In the first round, though it is still edible, the cheese was a bit burnt and the bread texture was slightly hard (last pic). π So I reduced it to 170 degrees for 3 mins for the 2nd slice of bread. It came out pretty nice! It's crunchy and a little savoury from the cheese. The texture is pretty similar to toast bread too. Maybe next round I'll try to adjust the temperature/time again to make the egg in the middle to be runny. π©βπ³ I shall name this... Egg & Cheese Air-Fried Bread. Hahaha π³π§π

This looks yummy oh
Yes easy to make and very yummy! Hehe
Oooh I like this idea. If only I have air fryer I willtry this. Saves a lot of time when you don't need to cook the egg separately. The oozing cheese is so appetizing. π
Yes air fryer saves the day! Its easy to wash too. Hehe
Awesome. We never know if we never try. Practice makes perfect. Good job...
