Hello Philippines and hello world! How are you guys? Here I am again to continue the story of Karla and James. But before that you can read the previous episode to know the whole story. Karla always feel dizzy and vomiting. She was browsing in her phone when her eyes focus on the calendar and she realize her monthly period didn't come yet. "Oh God, please don't", she was talking to herself. Her heart beating fast while thinking the possibility that might be happen. She get up in her bed and fix herself to go out and buy a pregnancy test kit in the pharmacy. When she back at home she didn't waste her time to try it. She was hoping and praying that the result is negative. But fate did not agree with her. Her body is shaking after she saw the result. Two lines and it means positive. She cried and cried. She was thinking what will be her parents reaction if they know it. For God sake she is 21 years old only and James is 23. They are both young to become a parents.

Sunday came, they meet again. She told James that she is pregnant while she is crying. James hug her. James: Please don't cry Babe. I won't leave you. I am a man enough to take the responsibility as a father of our baby. Cheer up, Babe James is only 23 years old, but despite of his young age he have a good job to support his family to be. He was happy to become a father of the baby inside the womb of Karla. And he really love Karla. But the problem is Karla don't really know how to tell her parents her real situation. One evening Karla got a high fever, Jenny her bestfriend and boardmate notice it. Without hesitation Jenny called her cousin James to tell about it. At the middle of the night James came. Karla are having delirious because of the extreme high of fever. They took Karla to the hospital. James afraid what if the baby inside get affected, he was hoping and praying that she won't. After a few laboratories Doctor found out that Karla have a TYPHOID FEVER. Typhoid fever is a bacterial infectiom that can be spread throughout the body, affecting many organs. Without prompt treatment, it can cause serious complications and can be fatal. The possible cause is food poisoning or in the water. Because Karla is pregnant they decided to confined her. And that time Karla's parent need to know that. Karla called her parents to know that she is in the hospital but didn't said about her pregnancy. After an hours her mother came. She was very worried about Karla. After a while the doctor came.... Doctor: We will check the heartbeat of your baby, okay. Karla nodded but her mom has no reaction. Karla knows that her mom hears what the doctor said. "Oh no, I'm busted" Karla said in her mind. Doctor: The baby is fine. You dont have nothing to worry about. Karla: Thank you, Doc. And the doctor go out the room. Karla and her mom are both silent. After a while Karla got a courage to talk to her mom. Karla: Mom I'm sorry. I'm very sorry Mom. (And she cried) Mom: Did James know about this? Karla: Yes mom. Mom: What is his decision? Karla: His parent will go to our home to meet you after I discharge in here. Please don't get mad. It's happen one time, I don't really know it will happen that fast. (And she sobbed while crying) Mom: I'm not mad, my daughter. Yeah I'm a little disappointed but the baby is there, we need to accept that and besides the baby is a blessing from God. (And she hug Karla) Through out her stay in the hospital, James never leave her. He is always beside her. Karla love him more. James is a man of his word. After a 1 week stay in the hospital, atlast Doctor allowed her to go out. She directly went to her mom home in the province. After a day or two, James parents came to set their wedding date. Yes readers, they planned Karla and James wedding as soon as possible. James don't want Karla to march on the church with a big belly bump.

And here it is, the wedding day came, as usual everyone are all happy and celebrating the wedding of Karla and James. Most specially the couple feels like they are in heaven. After exchanging vows and promises to each other, the Parish Priest talked.... Priest: I pronounced you as a husband and wife. You will now kiss the bride. And James kiss Karla with so much love and emotions. They sealed it with a kiss. ____________________ Is it their happily ever after? I hope so. Actually this is not the end of their story but it depends on you my dear readers if you want a continuation. The end or to be continue.... This story is fictional. Any resemblance to someone, places or events is only coincidental and unintentional. Be a man of your words, it is the best traits that a man should have. Like James he fulfilled his promises to Karla. Sometimes we did a mistakes or wrong decision in our life, but we can learn a lesson from that mistakes. To those ladies and gents who are reading right now I hope you got a lesson from Karla and James story. Don't surrender yourself if you are not ready to what will happen. Think twice or thrice to the possibility that will happen resulting of your being aggressiveness. Love can wait. And love is sacrifice....
