My nephew invited us for dinner one evening because his Mom cooked his favorite pasta. It's pasta carbonara. He's an only child, so he's always happy to invite us over to their place particularly his cousins, my other nephews. So his Mom cooked another pasta dish. She's a wonderful cook.
So what I did was took a little bit of this and a little bit of that equals just right. Well, it's kind of a lot already. But when I put my photo together, it looks like one of Ms. D's color splash photos. But no it's not, it's mine, haha and no filter used. : )

It's Caturday I remember so I'm sharing this photo that I've taken the other day of this handsome but quite aloof cat. I'm happy because I managed to take this as closer as I can get to him before he left me hastily.
Anyways, this is to say, happy Caturday to Marta and the rest of noise friends cats around.

Oats choc porridge with slices of banana and some cashew nuts. Yes, after taking this smiley breakfast, I put in some more, haha. I love this breakfast a lot. I can eat this every morning, no problem. Delicious and nutritious. Its sweetener is the banana.

For two days now, I'm no longer allowed to post in noise.cash. Quite sad. I didn't even get to a year unlike others who had their year anniversary. Oh well, nothing is so certain in this world. I hope noise.app will stay longer : )

Yes, I really had to look after my peripheral view says something is quite not usual. A cat snoozing in a tin basin and exactly his size. I immediately thought of the cooker, haha. Like a cat in a wok.
Anyways, he made me jealous for he can sleep anytime, anywhere and that's something I am having trouble with for a year now.
Oh well, no worries I left him in peace with a smile on my lips. Sweet dreams big fella!
My brother got two couples of birds and they're so beautiful and so so cute. He put them in one big cage which is obviously big enough for them four. They have their own bedrooms. My brother said,
"for privacy", haha. The ones living in the upper bedroom are quite shy. While the two below were quite social, loud and happy. I said were because this white bird lost his/her mate. And everyday, I see him looking really lonely, sad and looking like he wanted to break free... He's probably grieving and moving on is tough. And I don't think that the couple who live in the upper room are friendly. My brother is planning to get another mate but will that work? I don't know. But I hope it will so it will be happy again.

Hope it's gonna work. Just sad to see it like giving up on life. I hope the other birds are not bullying him/her. I hope they would be friends...

This is M and T. M couldn't take his eyes off T. In fact, this is the closest he can get and his flirting is also not working to my delight, haha. Well, you can not blame me. We have around eight stray cats in our backyard now not to mention those three brazen males who kept coming for food and females. So loud and brazen oftentimes we see one or two females impregnated. Thing is these strays come and never leave because we do not have the heart to not to feed them. So yeah, they are included in our weekly budget for food. Of course, proper cat food for cat nutrients. Oh well, I hope they love us too not just the food...

This male cat whom we fondly call Monochrome (my nephew's idea) couldn't take his eyes off Tether. Same nephew's idea for a female cat name. M obviously likes T but that is the closest he can get, otherwise she will snarl at him. So M can just try to flirt which obviously not working, haha. Hopefully, she will not give in because we do not need more pregnant stray cats around. Stray cats like to come and never leave because we do not have the heart to not to feed them. So they are part of our weekly budget for food. During my quarantine period, a new stray cat came so now we have eight and one of them is pregnant once again for the nth time, ugh! Don't know what to say! (sigh)

Orange just go pretty well with green, such a good contrast. So I put it into a pot. It was dusk, I didn't know until I felt the pain of big ants bites on my hands and fingers. Yes, that's what I got while rescuing this beautiful plant and it's all worth it because look at it now, it's looking as happy as it was before it got uprooted and thrown away.
Coral bush, yes, it's as pretty as the corals under the sea.

The color of this super mini apples looks so lively that it can possibly chase the blues away. So I hope it can also chase away the virus that's invading my throat and my lungs right now.
It's being marketed in this name "strawberry apples". They are as bright red as strawberries and the size of strawberries. And I tell you what, they are not just an eye candy but magnificent munch as well, tart, sweet and juicy... Yum!

