At present there are different Christian denominations or congregations worldwide that preach the word of God, according to its standards established in the temple. I will not mention the types of Christian congregations because they have been published, but what does cause conflict between a person for thinking differently or belonging to a different denomination than his, I will express that in this article.
Since the creation of the world there has been controversy in the different Christian denominations that exist or by the beliefs about Christianity. This can be evidenced when Christ begins his ministry, the scribes, Pharisees and Sadducees meet him.
The named groups each possessed their ideologies, but they entered into conflict when someone gave an opinion against their doctrine, that happened in the past. Today, the divergences in the congregations continue and some may be due to:
Women wear pants.
Paint men's and women's hair.
Prohibition of certain foods to eat.
There is no hell.
Restriction to donate blood when saving a life.
Take into account only man to preach the word of God.
Using the veil on women.
The non-participation of women in the temple.
The interpretation of God's word at your convenience.
There may be more aspects, which the enemy will surely use to generate controversy between one person and another when talking. The question is not to fall before the obstacles placed by Satan to create discord.
There are people who try to convince with their arguments of what is right and wrong, according to their ideology, by not doing it in a subtle way, it causes discontent and many of the times, they get upset because they do not achieve their purpose.
According to 1 John 5: 1-2 it relates:
"Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God and everyone who loves the begotten also loves the one who has been begotten by him. In this we know that we love God's children when we love God and keep his commandments ".
If we are all brothers in Christ as the Bible establishes and we love God, we have to comply with what is written. He considered that the behaviors generated should not exist, since they claim to do God's will and claim to fully comply with his commandments.
In Saint Matthew 5:22 he states:
“But I tell you that whoever is angry with his brother will be guilty of judgment; and whoever says: Fool, to his brother, will be guilty before the council; and whoever says to him: Fatuo, will be exposed to hell fire. "
Getting angry with your neighbor, offending him, choosing to exclude him for thinking differently, is not a sign of doing the right thing. It is not an obligation to believe in what they believe, each person must respect the beliefs that individuals have, even if they are not shared, without imposing or mistreating anyone, for all actions they will be accountable to the father.
It is important to keep in mind that with hurtful phrases, it is not possible for the friend to convert to Christ or change the church, what it does is to alienate the person, you have to be tolerant, even if you don't like it, you must have love, be compassionate and act wisely, as testimony speaks louder than words.
I recommend praying for that friend and for yourself so that wisdom enters, God wants a congregation that:
I adore him from the heart.
Win souls for Christ and instruct them in his word.
Love God and your neighbor.
Do the will of God.