We had the weirdest weather while my sister and I had a walk this afternoon. On our right side was the sun shining at the same time strong wind was blowing and a lot of drizzles. So you know what that means. We got home wet. I hope this typhoon will just take its leave. It hasn't left yet but I heard that a new one is coming. Like seriously, why?
I tell you what, I don't want to welcome typhoons as guest/visitor but they're inviting themselves...
We shouldn't worry much of the things we have no control of. But it's easier said than done.
Uh, oh, the next day I looked up the sky, I spotted this (the other kite that I was talking about). It didn't land safely obviously, and someone lost his kite.
Frustrations may come, but we bounce back to try again and that we call, resiliency.
Hello, Noise friends...I'm finally here thanks to my bro @iyanpol's invitation link. Been given a couple of times by another friend but unfortunately expired when I finally got the time. Anyhow, that was that.
We're soon exiting October and soon to enter November and I noticed a kite fluttering up the sky. I noticed because I could hear its fluttering noise from our backyard. Yeah, to think that it's so high up. The wind from its height must be really strong which the kite needs to stay up there. Sorry, the kite in my photo is lacking color but eventually joined by a red and white kite. The red and white kite struggled. I zoomed my phone camera to the max but still looked tiny. You can see it if you have good eyes unlike me.

Hello noise friends, how's all doing?
As for me, I am so happy today because all four of us in the house tested negative from covid including my sister who got the infection. It was not easy and in fact I started getting nuts yesterday. First few days of quarantining, I enjoyed playing around in the kitchen but yesterday, I just had enough of the situation. Good thing is, we were called to come over to this Health Unit this morning to get tested and Yay! What a beautiful day. And this piece of cake was the first food I had eaten when we got home. Had it with Jason Winter's tea. So delicious...

Happy weekend, noise friends, hope all is well?
Been wanting to share this simple food adventure of mine since... Simple I say because it's just hard boiled egg and I had done a little tweaking with its yolk. I carefully cut in two this hard boiled egg. Remove the yolk and mashed them with a fork, put in mayo with cucumber pickles, a bit of salt and pepper and mixed. Then I carefully put it back in the hollow of the eggs. I was to sprinkle cayenne pepper on top but we have none so I used paprika instead. I think they look beautiful♡♡♡. Worth the effort because they're delicious.

This photo was taken ten months ago. From the beach to the pool, my friends and I. We were a group of twelve. It was fun and very memorable because one of our friends who was battling an illness was still with us... gone too soon just around his forties, left a loving wife and a teenage son. Anyways, it's great creating memories.

Been cooking this simple appetizer yesterday. Vegetable Spring Rolls. I'm sure a lot of our noise friends are familiar with this food. I just used what we have in the fridge: cabbage, carrot, pepper, green beans, bean sprout and garlic. I minced the garlic and sliced the rest thinly. Then stir-fried all ingredients for three minutes or so, then drained the vegetables and wrapped them, decent size. Then I fried them and put them on kitchen papers to soak in the oil from the rolls. It's really nice and crispy. Great eaten with preferred dipping sauce, it can be as simple as ketchup for kids. Yum!

Been to ABTC (Animal Bite Treatment Center) early this morning despite bad weather for my 6th and 7th shot for just dog scratches. Now my arms look like huge mosquitoes have been feasting on them. And they feel heavy, itchy and stinging I feel like scratching them with my nails until flesh will come off. Sorry if that sounds a bit morbid. I just hope I am not having allergic reactions.
And oh, me and my brother who drove me to the place stood few meters away from this tree and we took notice of its foliage, how pretty it is and how amazing it withstand the monstrous gusts of wind last night.
Hope all is well with you noise maties!!! For me I pretty much in need to get to bed early tonight for I just had three hours of sleep last night.
